ManTFup Review: Is It Worth Your Time and Money?

Using a natural male enhancement supplement to encourage your body to produce more testosterone is becoming increasingly popular.

The reasons why are clear. Low testosterone levels make it harder for men to lose fat and gain muscle, as well as inhibiting libido and causing fatigue. Those with high t levels, meanwhile, find they have a high sex drive, lots of energy, and easily lose fat and build lean muscle mass.

Testosterone levels tend to drop for middle aged men, but this is in no way set in stone. Environmental factors play a huge role in those who experience low testosterone, and that’s where nutritional supplements that naturally boost t levels come into play.

Having such a supplement in your workout arsenal means you get the most out of your exercise regime, helping to establish a ‘virtuous cycle’ of healthy habits that keeps your testosterone at optimal levels.

For those yet to try natural testosterone boosters, it’s hard to know where to start though. There are so many products out there promising similar benefits, but they are far from all alike.

In this review, we’ll take a close look at Dynamism Labs’ ManTFup testosterone booster, one of the newer products on the testosterone boosting scene, to see how it stacks up to its competitors.

ManTFup Testosterone Booster: Key Points

Pros:

  • Multiple vendors selling ManTFup.
  • May help boost libido.
  • Inexpensive.

Cons:

  • Proprietary blend means ingredient doses are a secret.
  • Research behind many of the ingredients is dubious.
  • Unlikely to significantly boost testosterone, give increased energy, or enhance cognitive function.

What Is ManTFup Testosterone Booster?

ManTFup is a natural testosterone booster formulated and manufactured by Dynamism Labs, a US-based company that also makes weight loss and beard growth pills.

Not a great deal is known about Dynamism Labs, but their products are manufactured in the USA in an FDA-registered facility under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

Dynamism Labs claims ManTFup may help to support natural testosterone levels, increase libido, boost stamina, and enhance overall performance.

What Are ManTFup’s Key Ingredients?

ManTFup contains eight all natural ingredients at a combined active dose of nearly 1,500 mg. Unfortunately, the precise doses of each ingredient are concealed behind a proprietary blend by Dynamism Labs.

For us, this is a problem. We think it’s important to be transparent about what people will be consuming regularly so they can best meet their fitness and wellness goals. Doses are a crucial part of this. After all, it’s hard to corroborate scientific research into a particular ingredient’s effects on testosterone without knowing how much of it you’re taking.

Nonetheless, let’s have a look at what’s on ManTFup’s label and see if it can help increase testosterone levels.

Horny Goat Weed

Horny goat weed, as its name might suggest, has been used for centuries to aid with blood flow and increase sexual performance. One study in mice indicated horny goat weed increases testosterone levels, but this was at an extremely high dose and has not been replicated in humans.[1]

Tongkat Ali Extract

Tongkat ali is another ingredient with purported libido boosting properties. On top of that, two studies have shown tongkat ali may increase total and free testosterone concentrations, although one of the studies concerned older men with very low t levels, and the other involved daily 400 mg doses, which likely far exceeds that found in ManTFup. [2, 3]

Saw Palmetto Extract

Saw palmetto is a common treatment for men with prostate issues, and some claim that it boosts testosterone levels as well.

The research on this though is mixed and the evidence supporting this effect is somewhat outdated. [4]

Orchic Substance

Orchic extract is derived from cow’s testicles and allegedly supports healthy testicular function, but there is no scientific evidence to back up this claim.

Wild Yam

Wild yam extract is present for its supposed libido boosting properties, but no studies to date have shown significant sexual improvement from consuming it. Dynamism Labs claims it also enhances cognitive function but the research supporting this is very limited. [5]

Sarsaparilla

Sarsaparilla is a vine indigenous to South and Central America that’s been used for centuries to help with blood flow and treat joint and skin inflammations. Dynamism Labs states it also protects the liver, although the only research to date on this was carried out on mice. [6]

Nettle Extract

Nettles have a range of claimed health benefits, including more energy, lower blood pressure, and as a treatment for prostate issues.

One study also indicates it may help boost testosterone levels, but this research concerned another testosterone supplement product that contains nettle extract so it’s hard to be sure what effect the nettle had in isolation. [7]

Boron

Some research indicates boron helps to naturally boost testosterone levels, but the evidence on this is decidedly mixed. [8, 9]

Does ManTFup Work?

With ManTFup’s proprietary blend, it’s harder to assess the effectiveness of the ingredients in detail.

There are some ingredients, like nettle extract, that may boost testosterone levels but it is by no means conclusive. We can only hope that the main testosterone booster ingredient, tongkat ali, is present in large doses but there’s no way of knowing this for sure.

Otherwise, there’s reason to believe that ManTFup t booster may help those with low libido, thanks to horny goat weed, but the claims that it will improve energy, increase vitality and enhance cognitive function are not convincing. There isn’t enough evidence for the ingredients it contains to back this up.

What do online ManTFup reviews make of it? This ambivalence is reflected in online consumer reviews and amazon reviews, as well as health blog reviews, with the average rating hovering at around 3.5 stars out of 5. Most of the critical ManTFup reviews simply state it had no effect whatsoever, which we can very well imagine, while others complained of headaches and Dynamism Labs not offering a refund. Don’t fall for the five-star fake reviews on the company’s website.

Is ManTFup Safe?

While none of the active ingredients have been assessed by the FDA, Dynamism Labs is a reputable company and ManTFUp testosterone booster’s natural ingredients are unlikely to cause issues in healthy individuals, although headaches could be an issue. In any case, always check with your physician before taking a new supplement.

How Much Does ManTFup Cost?

One bottle lasts one month and costs $20, with Dynamism Labs offering discounts on bulk purchases. Worryingly though, Dynamism Labs doesn’t offer a free trial.

As well as buying directly from Dynamism Lab’s e commerce website, you can purchase ManTFup through Amazon.

Is Dynamism Labs’ ManTFup Testosterone Booster Worth It?

In our opinion, no. We wouldn’t go with any natural testosterone supplement with a proprietary blend unless the ingredients, reviews, and effects were out of this world.

With Dynamism Labs’ ManTFup, this is not the case. There are other natural testosterone booster products out there, like TestoFuel, that are transparent about their ingredients and doses while guaranteeing to increase total and free testosterone levels. To learn more about TestoFuel and other more effective testosterone boosters, check out this best list and give ManTFup a wide berth.
