Atom Anabolic v TestoFuel

Testosterone’s Importance to Men

As men age, their testosterone levels gradually drop. This slow decline is compounded by environmental factors like poor diet and inactivity, and it leads to lower energy levels, reduced libido, and greater difficulty in losing weight and building muscle size.

But this decline isn’t necessarily linear. Eating the right foods and exercising more can reverse decreasing testosterone levels and prevent a loss of overall body mass, but only up to a certain point.

To make the most of an exercise regime and healthy diet, you also need a healthy supply of testosterone. Without it, your gains will be limited, no matter how hard you train or how well you eat.

Natural Testosterone Boosters

This is where natural testosterone boosters come in.

These plant-based health supplements naturally stimulate the production of testosterone, an indispensable hormone for achieving peak male performance, increasing lean muscle mass, and faster muscle growth.

If you find your frequent gym sessions aren’t giving you the body mass results you want as quickly as you want in terms of your physique, mood or sexual performance, then it’s probably time to look to natural t-boosters to give you that extra edge.

Knowing where to begin is a challenge though. Our understanding of how nutrients, minerals and vitamins impact testosterone production has come on in leaps and bounds in recent years, but this means there are as many knock-off t-boosters looking to get in on the action as there are genuinely effective ones.

So, how to separate the wheat from the chaff? The most crucial aspects to consider with natural testosterone boosters are the ingredients and their dosages.

In this article, we’ll do just that and compare two reputed t-boosters – Atom Anabolic and TestoFuel – to see how their purported claims stand up to reality, and which is most deserving of your time and money.

Atom Anabolic Review

Atom Anabolic test booster is a testosterone and muscle-boosting liquid serum that you ingest with a pipette.

It’s the brainchild of Nuke Nutrition, a relatively new, UK-based company that specialises in sports supplementation products.

This test booster mass gainer is their original product offering and, based on its success, the company expanded its range to include a host of supplements of interest to the UK’s weightlifting and bodybuilding community.

Nuke Nutrition claims Atom Anabolic is a potent muscle gaining substance that will increase overall body mass, lean muscle mass and deliver a significant increase in libido whilst remaining legal.

In a crowded natural testosterone-boosting market that’s truly global now, can it compete with more established brands like TestoFuel? Is it really the strongest legal testosterone boosting product? Let’s find out.

Atom Anabolic Test Booster Ingredients

Nuke Nutrition’s Atom Anabolic is very much a stripped-back t-boosting product.

That means no artificial chemicals, preservatives, or ‘filler,’ just test booster mass gainer power.

Though it may contain the finest pharmaceutical grade ingredients, there are only four of them, and only two of those are known to encourage testosterone production.

That’s pretty limited compared to the industry standard. Most t-boosting products on the market tend to have around ten or so vitamins, nutrients and minerals that encourage t-production.

The quality of the ingredients and the dosage is important too though, so let’s look in more detail at what this test booster mass gainer offers.

Fenugreek Seed (900 mg)

This t-booster is packed full of fenugreek seed with a whopping 900 mg dose per serving. And with good reason.

Fenugreek seed is more than just a household spice for jazzing up your meals. It’s been used for thousands of years as a powerful pain reliever and to ease swelling.

More recently, its testosterone boosting qualities have come to the fore with research indicating it can elevate testosterone levels from anywhere between 46 and 99 percent. [1, 2]

No wonder it’s one of the most common ingredients found in natural t-boosting products.

Vitamin K2 – MK7 (50 mcg)

Many health supplement products contain the synthetic MK4 form of vitamin K. The MK7 version is natural and present in a range of anabolic hormone-boosting foods, such as egg yolks and red meat.

Such foods, however, are high in fat so to get a sufficient quantity of vitamin K2 MK7, you’d also have to consume a lot of fat. Not ideal if you’re wanting to lose that spare tyre.

Why would you want big doses of vitamin K2 MK7 though? It plays a big role in facilitating the release of hormones in the body, with one study finding that five weeks of taking vitamin K2 MK7 supplements led to a 70 percent increase in testosterone levels.

Atom Anabolic squeezes in a strong dose of vitamin K2 MK7 into its serum, more than double what many other leading brands, including TestoFuel, use in their t-boosting supplements.

Inactive Ingredients

The active ingredients are held in sunflower seed oil, and the serum is made more palatable with the addition of natural sweeteners though the manufacturer doesn’t specify exactly what these are.

Atom Anabolic’s T-Boosting Method

Atom Anabolic test booster comes in the form of a serum on the basis that this is the fastest way for your body to absorb the gains before a workout. Each bottle contains 30 ml, which works out to 30 servings taken daily.

To get started, you drop the liquid under your tongue using the pipette provided, wait 10 seconds and then swallow. Alternatively, you can add one pipette to your drink or protein shake.

Either way, do this 30 minutes before a workout on training days, and 30 minutes before bed on rest days.

When used in combination with your workout schedule, Nuke Nutrition claims you’ll see a marked increase in strength within two weeks, muscle definition should become more defined within three weeks, significantly increase libido within six weeks, and an overall increase in muscle size within eight weeks. So long as you continue training on a regular basis.

They strongly recommend to use the product continuously for a maximum of three months to build maximum muscle mass and strength, then to have a post cycle therapy of one month break. Once you complete post cycle therapy, you can start again.

Atom Anabolic’s Quality Standards and Guarantees

Atom Anabolic test booster is manufactured in the UK to “strict quality standards,” although it doesn’t specify exactly what these are. Nor does it detail anything in the way of a money-back guarantee or free trial.

The company provides free advice to customers.

How Much Does Atom Anabolic Cost?

This is Atom Anabolic’s main selling point. It’s cheap.

One 30 ml bottle will last you a month and set you back £10.99, with free UK-wide fast delivery. If you bulk-buy 10 bottles – more than a year’s supply – you’ll pay £74.99.

Is Atom Anabolic Safe?

So long as you take atom anabolic in line with the manufacturer’s recommended guidelines, you will not experience adverse side effects.

Is Atom Anabolic Any Good?

So, Atom Anabolic test booster isn’t a huge investment of money, but is it worth your precious time?

Online reviews are mixed at best.

Amazon shoppers rate it at a lowly 2.7 stars out of 5. Some of the main gripes concern its taste and smell while others said it made no difference to them whatsoever. But, if you can hold your nose and chase it with something tastier, other reviewers reported a significant increase in muscle mass and libido within a month.

Unsurprisingly, on Nuke Nutrition’s website, Atom Anabolic’s reviews are a lot more favourable. Five stars out of five. However, more than half of these were submitted on the same day, and aren’t very detailed in their assessments. Not to suggest anything untoward, but it doesn’t inspire a great deal of confidence.

TestoFuel Review

Next up, TestoFuel, the main testosterone-boosting product formulated and manufactured by Roar Ambition, a company with an impressive track record of developing innovative high-end supplements.

All Roar Ambition products are produced in the UK and the USA at GMP-certified facilities using all-natural ingredients.

TestoFuel claims it will build muscle mass and strength, result in a significant increase in libido, and that your muscle definition should become more pronounced. Let’s see how it compares with the other test booster mass gainer.

TestoFuel Ingredients: An Overview

If Nuke Nutrition Atom Anabolic takes a minimalist approach toward boosting testosterone levels and increasing lean muscle mass, TestoFuel goes supersize.

Each capsule is stuffed with nine ingredients, each at pretty hefty doses. But it isn’t just a case of throwing whatever in and seeing what sticks. Each ingredient and its dosage is carefully selected and formulated in relation to one another to maximise testosterone production so that you can get the most from your workouts.

Perhaps the most important thing to note in comparing these two test booster mass gainer products is that Atom Anabolic doesn’t contain any active ingredients that TestoFuel doesn’t have. TestoFuel also contains vitamin K2 and fenugreek seed, just at lower doses.

Atom Anabolic has nine times as much fenugreek as TestoFuel, and more than double the amount of vitamin K2. But TestoFuel compensates for this in many other ways.

TestoFuel Ingredients: In Focus

First, it contains four other base vitamins and minerals – vitamin D3, vitamin B6, magnesium, and zinc – that are foundational to healthy testosterone production.

Vitamin D3

Vitamin D3 is present in TestoFuel at a dose of 100 mcg and, crucially, it works in tandem with vitamin K2 to release more of the testosterone that your body produces. [3]

In itself, vitamin D is an incredibly powerful natural stimulator of testosterone. One case study conducted in 2011 found that around 80 mcg of vitamin D administered daily boosted t-levels in 165 participants by an average of 53.5 nmol/l from a baseline of < 50 nmol/l. [4]

Vitamin B6

TestoFuel contains 5 mg of vitamin B6, which has many important functions. It regulates haemoglobin, the molecule your blood needs to transport oxygen, and it’s essential for the health of hair, skin, eyes and liver.

Not only this, vitamin B6 stimulates androgens in your body to directly ramp up testosterone production while, at the same time, inhibiting estrogen production.

Studies to date have shown that B6 deficiency causes a drop in t-levels, [5] while high amounts of the vitamin can reduce estrogen levels by as much as 30 percent. [6]

Magnesium and Zinc

On top of these essential vitamins for testosterone production, TestoFuel also contains magnesium and zinc.

If you’re a regular gym-goer, there’s a good chance you’re not getting enough magnesium. Research indicates most athletes only get around 70 percent of their magnesium requirements. [7]

This is a problem as magnesium regulates hundreds of enzyme reactions in the body that are crucial to its functioning, and for you to benefit from your workouts. It aids physical endurance, increases metabolism, promotes recovery and helps you get the rest you need after a training sesh.

Unsurprisingly then, magnesium also gives your testosterone levels a boost, almost immediately after upping your intake of it. [8]

Zinc, meanwhile, is another important mineral for boosting natural testosterone production. Zinc aids in the production of luteinizing hormone which, in turn, signals to your testicles to release more testosterone. A zinc-deficient diet causes these signals to weaken, and so t-levels then drop. [9]

Conversely, research shows that a body rich in zinc has higher testosterone levels, as well as lower levels of estrogen. [10]

Other T-Boosting Ingredients

In addition to these foundational vitamins and minerals, TestoFuel is also full of other natural ingredients that will push your testosterone levels up and take your workouts to the next level.

We’ve covered fenugreek seed, but TestoFuel also comprises D-aspartic acid (D-AA), oyster extract, and ginseng.

Oyster extract is well-known for its libido-boosting qualities, and a big part of that is that it’s rich in zinc and magnesium.

It also contains a lot of D-AA, which is already found in TestoFuel at a strong dose of 2300 mg. D-AA is an amino acid that, like zinc, is crucial for luteinizing hormone production. Research shows its subsequent effect on testosterone production is hugely significant. One study revealed a 15 percent increase in testosterone after just six days, and this jumped to 42 percent after another six days. [11]

TestoFuel Quality Assurance, Guarantees and Cost

TestoFuel is backed by GMP-certified standards, so you don’t need to worry that you’re getting a shoddy product. If you’re worried about the results though, Roar Ambition offer a 90-day money-back guarantee.

A three month supply of TestoFuel costs £117.00, but it comes with another month’s worth of capsules thrown in free for your first order. You’ll get a nutrition and a workout guide as two e-books for free as well, plus the delivery won’t cost you a penny.

Is TestoFuel Safe?

There are no reported adverse effects to using TestoFuel, so long as you stick to the usage guidelines.

The Bottom Line – Atom Anabolic or TestoFuel?

You get what you pay for here.

While TestoFuel is around three to four times more expensive than Atom Anabolic, it is a superior product courtesy of a well-established and trusted company. This isn’t to say TestoFuel is overpriced though. Many of its competitors charge more when the added value isn’t exactly clear.

In relation to Atom Anabolic, however, the glowing reviews for TestoFuel speak volumes. The lukewarm reception for Atom Anabolic, meanwhile, suggests this is a product that still needs some work.

That said, if you are already pretty happy with the progress you’re making with your training regime, and you know you have sufficient levels of essential minerals and nutrients like zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6, then perhaps Atom Anabolic is all you need.

If, however, you want to see big results quickly then you need something that will take you further.

Atom Anabolic has large doses of fenugreek and vitamin K2 but, on their own, their effectiveness will be limited. The combination of ingredients offered by TestoFuel creates an ‘entourage effect,’ meaning that by working together they have a stronger impact than if they were working alone.

The online and customer reviews for TestoFuel attest to its effectiveness. Quite simply, if you are happy with an extra nudge and you’re not flush with cash, then it’s maybe worth giving Atom Anabolic a try. If, however, you want to experience more radical results then you should opt for TestoFuel.
