Stimulant Free
Many weight loss supplements contain stimulants which can cause some users to experience some adverse side effects – particularly anxiety, jitters and sleeping issues. By contrast, stimulant-free weight-loss products are designed for people who wish to lose weight, but who may be sensitive to stimulants. When brands refer to their supplements as stimulant-free, they usually mean they don’t contain any caffeine. But besides this, stimulant-free products often feature many of the same ingredients found in those with stimulants. For example, common stimulant-free ingredients include L-carnitine, B vitamins, cayenne pepper, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) and more. Green tea is also common in products defined as stimulant-free, despite the presence of a small amounts of caffeine.
