Recommended Well I've grown to really love this protein over the years. Now theirs no hype, magical weight gains, extra power ingredients. Its just protein without artificial sweetners, flavors and sucrose. Its amino acid profile is o.k providing 4.0 BCAA's per serving and at 17grams of protein per scoop. Not an impressive profile by any means but it gets the job done naturally. Its very bland tasting which I like because I always mix my whey with fruits, veggies and even pancakes, waffles, muffins and other foods that I cook.I find this to be one of the few proteins that I can cook with due to it being so bland tasting.I've used caribbean chocolate and the vanilla numerous times. It provides 33 servings per 2lb's and since its only 17grams of protein per scoop I usually doulble up on servings. This is probably the exact opposite of a MuscleTech product, its just boring and no frills and I like it that way.

Maybe Recommended I got the unflavored, which is (predictably) bland; more troublesome, it doesn't mix very well. A blender is highly recommended over a shaker cup. I added malt powder, some chocolate syrup and a banana to add some carbs and flavor. The tub lasted me a month, and I noticed very little in terms of results; on the plus side, no side effects or added body fat. On the negative side, I didn't make any strength gains or add any lean muscle. Overall, not a bad choice if you're looking for something reasonably priced that is low fat/low carb that doesn't taste bad. But if you're looking to bulk, I would recommend Warrior Whey, Syntha 6, or even Body Fortress Whey.
