I decided to give this product a try and I liked the effects. I should have only taken it before bed because this is a very good sleep aid. I took it after my workout once and fell asleep 15 minutes later, so you should only take it before bed. You will sleep like a baby and feel well rested the morning after. I did not experience any side effects at all. My only knock on this supplement is it tastes kind of bad, but it is worth taking. I will be ordering more when I get paid.

I believe that CMI is a very underated company, with poor advertising. "BIG" is a great product. Especially if you work out at night, and can't get the edge off from a pre-workout drink. BIG will put you right to sleep, and you'll wake up feeling ready to hit the gym again. Only problem with this product ... it taste like absolute garbage !!! Not as bad as MuscleTech's Powdered Gakic, however very close.
