Recommended This product is widely used and respected as part of the Optimum brand. The best part about this product is that there's no negative side effects. As prices go, it's a great value; especially if you find it on sale. It definitely decreases recovery time and helps with muscle building. I usually use take these with with my breakfast lunch and dinner and a little extra when I feel a little sore. Great product, good value, easy to take, widely used = great product.

Recommended I was very happy with this product. It posed no negative side effects and definitely is a cheap and effective supplement in aiding your recovery time.

I like to take several caps before, during and after a workout. I also take several when I get up at night to go to the bathroom.

Optimum's quality is among the best in the supplement world. I experience no negative effects and will continue to use this in my muscle building arsenal as long as I bodybuild!!!

I might also add that I ordered a months supply online for around 15 bucks I believe. Very much worth the money. Before you get into all the fancy pre/intra/post workout supplements, but this first. It works. Your body craves protein/BCAAs to rebuild that muscle that you tear down during intense training!! Don't cheap out on this. Get it, take it and GROW!!!

I got these, too. Of course I do still feel sore after working out the next day, but it's more of a "good" soreness. This is also helped from 3-4 days of soreness to 1-2 days stacked with gluta-lyn and kre-alkalyn.

Recovery, personally, is no joke. Glad you liked this product.
