Serious Gainer for those of you who cant seem to Keep the weight!

Hello Guys, My Name is Ignacio Moreno I am an aspiring athlete born and raised in Miami. I Live a fairly active lifestyle working out an average of 4/5 times a week. Current stats are 156lbs at 5′ 4” and around 9% body fat. Ive been working out since the High school days once I began wrestling. My interests in bodybuilding and physique quickly grew throughout college. Furthermore for my first ever review I want to breakdown the Serious Mass weight gainer by Optimum Nutrition. To start this is a great starter gainer for those of you looking to save a bit of cash in the long run. This product dishes out a total of 252g of carbs / 50g protein / 1250 calories total for each full serving. This product works well for those who have trouble keeping the weight (such as myself). I was dosing this particular product at half the actual serving size (1 heaping scoop) in the AM and the other right after workout. Also, note that I would skip out on my OFF days; if not your taking in an extra 126g of carbs. Essentially this is a fast and easy way to add 1250 calories to your diet which is what most people have trouble with day in and day out. Eating is key!! So to continue, the product is effective; I myself gained about 3.5 lbs in the course of a month which is saying a lot for a hard gainer. The powder is a little difficult to break down so it stays a little clumpy, nothing that really bothers me too much. Easy resolution to this is using a blender each time. I personally prefer the Chocolate over Vanilla flavor although both are equally as good. No side effects to my knowledge other than some mild bloating right after taking. Try to sip the shakes slow rather than chugging them down. Cant beat the price for a gainer like this, you can find a 10lb bag for about $45-50. Only extras I might add to a product like this is creatine 5-10g, this product only brings 1g total per serving. Overall I can recommend this as a great gainer for starters, value is definitely there for the price. Keep in mind this is an extreme amount of carbs so for those of you who need the extra calories and have that quick metabolism it works perfectly.

Having used Serious Mass for a while now, I have to admit its one of the best when it comes to lean gains. From 61kg to 69kg in 3 months!!!

—-Introduction—-
As a 20 year old bodybuilder, I have been into fitness for 6 years and I am striving for a shredded body.
—-Ingredient Profile—-
Serious mass offers 1250 Calories, 250g Carbs and 50g Protein. The thing that makes this a unique product is its low fat of 5.3g per serving and its no added sugar!!!
—-Taste/Mixability/Dosing—-
The flavour I usually go for is Chocolate. It tastes great and is easily to mix. I used it twice a day, after training and before going to bed as this worked pretty well for me.
—-Effectiveness—-
Serious Mass truly worked for me as I managed to gain weight from 61kg to 69kg in less than three months. However, it is not a get big scheme as its a supplement to your normal eating pattern. Coming to eating, whereas I used to eat twice a day this product made me feel more hungry during the day and this resulted in me eating 5 times a day.
—-Value—-
I cannot say anything else other than that this is truly worth your money! I pay around 25 pounds for 2.7kg and its definitely worth it as it gives you around 16 servings if you use it twice a day.
—-Side Effects—-
There are no much of side effects except from having to poo 2 to 3 times a day in your first week.
—-Conclusion—-
In a market where everyone tries to sell you his/hers product its hard to choose and I am glad I do not have to look further as Serious Mass it is!!

Serious mass Good for gains goal?

Hello There, Guys now i tell u about some information about product( serious mass develop by Optimum Nutrition) BACKGROUND I used Serious Mass on a bulk a few months ago, getting through one of their serious 12lb bags! For some context, I lift 6 days a week; 3 days of lifting in the morning and in the evening and 3 days of lifting in the morning and running in the evening, alternating each day. I was looking for a product to help get those extra calories in during the day at a low cost, especially if I needed to forgo a meal between lunch and dinner. POSITIVES As I said, I was looking for a product to ensure some calories when I couldn’t make do with my diet in between work schedules. Needless to say, I wasn’t led down and this product offered a huge amount of calories in one drink. A good composition of carbs and protein meant that it was a fantastic post-workout shake or simply a meal replacement if on the go. I do not have scales available but noticed some good size gains and improved recovery between heavy lifting sessions. NEGATIVES That said, it does have some drawbacks… It is a real pain to mix. Getting 350g or so into a shaker on top of the required liquid to make it drinkable is near impossible. For best results, you’ll need a blender. Even when only using a half scoop, a blender is best. Another point to bare in mind is that this can be a punch in the stomach if you drink it too quickly. A number of times I would drink a full or half serving of this down after a workout, as if it were a regular protein shake and feel the need to vomit very soon after. If you go hard in your workouts, you may want to wait a good 30-45 minutes before drinking one of these and even then, go slowly. It can also initially be hard to digest for your system, leading to some gas problems and a few trips to the loo. RECOMMENDATION I would still recommend this product despite the drawbacks it has. As a gainer, it does exactly what it says on the tin and delivers a ton of calories for just a single drink. Just make sure you blend it, don’t neck it and be prepared for some explosive gas now and then

Serious Mass for Serious Calories and Carbs

—-Quick Summary– Serious Mass by Optimum Nutrition is a mass gainer that delivers on value, quality, and effectiveness.
—-Introduction—-
I’m an ectomorph and have always had trouble gaining weight. I had a spine, brain, and kidney surgery to remove some tumors this past year and I have kidney cancer. This all caused me to lose weight that I definitely didn’t need to lose. I went from 150 lbs. all the way down to 120 lbs. I’ve been back in the gym for about a month and a half. This protein has helped me gain weight and get some much-needed calories, especially when my appetite is non-existent. I’m not back to a little over 130 lbs. and still slowly gaining weight back. I know that it isn’t all because of serious mass, but it is a huge part of the equation.
—-Ingredient Profile—-
As a protein and weight gain supplement, this has a huge list of ingredients, but I’ll hit on the important parts of the ingredient profile. Calories Serious Mass boasts 1,250 calories per serving, but be warned that a serving is two scoops. Each scoop amounts to about a full blender bottle on its own. This means I typically will only take half a serving at a time, but that has the added effect of doubling the servings. Since this is a mass building shake it only makes sense to mix it with whole milk for the added calories. With 12 oz of whole milk and one scoop of the powder, the calorie content of the shake comes out to be 850 calories. That is pretty good considering I haven’t found another protein product that will give you the same calories per shake at the same value.
—-Taste/Mixability/Dosing—-
I have tried both the strawberry and cookies and cream flavors.
