Introduction

I wanted to try something different than protein shakes...I like beef a lot so i figured why not try this.

Ingredient Profile

Energy: 139 Calories
Fat: 4.4g (of which 2.8g saturated)
Carbs: 1.2g (of which 1.2g sugar)
Protein 23.6g
Salt 0.4g

Pretty nice macros with low fat and carbs along with a pretty good amount of protein...A bit high on salt but lower compared to other beef jerkies on the market. For example New Zealand Beef Jerky has 0.5g Sodium (1.25g salt) and this has 0.4g salt which is considerable better.

Taste

This beef jerky is not extremely thin or thick like other beef jerkies but somewhat on the intermediate. It's texture is very chewy...You need to process it for some time with your teeth. I would like it a bit less chewy....Yes it is a beef jerky and it's somewhat expectable to have a certain degree of chewyness but i struggled a bit to eat some parts. There are 7 flavors: Italian, Sweet and Hot, BBQ, Peppered, Teriyaki, Original and Tomato but i decided to only try the Original because it was cheaper than the others (25% cheaper) and it is a relatively safe choise (usually Beef Jerkies are too spicy on some flavors). Tastes like a spicy/dry/salted beef. It's what you could expect from a beef jerky. A bit too spicy from my point of view but nonetheless it was pretty good.

Effectiveness

I rate small snacks based on digestion and convenience. You just open it and eat everywhere you can be. Pretty Convenient. Digestion was smooth with no bloat/stomach discomfort/diarrhea which was pretty good. I was a bit worried it will cause me some stomach problems because it was too spicy but everything was good. Also it doesn't sit too heavy on my stomach and helped me with my macros.

Value

It costs 3 dollars per serving. It's an excellent price for a beef jerky. For example, Myprotein beef jerky costs about 4.70 dollars, has a similar profile on protein/fats/carbs but with much more salt on it (1.9g) and New Zealand Beef Jerky costs 7 dollars and has considerably less protein (15g).

Conclusion

Convenience, Good Taste (But too Spicy) with No Side effects on a Great Price. If i am going to buy some more beef jerkies this will be my first choice.

First of all many thanks to the Troops Program and to Lab Tech Neutraceuticals for giving me the chance to try this.

Ingredient Profile

First nice job on the full disclosure of the profile. I like when companies have nothing to hide. Let's see this beauty part by part.

Pump/Endurance Matrix Blend
Citrulline Malate 2:1 8000mg
Beta Alanine 3500mg
L-Taurine 2250mg
Agmatine Sulfate 1500mg
AAKG 1250mg
Beet Root Extract 1000mg

Overall excellent dosages. Citrulline Malate, AAKG and Agmatine Sulftate for pumps/vascularity, Beta Alanine for Endurance and L-Taurine is anti-cramping and helps with blood flow. My only complaint is the inclusion of Beet Root...A 180 pound person would need at least 450 mg of nitrates from beetroot extract (many of us weight more than 180 pounds and we would need a higher quantity). The problem is that Beta vulgaris L. contains only 1% - 1.5% nitrate per gram of raw material and that's if a supplement brand is using the best quantity. Even if we use the best possible scenario (1.5% nitrates) you still get only 15mg occurring nitrates from beets per 1g which a negligible amount. You have already more than enough quantities of pump ingredients you don't need Beet Root. Instead of Beet Root i would like some creatine for strength but because some people cycle it off better some BCAA's to stack them with Beta Alanine for extra endurance/strength. Yes you have many stim ingredients but these are mostly for energy and not for endurance.

Next we have Energy/Focus Matrix Blend which has 17 ingredients...I will focus on the highlights. I like the amount of Caffeine (350mg) and DMHA (175mg) which will give you great energy and focus during your workout. Some Theanine to alleviate potential side effects from stims...Noopept and Huperzine A on good dosages for focus. Next we have some fat burning ingredients like Synephrine, Octapamine, Alpha Yohimbine, Tyramine and Rutaecarpine (Aka Evodia rutaecarpa) to help you generating extra energy through heat. Lastly Black Pepper for absorption. Overall a very strong stim ingredient profile just perfect for me but if you aren't a stim junkie i recommend you begin with half serving to access your tolerance just in case.

Taste/Mixability/Dosing

I got sour gummy bear which was pretty good.
Mixability was decent just a a little bit of grit on the bottom...No big deal.
Dosing was one serving before working out.

Effectiveness

To begin with i experienced some great energy. I workout very early in the morning and i need something to wake me up for good and Full Spectrum accomplished that easily. Energy was intense and lasted throughout my work without having that cracked feeling which was great. Focus was pretty good and i was able to lock on my workout without distractions. I do a lot of hypertrophy exercises and pumps came quickly and definitely were on spot. Great pump and vascularity which lasted for about 1-2hours after my workout. Endurance was pretty good and i was able to push a little further on cardio and some better recovery times between my sets. Strength remained the same, i didn't lost any neither gained. Overall no complaints.

Value

45.99$ for 30 servings. 1.53 Dollars per serving. Yup it's a bit on the high side but you get excellent/clinical dosages and it's effective. I wouldn't mind buying it any time.

Side Effects

Very slight crash after 4-5 hours. Nothing to worry about.

Conclusion

If you are stim junkie you will like this. An Insane Ingredient Profile that provided me Great Energy/Focus, Excellent Pump and Some Endurance at a Good Price! Thanks for reading my review....Bye.

    Taste/Mixability/Dosing

I had the Cinnamon Bun which was pretty tasty.
Mixability was great with little effort like you would except with Isolates.
Dosing was 1 scoop in the morning...

    Effectiveness

What i look for a protein is to help me achieve my macros and Whey Protein Isolate definitely helped me. The other things that i look from one quality protein is the three No's....I had no bloat, no stomach discomfort and no diarrhea...Also it doesn't sit on my stomach for a long time neither deterred me from eating in a short period which is great because sometimes Protein powders curb my eating habits in the morning.

    Value

The 5lbs tub costs 80 dollars for 77.77 servings (Cinnamon Bun). 1.02 dollars per serving is a bit expensive but this is a quality protein from a reputative company.

    Conclusion

Overall a tasty Protein Isolate with no side effects to mention along with transparency. Helped me achieve my diet goals easily. Thanks for reading my review. Bye.

Excellent dosages of Citrulline Malate along with Betaine, Agmatine and Pine Bark Extract (Aka Pycnogenol) to help you with those pumps/vascularity....You can't ask something more...Next we have a good amount of Creatine Mono and ElevATP for strength! Both Strength and Pumps are the strongest aspects of this pre-workout.

    Strength/Endurance
    BCAA 3:1:1 7500mg
    Leucine 4500mg
    Isoleucine 1500mg
    Valine 1500mg
    Carnosyn Beta-Alanine 4500mg

BCAA's for strength/endurance and an excellent dosage of Beta Alanine for endurance! Far higher than the clinical dose which i like a lot.

    Focus/Energy:
    L-Tyrosine 2250mg
Chocamine 2250mg (theobromine greater than 12% by weight, contains caffeine less than 0.5%,Chocamine is a patented theobromine-rich cocoa powder).
    Theobromine (from Chocamine) 270mg
    Rhodiola Rosea Extract 450mg
    Huperzine A 25mcgs
    L-Carnitine Tartate 3000mg
    Caffeine Anhydrous 300mg + 10-20mg from Chocamine = 310-320mg total
    Vitamin C 250mg

Good amounts of Focus ingredients overall...but i don't think the energy aspect is enough for me....I need something stronger than 300mg Caffeine plus some Carnitine....If you are not stim junkie you won't have any problem with this amount but i would like some DMHA, some fat burning ingredients like Capsicum and Synephrine to increase heat and provide me some extra energy...Disappointing compared to Strength/Pump ingredients....

    Taste/Mixability/Dosing

I had Raspberry lemonade and Orange (Orange tastes like a Tea)...both taste atrocious..The least devil is Raspberry...Usually i don't care about taste on my pre-workouts but this really makes me throw up so i had to close my nose and drink...Definitely one of the worse tasting pre-workouts i have tried so far...

Mixability is bad...always some sediment on the bottom...Doesn't matter how much i will shake this. Due to the sediment on the bottom i would add some extra water because it made me nauseous...
Dosing was 3 scoops before workout...

    Effectiveness

Strength (9.5/10) With this profile you can't go wrong...One of the best pre-workout for strength...A big increase in weight and a good increase on reps (usually 2-3 more reps)...Consistent every time!

Pumps and Vascularity (9.2/10) Excellent pumps overall which lasted for 3-4 hours! Hit pretty quickly from the first exercises....One of the best pumps i have experienced! Vascularity was definitely increased too...Bigger and substantially more veins. I have to say on the terms of Pumps/Vascularity i was pretty impressed. If you like pumps you will definitely love this pre!

Endurance (8.5/10) Pretty good endurance overall but i expected something better...4.5 g Beta Alanine does the job! Same recovery times between sets but i have raised the weight significantly so no complaints! Also i was less tired during cardio and increased the time a bit.

Focus and Energy (4/10) The weakest link of the chain...Focus and Energy were almost non-existent...I couldn't feel anything...I wasn't focused or felt any energy...I workout very early on the morning so i need something strong to wake me up quickly...this didn't do anything at all...I was somewhat sleepy on my workouts.

    Value

I bought this on sale for 42.45 Dollars for 90 servings...I used 3 servings so 1.41 dollars per serving...For what you get it is an excellent value (except Focus/Energy)...

    Side Effects

Some nausea in the beginning of my workouts....

    Conclusion

If you aren't a stim junkie you like this...As for me i would rather buy something else last time...Yes you will have Great Strength/Pumps/Vascularity for a low price but Focus and Energy were non-existent plus some Nausea during workout and that horrible taste...That's it folks...bye.

Pretty simply profile as you can see. You get a nice amount of BCAA on a 8:1:1 to help you with Endurance and Recovery....Some prefer 2:1:1 ratio, some prefer higher ratio but I like this ratio due to the fact that Leucine is the most abundant ingredient....Next we have L-Glutamine at a good amount which helps with gastrointestinal health but it is a controversial ingredient in terms of exercise performance...Despite the scientific evidence is "cloudy" i believe it helps me with recovery.

Taurine has anti-cramping properties along with increase in blood flow. It has an observed safe level of supplemental intake in normal healthy adults at up to 3 g/day (higher doses have been tested and well tolerated, but not enough evidence is available to suggest lifelong safety of said doses) according to Examine...On the contrary a study by the European Food Safety Authority found no adverse effects for up to 1,000 mg of taurine per kilogram of body weight per day. I incline more to the second study....Taurine is a bit demonized as an ingredient and there is a notion that it causes heart damage, which is currently unsupported (and contrary to a fair bit of evidence) according to Examine. Lastly we have a decent amount of Electrolytes to help you with hydration and combating the heat...

      Taste/Mixability/Dosing

I bought all flavors except SlaughterMelon...
My favorite is Orange Breezer (actually tastes like Lemonade along with a hint of Orange), personally i think it's tastier than Gatorade and very easy to drink it. Second favorite is Sour Green Apple is refreshing and everytime i looked forward to drink this. Next we have Cherry Limeade which tastes like Coca Cola, it has a slight chemical aftertaste but it's pretty good nonetheless. Raspberry....well it tastes like a Raspberry with no chemical aftertaste....I am not very fond of Raspberry.

Mixability is excellent with a few good shakes....but don't expect shaking this for 5 seconds and get a perfect mixability...Shake this for a bit and you are ready to go. Dosing at first was 1.5 servings and after 2 servings intra-workout....

      Effectiveness

1.5 servings intra: I decided to go 1.5 servings to compare this to Xtend (which was my favorite intra-workout)....
Between them hydration was about the same or slightly worse....but endurance was significantly better with less soreness and better recovery times between sets during my workout plus some slightly better recovery....Don't get me wrong Xtend is great intra-workout but i think Cryo Cell is more effective....I believe this happens because it has a larger amount of Glutamine (3500mg vs 2500mg) and Citrulline Malate (2000mg vs 1000mg) and it has a good amount of Taurine which Xtend doesn't got any plus 5600mg Leucine compared to 3500mg...

2 servings intra: This is where my workouts upgraded from pretty good to amazing...I was hardly feeling any soreness during my workout, recovery times were simply great (i knew i could push much more) and recovery was definitely enchanted compared to 1.5 servings...I never felt dyhydrated which is great! Some increased pump as well from 4grams of Citrulline... Amazing and prolonged pumps (for about 3-4hours) when i stacked this with my pre-workout that already has 6000mg Citrulline, 2400mg Betaine Nitrate plus 800mg Agmatine Sulfate. One of the best pumps i have ever experienced it was great ! No side effects to mention.

      Value

I bought this for 42.29 Dollars for 90 servings! If you use two servings, you get a massive amount of BCAA's 14000mg, 7000mg Glutamine, 4000mg Taurine, 4000mg Citrulline and 1000mg Electrolytes for 0.93 Dollars. Simply amazing value... Worth every penny!

      Conclusion

Sometimes like the title implies Simplicity is the Answer....Solid dosages of ingredients that work, great flavors at an amazing price! For now this is my favorite intra and honestly i don't know if i will find something better for this price...I definitely recommend this! Thanks for reading and have a good time!

I like the fact that it contains relatively low amount of Soy Lecithin (62mg) and the absence of Dyes...Overall a decent profile. You can check the label on the bottom of this review and see the amount of each ingredient.

      Taste/Mixability/Dosing

When we are dealing with products that are being marketed as "Antioxidants" probably the taste won't be smooth. Orange Oximega Reds has only got the Orange flavor which was better than i expected...Yes it will take some days to get used to it on it's own but it's not that terrible. It's drinkable not the best but not the worst flavor i have tasted. Still I prefer to mix it with Blackberry juice or with Electric Lemonade from Green Magnitude...The taste gets much better. Mixability and texture is not the greatest which is expected... I consumed usually 2 scoops up to 4 scoops per day with food.

      Effectiveness

First of all i didn't get sick which is great especially when you consider that these months i usually get sick and i feel somewhat better (more "healthy") as without it...I think it definitely helped me with my immune system...Secondly my regular bathroom "trips" become more regulated (almost every morning i visit the bathroom to take a poo)...It become easier pooing without much struggle and somewhat easier than i used to which again is appreciated.
Not much energy from 2 scoops but a slight pick-up in the afternoon does it's job. One last thing, if i took 4 scoops at once at the night i would feel too energized and sometimes i would have insomnia for a couple hours...Nothing terrible but noticeable.

      Value

For someone that uses mostly 2 servings per day like me, 60 Servings for 19 Dollars is a good price.

      Conclusion

If you want to increase your veggies intake Orange Oximega Reds is definetely a solid choice. Immunity Support, Easy Bowel Movements, Feeling Of Wellbeing plus Some Energy at a Good price.

You got a decent amount of Agmatine Sulfate for those pumps along with a relatively new version of Arginine called Nitrosigine which is a compound that is made by arginine, inositol, and potassium silicate. Nitrosigine is a bit underdosed (reported minimum dosage is 750mg). I would just rather have plain Arginine or AAKG but it's ok. Next we have is Beta Alanine which is a effective but a relatively cheap ingredient to help you with endurance. Lastly we got Citrulline Malate, Beet Root and Glycerol on negligible amounts and propably won't do anything. I was quite troubled with the combination of Agmatine, Arginine and Citrulline because they use the same receptors. More details on the Effectiveness sector.

Lastly, i can't understand the new obsession with Beet Root. Many companies lately include it in their pump or pre-workout products for the nitrate content but on very low amounts to be effective even if you have other pump ingredients (usually 1000mg). A 180 pound person would need at least 450 mg of nitrates from beetroot extract (many of us weight more than 180 pounds and we would need a higher quantity). You would need to consume 30g of Beet Powder from the best quality (1.5% nitrates per gram) to reach the target of 450mg nitrates. The only product that i have seen over 1g is Tectanic Red which contains 19grams and tastes like crap. Companies just add it because people think that it actually helps them....

      Taste/Mixability/Dosing

No taste or mixability because they are pills. Medium sized capsules that are fairly easy to swallow. One serving is 4 capsules 20minutes before workout out. I strongly believe that Pump Products are meant to be stacked with a Pre-Workout so i took them with my Pre. You can't expect to have the energy and focus from a Pump Product like you would have from a Pre-Workout.

      Effectiveness

      4.5/10

      1 Serving:
On the first 5 days i tried one serving and i felt nothing in terms of Pumps, Vascularity or Endurance....Absolutely nothing. I couldn't get a pump.... The irony is that taking my pre as standalone i would always have some kind of pump (sometimes decent, sometimes great) thanks to 6-7g of Citrulline but when i combined them together with this i couldn't get anything and i was pretty disappointed.

      2 Servings:
So i upped to 2 servings for the next 10-11 days. On the first two days i would have some great pumps so i figured we are doing something now and i was quite impressed but unfortunately it was a placebo effect. On the latter 8 days pumps were at best below-average (i wouldn't consider them even decent just very slightly improved). Vascularity didn't really much improved my veins were slightly more pronounced but nothing that impressed me and endurance were exactly the same as without it. Some days i would even break the capsules and add them directly to my pre-workout but with no improvement...

      3 Servings:
On my last days with this product i upped to 3 servings to check if things will get better. At last i would have some decent pumps considerably better than 1 or 2 servings. Vascularity was again decent with veins being bigger and more pronounced (ofc nothing like skin ripping). Endurance was slightly improved especially on cardio.

      The main problem:
I experienced a major loss of power on all dosages i have tried. For example some 8 reps became 5 reps and even with those reps i was really strangling. I knew for sure that my strength was in trouble. Nothing changed in terms of workout, sleep or diet. After ending the container my strength quickly come back to normal and this 5 strangling reps became 8 relatively easy reps. I believe the main suspect for this is the combination of Agmatine and Nitrosigine that somewhat counter each other because they use the same receptors (Both arginine and citrulline are antagonistic to the effects of agmatine towards nNOSO). It matches the loss of power (Citrulline as standalone increases my strength by 2-3 reps and gives me almost always some kind of pump). You will probably ask why then combine your pre that contains Citrulline with this? Simply because the company states on their website to combine this with their pre that already contains 8g of Citrulline and because almost all pre-workouts contain some quantity of Citrulline these days.

Overall a mostly ineffective product considering the fact that i had to increase to 3 servings (12 pills) to get a decent pump along with a big loss of strength on all dosages which a huge problem for me.

      Value

      2/10
44.99 Dollars for 50 servings. I needed 3 servings to have decent pumps so the price per serving goes to 2.7 Dollars which i wouldn't even spend on a product that gives me killer pumps.

      Side Effects

      Nothing at all.

      Conclusion

I can't recommend this to anyone based on my experience and i wouldn't buy this but I believe LabTech Nutraceuticals is a solid company overall and won't write them off based on one product. This is just their bad "apple" which every company on the market has one way or the other.

They wanted to get rid Lean Whey because it expires on December. So i bought before 2 months five of them.

      Ingredient Profile

In a first glance the profile looks pretty solid but don't get too excited. Per 26g of serving you get 20.6g of Protein consisting of Whey Protein Isolate, Concetrate and Milk Protein Isolate. Isolate for fast digestion, Concentrate for fast digestion again but slower than Isolate and Milk Protein for the casein ratio (Milk Protein consists 78-82% Casein and 18-22% Whey). Casein is a slow digestion protein. Along with these goodies you get a negligible amounts of Safflower Oil (312mg), Green Tea Extract (78mg) and L-Carnitine 130mg. I don't think that these amounts will affect any way your recovery or your protein intake.

Now let's begin with the details which make the difference. Label can be misleading. In big letters on the bottom of Nutrition Information you get some info that this whey contains 9.2 g of EAA's, 7.2 g Conditionally Essential Amino Acids and 4.2g Non Essential Amino Acids. Your first thinking is "Wow what a a great company they give us some info about the amino acids in this protein". Wrong! They don't mention the quantity of each amino acid and they don't mention the amount of BCAA's in the chart (But they mention that you get 4.6 g BCAA's with small letters on the bottom of the package and you will have to search a bit).

The main problem is the order of EAA's. EAA's contain our lovely BCAA's which personally they help me more than other amino acids (Only If Leucine has more quantity than the other two). In this chart Valine is second, Isoleucine is forth and Leucine is fifth (EAA's are 8 amino acids). That means Leucine is less than the other two BCAA's (they don't place them with alphabetical order). Usually almost all my Whey Protein powders that have the quantity of each amino acid disclosed have a 1.8-1-1 ratio of Leucine to Isoleucine and Valine. But this protein has less Leucine than Isoleucine and Valine on a 4.6 overall quantity of BCAA's which is pretty troubling.

But you may say that order doesn't matter at all and every company can place the ingredients with the order they like. I don't believe this for a simple reason (i might be wrong) i have seen many blend Whey Protein powders with first ingredient Concentrate and second ingredient Isolate or Hydrolyzed Whey. Why one company would place first Whey Concentrate (Concentrate is widely believed to be an less quality protein than Isolate or Hydrolyzed) and after Isolate/ Hydrosylate if they can place the ingredients with their order they wish? You will say that some companies are trustworthy that's why they place the true order. The keyword is "Some" companies are trustworthy. I don't really believe that all companies that place Concentrate first they care and want to tell the truth to their customers but because they have to. I might be grumpy but i don't believe everything one company advertises. I will look on the small letters for some clues.

      Taste/Mixability/Dosing

I had the Strawberry fusion which is a pretty decent flavor with no chemical aftertaste at all. I am not really fond of Strawberry but i quite enjoyed it. Not the best taste but tolarable. Mixability was great even with 3 scoops on a 500ml water quantity. Just shake for 30 seconds.
Dosing was 3 scoops (61.8 protein) after working out.

      Effectiveness

My worst fears unfortunately come true. Doms were still there and only reduced very slightly. I could feel significantly tired like i haven't consumed a Protein Powder (first time that happens to me lol). I can't believe that it didn't helped me with recovery even with 60grams of Protein. I will also compare this with 60g of Whey Hydrosylate and 40g of Whey Concentrate. With 60grams of Whey Hydrosylate i wouldn't feel any Doms and i wouldn't be tired from my workout. Even with 40g of Whey Concentrate i would have a way better recovery than this product. Hydrosylate and Concentrate had a 1.8:1:1 ratio of BCAA's. Also sleeping patterns and diet were exactly the same. The good news are the good digestion with no side effects. No bloat, no stomach discomfort and no farts to mention.

      Value

I won't base value with the Promo Stack. It costs 32.87 Dollars for 2 lbs which is pretty expensive because it is largely ineffective.

      Conclusion

They are way better Whey protein powders than this. I bought them basically for free on this promo stack but i believe i shouldn't. They only occupy some free space. I would like to say some good things about this product but unfortunately the only positives are decent taste (nothing extraordinary) and no side effects.

        Introduction

Hello everyone. I was looking for a Citrulline Malate or Citrulline product to add in times needed on pre-workouts.

        Ingredient Profile

This product contains only 200g Citrulline Malate 2:1 (Ratio of L-Citrulline to Malic acid). Each serving is 3g.
Citrulline Malate helps mainly with Strength (Muscular Endurance) and for Pumps. The only difference between Citrulline Malate and Citrulline is the added malic acid. In theory the malic acid will help you better in N.O production and energy. I have been using both types numerously times and haven't noticed a diffe...

In theory the malic acid will help you better in N.O production and energy. I have been using both types numerously times and haven't noticed a difference in performance but with Citrulline as standalone some times i would have an upset stomach (comparing 6g Citrulline Malate vs 4g Citrulline).

        Taste/Mixability/Dosing

It tastes crap on it's own so simple add this on your workout. Doesn't affect the mixability of my pre-workouts but it will affect the taste to bitter. Dosing depends on what pre-workout i am using. Some might have sufficient dosage, others might be underdosed so added Dosages range between 2g to 4g. I like to have on my preworkout totally 6g Citrulline Malate on a 2:1 ratio (4g Citrulline- 2g Malic acid).

        Effectiveness

I think Citrulline Malate (or simply Citrulline) should be on everyone stack. It's extremely consistent. With 6g Citrulline Malate i would have almost all the times working out pumps. My workouts are 1.5 to 2 hours long and i would know after my first hour i would have some kind of pump. Honestly i can't remember one day i wouldn't have gotten at least a decent pump but just in case i will say almost. Some days pump would be decent, some days would be great. I think that depends on your workout, your diet etc. In terms of strength i would have an increase in reps by 1-2 (2 on most of my sets) which is pretty nice. Doesn't let you down it's there for you. I think it helps a bit in endurance too with slightly less recovery time between sets and improved cardio.

        Value

17.45 Dollars for 200g of Citrulline Malate is pretty a good deal.

        Conclusion

Do you want some increased strength, endurance and some pumps? Then try some Citrulline. It will propably help you with your goals in a efficient way.

Hello everyone. I was looking for a Beta Alanine product to add on my pre-workout.

You can dosage this any time of the day and still have good results but i prefer before working out because i love tingles. My pre already contains 2000mg and i simply add 1500mg from this product.

          Effectiveness

I experienced substantially less fatigue when working out, better recovery times between sets and helped me especially with cardio, i could push more which allowed me to increase my time easily. Honestly i can't imagine myself working out without Beta Alanine. It makes a big difference in terms of endurance.

          Value

I bought it for 16.83 Dollars. I use only 3/4 of the serving so one serving equals 0.12 Dollars which is a great price.

          Side Effects

Some tingles sometimes when working out but i like them so no problem. If you hate tingles begin with half dose.

          Conclusion

Simple and Effective like the title. Endurance is a very important aspect when i workout out. If you need something to help you with Endurance try some Beta Alanine, it won't cost you a fortune and it will probably help you.
