Wassup, my name is Marvin (170 lbs 5'10")
I workout for Basketball.. My goal is to reach 180-185 lbs solid SOLID muscle while maintaining athleticism. Another goal of mine is to dunk (but thats an art in its self).
Right now my favorite supps are:
MHP Up Your Mass,
Dymatize Elite Whey,
(my SciFit Nitrox II is on its way).. S**t thats about it i guess, im still searching on building the perfect stack.
I workout mon-fri (& maybe do something specific on saturday) and it looks a little something like this:
MON: Chest/Tris/Abs
TUES: Plyometrics
WEDS: Shoulders/Abs
THURS: Legs
FRI: Bis/Back/Abs (my favorite day, working on building the perfect arms)
I like to stay educated on the things I put into my body so I research everything before making an educated decision..
