I started this site as a wrestler looking to get bigger,faster, and of course stronger for my senior year of wrestling. After alot of hard work and dedication and of course using the awesome resource that is this website, I was able to finish 2nd in the state! Now that my wrestling career is over I've started getting into bodybuilding and love it.
