Been dedicated to improveing my body for 3 years now. 3 years ago I finally had enough and got back in the gym and worked my ass off, I went from 250lbs to 185lbs and since then ive focused on reshapeing my body. Ive learned alot in the past few years from my personal experience and this site and if you have any questions feel free to ask.
