09/2010: Could not do a single push up, weighed 160 lbs with 30+ percent body fat. I had to suck in my stomach for hours so people didn't think I was fat.
Luckily that was my senior year in high school and I got a great gym teacher who pushed me.
05/2011: Gained some muscle and burned some fat. I could do a real 25 push ups. 150 lbs 25% body fat
09/2011: This is when I started going to the gym 2-3 times a week.
01/2012: I made lots of progress, I can actually do a full set of dips now without assistance. I am now at 140 lbs with 19% body fat.
My goal for August is 145 lbs with 10-15% body fat.
