    Introduction

Been working out since 2004. Got my diet on check in 2009. Started using supplements to supplement my diet. I try to research every supplement and ingredient before I put it in my body. I'm just reviewing what works and doesn't work for my body personally.

    Ingredient Profile

    Agmatine Sulfate 500mg
Other ingredients Gelatin, Magnesium Stearate, Corn Starch, Blue #1, Titanium Dioxide Powder.

1 capsule you get 500mg, 2 capsules 1 gram. Bottle has 60 capsules so depending on you it might last you 2 months or 1 month.

Personally I was doing 1 gram per workout and it was freaking awesome. BUT sometimes my biceps would be so pumped that I wouldn't be able to do a complete rep because of it. Specially when I was doing 1g of agmatine and 6g of l-citrulline. Had to bump it down to 500mg of agmatine and 5g of citrulline to find that perfect pump for me. Plus the bottle lasted me a lot longer just doing 1 capsule per workout.

    Taste/Mixability/Dosing

    Doesn't taste like anything it's a pill.
Dosing was pretty easy, either 1 or 2 capsules a day I would take it with either bcaa, beta alanine, creatine hcl and sometimes with l-citrulline for my night workouts after work.
I never broke down the capsule and mixed it in water so I can't really say how the mixability was. Mixed fine in my stomach after I had it though lol.

    Effectiveness

Like I mentioned above I was doing 1 gram per workout and for the bigger body parts like back, chest and even legs I had awesome workouts. Sometimes I wouldn't even need the l-citrulline added to get a great pump.

For the small body parts like biceps, triceps, shoulders and calves I would go at 500mg because the pump would be so much that it would hurt and I wouldn't be able to do the complete movement and reps. Shoulders not as much but mainly biceps and calves. My calf pumps are not fun so for that reason I would had to train calves on either arm day or "rest/cardio day".

I also noticed that 1 gram of agmatine whenever I had cardio at home with my girl I always felt like i was harder. Idk what it was but damn I loved it and she did too.

    Value

Pretty damn cheap! Even though it's been discontinued you can still find it for $20 online.
Again depending on you it might last you 2 months. $10 buck a month for great pumps is awesome for me since I don't have the money for supplements all the time.

    Side Effects

Not really a side effect but at 1 gram sometimes would be too much for me, specially when I mixed it with l-citrulline.

    Conclusion

It's super cheap online at $20, its effective at 500mg and its even better at 1 gram. I stocked up when usp labs discontinued it and bought 5 bottles at $15 a bottle at the time and I only have 1 bottle left but even at $20 its still worth it in my opinion. Don't know why it was discontinued but as long as I can find it online for cheap I will keep buying it.

Awhile back when usplabs did their inner circle deal for Versa 1 this product came with this. I just realized I never did a review for this and felt I should. This was the first time I have ever tried Agmatine. I had heard this was suppose to give you really intense and insane pumps during your workouts and I could not wait to try it.

    Ingredient:
    Agmatine Sulfate 500mg
Some other ingredients Gelatin, Magnesium Stearate, Corn Starch, Blue #1, Titanium Dioxide Powder. This is pretty straight forward on ingredients but it could be maybe a little under dosed but not to bad.

    Value:
The value on this product is not to bad. You can usually find this for around $20. I personally would not pay much more than that for a pump product like this.

    Dosing:
There are 60 pills in this and I took just 1 pill each time about 30 mins or so before my workout. Normally I would have taken 2 pills but since I was on a bunch of other products that had nitric oxide stuff in them I figured there was no need to take two of them. This 30 mins or so before my workout seemed to work pretty good for me on timing.

    Taste/Mixablity:
There is no taste and nothing to mix since these come in pill form.

    Effectiveness:
Like I said above this was my first time ever trying straight agmatine. I was not sure what all to expect from this product except some really crazy and intense pumps I heard you would get with this. Well that is just what I got but not as much as I think I would have gotten if I would have done the 2 pills instead of just 1. I did not want to over do it on the pumps if I was taking other stuff that all ready had NO in them. I have heard that some people do not respond very well to straight agmatine but for me it worked pretty good. I feel I got better pumps off this than I would get with straight Agrinine. The pumps I got off this seem to last through out my whole workout and felt really good. It was nothing overly powering on pumps but felt good. My vascularity was a lot more noticeable and it was good to see more of my veins showing. I really wish I would have done the two pills at once because I think the pumps would have only been that much better. I did stack this with some other stuff and I feel this only helped more. How this would have worked if I was not taking the other stuff with this I don't know but I am sure it would still have been good. I am not usually a big fan of NO type pump products and feel they are a waste of money because of what they do and don't really help you build more strength and size. I notice some products take awhile to start working but this stuff seemed to start working right away for me and kept working through out the whole bottle.

    Side Effects:
Never had any issues with side effects. The only thing I would think that might be a little bit of a problem is that the pumps you get from this might be a little to much at times to handle depending on what you working that day and how hard you are workingout.

    Overall:
I thought this was a decent product. Gave me some great pumps and made me a bit more vascular. Would I recommend this yes. If your look for an inexpensive pump type product this would be good to try. Even though this worked great for me I probably won't get this again just because I am not a big fan of spending money on NO product.

Agmantine Sulfate is the new hyped ingredient (like HMB, CLA, 5-HTP, DAA, AAKG ..etc) that apparently does everything short of curing cancer. And like the above, unless you've buried your head in the sand (not a bad move tbh), you'll find articles and postersthat claim this will give you pump, strength, endurance, regulate insulin, boost testosterone, offset catabolism, increase your anabolic window and make you shredded* (*: all claims never to be objectively evidenced).

So obviously like the gullible marketting monkey that I am: I see a banana (or what seems to be a banana, and what everybody else says is a banana, but really isn't a banana, just an overpriced yellow plastic let-down), and decide I must get it.

I bought it. I consumed it. Nothing happened. It was all a lie. It always is.

    ==VALUE: 2/10==
It's expensive for what is: which is emptiness in a bottle.

    ==EFFECTIVENESS: 4/10==
Ok maybe I'm being a bit tough on this. On its own, this product is useless. On 1g preworkout I did notice some slight benefit in pump, though this could've most likely been 1g of placebo hope.

HOWEVER, I started stacking this with other preworkouts (GreenMag, Animal Pump) that I was using and in all honesty, it worked out pretty well. I did notice increase in both duration of and effectiveness in Pump and Vascularity.

So I would say this product is good if you want to 'Top up' your existing preworkout. Pump and Vascularity in particular. But taking this on its own really isn't worth it.

    ==OVERALL: 3/10==
Save your money, don't buy this. It would only really be worth it if:
    1) you've already found your perfect preworkout stack and are looking for some icing on your cake.
    2) have money to throw away
    3) don't want to take existing preworkouts with Agmantine Sulfate like ANS Ritual.

This product I saw as a review by ZB and wanted something extra to throw into my workout. Luckily I switched from cutting (too early) to bulking routine. This is a NO product made by USP Labs. They are known for some fantastic products already like OxyElite, Jack3d, Proteins, and other products.

      --------------------------------------------------

Taste: 10/10 - 2 smooth caps about 30 minutes pre workout. I would actually take them about 15 minutes pre workout on an empty stomach. No taste. No burp. Smooth and easy to take.
      --------------------------------------------------

      Ingredients: Pretty straight forward:

      Agmantine Sulfate (500mg) a pill
x2 pills gives you 1g of AS
      --------------------------------------------------

Price: 10/10 - 10? Yes. You get this for around $19 even at GNC and it lasts you for 30 days. For 30 effective continuous days of use. Well worth it.

      --------------------------------------------------
Effectiveness: 9/10 - Since I am giving this a 9, I will break it down into categories to express how it effected each part.

Pump in the Gym: 10/10 - I have to give this product a 10. I don't normally give products a 10 because they usually begin amazing then die down quickly. Not this NO. I mixed this a few diff ways.

Jack3d Micro + Agmantine = Pumps were pretty good. The smaller muscles like arms and shoulders were more vascular and did feel stronger at the range of motion. Every time you got to the last rep the veins would literally feel like they would bulge out of your arms. Crazy.

Jack3d Micro + Agmantine + 1 pack of Animal Stak - WOW. All I have to say is WOW. Not only do you get the above effect, but it feels like your body is swole, as if you just munched on a can of creatine. You def feel stronger and I was able to lift 30-40lbs heavier in compound exercises. This is a big lift.

Agmantine on its own is not that great. The pumps were minimal but without that extra boost of energy it was almost not noticeable.

As far as having the pump in the muscle throughout the day as ZB mentioned I did not notice that. Maybe you need to be lower bodyfat to have that. For me, the pump during the workout was out of this world, but the pump once it fades, pretty much does just that, it fades.

Pump in the Bedroom - 10/10 - My girl is so raw sexually that lately shes been in heat because I don't see her often enough. So when the weekend comes along, bam she is ready to go. And boy am I. 2 pills an hour before "sexercise" and throw in 2 pills of horny goat weed and bam, even if you are a minute man, your girl will think you got a rod of steel. You get the fullness, you get the veins right there, you get the hardness, and its better then Viagra without the side effects of possible needle to dick ratio... Its really worth it if you will use it for that alone.

      --------------------------------------------------

Overall: 9/10 - This product was probably the easiest 9 I have given in the long time. There are no filler ingredients. Its just a straight up NO product and it works hands down. I will recommend this to others to try.

       Pros:
       Cons:
      • Consistent Pumps
      • No Products Are Unnecessary
USP Labs Agmatine 500 – I received a free bottle of Agmatine 500 with the Versa-1 inner circle deal.

Agmatine is a relatively new "pump" product that has flooded the supplement industry as of late, marketed as a byproduct of Arganine, better absorbed and utilized by the body. Along with increasing pumps, this product is intended to help aid in blood flow, muscle fullness, and nutrient repartitioning. Many newer pre-workouts/N.O. Boosters/natural test boosters are starting to include this ingredient in their formulas, with usp labs claiming their brand of Agmatine 500 as one of the more pure forms out there. This product contained 60 pills, with the only ingredient being the 500mg of Agmatine, and suggested dosing being 1-2 caps a day preworkout for a pump, with an optional 1-2 caps on off days to lend in nutrient repartitioning.

My Experience – I only dosed this product on workout days (from 1 – 2 caps), as I was looking more for a pump from this, than for any possible nutrient repartitioning benefits. Throughout the duration of using this product, I had several different stacks:

Agmatine500 w/ Jack3d Micro – this was a pretty sweet stack in terms of the pump I received. I workout first thing in the morning, and whatever body part worked that morning, would be "pumped" practically all day after dosing. The pump could be described as full, like whatever muscle group worked would feel inflated and strong.

Agmatine500 w/ Creatine/Beta-Alanine – I ran the agmatine without a preworkout after completing my run with Micro, stacking with only the basic creatine and beta-alanine. The workouts I had with this combo only solidified that the Agmatine was the primary provider of my pumps, being almost the same as when I was taking Micro. However, there were one or two occasions I wanted to see if this was really doing anything, and on those days, I could definitely feel a difference. I still had good workouts, but my muscles just seemed flatter, for a lack of a better term. Compared to when using the Agmatine where I could literally feel the blood flowing to my muscles, this was as good as proof as I needed in knowing that the Agmatine was working for me. It did not substantially affect endurance/strength, but again, I was only looking for the pump with this product, and it definitely succeeded in that department.

Taste/Mixability/Dosing – easy to swallow pills taken preworkout. I dosed this on an empty stomach each time I used it, and never got an upset stomach. I did have to go #2 like clockwork after my 10 minute treadmill warm up though, but I did not mind that too much. I actually felt lighter after going.

Side Effect – I did experience one side effect I was not expecting while using this product. While getting it on with my girlfriend, I noticed a much fuller and stronger woody. A definitely and unexpected plus in my book.

Price – I have seen this product priced around 20 bucks on some online retailers. Not bad at all in my opinion. I don't normally buy "pump" products as I am kind of cheap when it comes to supplements, but if I ever do again, I would be hesitant to stray away from this.

Conclusion – I ended up really enjoying this product. Although not a necessity by any means, I could definitely see myself purchasing another bottle or two, for whenever I am cycling off stims but would still like a pump. It was extremely consistent, which seems to be something that not ALL N.O. products can claim. So the next time you're looking to get "pumped", rather than taking a guess with an inconsistent pump product with several ingredients in a proprietary blend, I would recommend the consistency of USP Labs Agmatine 500, which would probably end up being cheaper anyway.

      Thanks for reading.
