my experience with this product is fairly short only lasting 6 days. i'm always willing to give something a try before i write it off as a not so good product. soon after purchasing this i then realized how much this would cost me to take for one month and i opted not to go that route.

Ingredients per vial: 120 calories, 95mg sodium, 0g fat, 0g carbs, 0g sugar and 26g protein.

nothing fancy here, although i thought they could've at least added a few carbs, maybe even 5-8g or so. protein sources include Hydrolyzed Collagenic Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Isolate, Casein Protein Isolate...

nothing fancy here, although i thought they could've at least added a few carbs, maybe even 5-8g or so. protein sources include Hydrolyzed Collagenic Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Isolate, Casein Protein Isolate. i also didn't like that they don't list the BCAA amount.

Effectiveness: took one post workout and one upon waking on rest days, it's okay if you need a quick source of protein and want to opt for something other than a shake/bar. i feel as though a few carbs would've make it a little better choice to take post-workout. i was off of all supplements for two weeks and when taking this i didn't notice any enhanced recovery. didn't make me nauseous, sat fairly easy on the stomach as well. maybe i could've had better results if i would've taken it longer? who knows.

Taste/Texture: fruit punch flavor is what i had. while the taste isn't horrible but tolerable, it was pretty tart with a funky after taste. the texture wasn't really thin or thick, for some reason it reminded me of liquid jell-o if that makes any sense? easy to slam down within a few seconds, no sipping or chugging necessary.

Value: i got 6 vials at Walmart for $10 which is actually a little cheaper than BB.com. but if you want to run this for a month you're looking to spend $50 and at that price for what you're getting it's not worth it.

Overall: i don't want to write this off completely as a bad product because i could've taken it longer to see if the results were better, but as i stated before i opted not to due to the price. ingredient profile isn't anything special, but if you're willing to drop $50 on this for a month go ahead and give it a shot. maybe you'll like it, i wasn't impressed..

Effectiveness/Dosage: 2 gummies any time of the day. what did i notice from this? for it to claim it has 5g fiber per serving i noticed absolutely nothing. it didn't make me feel "full" or help regulate my digestive system, no signs of fiber working in my system. i would even take 4 gummies a day (10g) and it still felt like i didn't consume any fiber.

Value: it was around $11 for about 90 gummies, not a bad deal if it actually worked though.

Overall: from what i can remember this is the lowest i've rated any supplement. i spared it from 0's and gave it 1's due to the fact that it claims it's for adults; maybe it's okay for a child but i noticed no results from taking this. taste of these are half decent but that's not going to save it from it's lack of results. my final thoughts on this are if you see this is in any store don't waste you're money on it, spend it on something useful that actually works.

i had a few boxes of these in the past, never wrote a review on it so i thought i'd do a quick short one.

Ingredient Profile(per 1 bar): 260 calories, 7g fat, 370mg sodium, 200mg potassium, 34g carbs, 25g sugar, 16g protein, various vitamins and minerals(check GNC.com if you want the exact amounts). a few things i dislike, low in protein IMO, high sugar content and it could come down on the fat a little too.

Taste: i've had the peanut butter, chocolate crisp and cookies n' creme. all of which taste really good, obviously because of the 25g sugar. texture is good, chewy and not tough ...

Taste: i've had the peanut butter, chocolate crisp and cookies n' creme. all of which taste really good, obviously because of the 25g sugar. texture is good, chewy and not tough like alot of other bars out there, no weird after taste either. the peanut butter was my favorite, although all of them were good.

Effectiveness: i mainly used these as a snack or if i couldn't get my hands on some food at the current time. it didn't feel me up or anything due to the lack of fiber, but it did make for a decent snack. not ideal for post workout but a few times i didn't feel like taking a shake so i just scarfed down one or two of these. sat well on the stomach, surprisingly for it being high in sugar it didn't upset my stomach.

Value: 24 bars for $20.93 with a Gold Card, which is actually a decent deal for the amount of bars you get.

Overall: Defiantly not the best bar out there, but it okay as a quick snack for some easy to grab n' go protein/carbs and cals. i might grab another box in the future, nothing special that i would go out of my way to get though. i suppose it's better than eating a bunch of junk foods you find in your local grocery stores or a gas station.

Dosage: 4 caplets 30-60 minutes prior to bedtime. the caplets a slightly larger than the GNC Brand vitamins if you're familiar with those.

Effectiveness: similar to the chews, but the results were a little better. seemed to help with stiffness and aches in my joints from time to time. i injured my thumb pretty bad back in july(sprain/strain), i didn't notice any improvement in regards to that. it helped somewhat but didn't completely get rid of my symptoms. although as a sleep aid, it did work pretty good, helping me relax and "wind down" to get ready for sleep which i usually have trouble maintaining throughout the night.

Value: i got this marked down at GNC for around $12 for 30 days worth which isn't bad. although i didn't see alot of these of the shelf and none on the website; so my assumption is that it's being discontinued?

Overall: not a bad product, average at best. if you have achy/stiff joints and are looking for some minor relief give this a try. it also helps with sleep as well, which i think helps add to the value of it a little. wasn't blown away by this, but it did help somewhat. i'm 50/50 on if i would buy this in the future.

Taste/Mixability/Dosage: unflavored so there's no taste really & mixes like most creatines, kinda grainy unless you let it sit for a while for a while or use a warmer liquid; but it really wasn't that big of a deal for it i would just down it with 10-12oz of fluid (5g daily) and no loading.

Effectivness: strength and endurance was good, lifts going up maybe 4/5lbs. but about 3/4 of the way through it seemed like the effects weren't as good as initially. i'm not really sure why though, i haven't experienced anything like that with a creatine product. didn't really notice any blaoting either, maybe minor if any.

Value: price was decent, 50 servings for $22 at GNC, which is the same as Bodybuilding.com

Overall: looking at the ingredients it looks like its the best creatine product out there and it does look very impressive. maybe initially i jumped the gun when first taking this, being excited to try a new product. but to me it fell short of what i expected and was average at best. as of right not Controlled Labs GreenMAG stands as #1 for me. because of the profile on the label i'd say possibly give it a shot, maybe you'll have better results than i did.

Effectiveness: this contains 250mg of caffeine per scoop, which is fairly high for most PWOs. Energy from this was good, focus was okay, it would last me through my usual 1 hour workout. i have a fairly decent tolerance to stims, it would make me jittery for a few minutes then go away. i was however disappointed with the fact that for Arginine and Citrulline to be the first two ingredients in it's blend, i barely noticed any kind of pump from this. effects seemed to wear off rather quickly than expected too.

Dosage/Mixability/Taste: 1 scoop 30-45min PWO, i eventually starting using 1.5/2 scoops due to i felt like it wasn't working as well as it initially was. i would use roughly 10-12oz of water, didn't break down the best, there was always some product left at the bottom of my cup. i had the Grape flavor, it was eh okay, i've had better and worst; strange after taste though.

Value: BB.com has 50 servings for $21.99, although at the time they were running a 20% off deal so i got mine a few bucks cheaper, which isn't a bad deal.

Overall: this was average to me at best, i still haven't found anything so far that's better than Cellucor C4 Extreme. 50 servings isn't bad for the price, but i had to use 1.5/2 scoop eventually, which lessened my servings. no pump really, mixability and taste could be improved, effectiveness wearing off faster than expected. it's worth trying for the first time because of the price/servings, but i'm not sure if i would purchase this again myself in the future.

i actually did some what of a "loading" phase with this, taking 2 capsules daily with a meal and i did this for about 3-4 weeks. after that time period i reduced it to just 1 capsule daily, every once in a while ill still take 2 if i feel its needed. i can say this did reduce the random muscle twitches drastically, i'll still get them every once in a while but nowhere near as frequent as before. i also noticed when taking this my water balance was better, i wouldn't feel as dehydrated at times and i felt like this helped while on creatine too.

Value: 120 capsules for $12 at GNC with a Gold Card. really not a bad deal, seems to last a while too.

Overall: worked very well for me, probably going to keep this as one of the staples in my supplement stacks. has a few different benefits to it; simple, effective and affordable.

Effectiveness: morning, evening, pre/post workout, before bed, this worked well for me just like Syntha 6 did. it can be taken any time due to the protein blend it contains, with different absorption rates. it can also be used as a snack too in-between meals, didn't make me completely full but could hold me over 2 hours or so until a meal. also, i never really noticed any type of fat gain from this either.

Taste/Mixability: Fresh Cinnamon Roll - hands down probably one of the top 3 tasting proteins i've ever had, absolutely awesome. creamy, thick texture that goes down smooth. thrown in a blender bottle and shaken for a good 30 seconds and it usually mixes up fine, barley any clumps if any.

Value: it only comes in 1.39 serving size tub, 18 servings for $18.99. i bought my most recent one from GNC for $23. neither price is that great for a the amount of servings you get. i wish they made this in larger size containers.

Overall: i think it is a good product, better choice to use as a snack over other stuff that's out there. taste is good, it can be used any time of the day for any reason really. only down fall with this is the amount of servings for what it costs and i wish it listed the actual amount of BCAAs it contains.

Dosage/Effectiveness: Take 2 caplets daily with a meal. as far as effectiveness..there's not really much to say except i didn't notice any results from taking this. concentration and focus aren't any different than if i wasn't taking this.

Value: 60 tablets, 30 day supply for $15 at GNC, that wouldn't be a bad deal if this actually worked for me.

Overall: like i stated before, i didn't except this to make me into some super genius. i figured it couldn't hurt to try with all the natural ingredients and see if it could improve my study's. the reason why i gave it straight 1's and not 0's is because i only went through one 30 day supply and maybe if i took a few more boxes it would of started to work better? i'm not really sure if that would of been true or not, so i figured i'd rather just save my money and not purchase this again.

One of the main issues that people have with creatine is water retention, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Creatine is supposed to hyper hydrate the muscle cells to make you more anabolic.

Dosage/Taste/Smell: 2 called daily, I've tried it pre, post, even 4 capsules. Is really not that big of a deal with pills, but I thought they tasted and smelled really funky.

Effectiveness: I always keep my water levels optimal, but whether I took 2 or 4 capsules the results were the same(or lack their of). Creatine should help with explosiveness, power, strength, endurance. Personally I experiened barely Any results, I didn't feel like a busted any plateaus. At most maybe I couldn't lift 1 extra pound? Probably could of done that with out the kre alk. I didn't experience the "full/swole" feeling that I have encountered with other forms of creatine. I will say I didn't bloat from this, stomach bloating generally comes from sugars in cratine products and this contains none.

Value: I used to live down the street from the Supplement Central warehouse, so I could walk in and buy direct from them. At the time I think u played roughly $13 for 120 capsules? Sounds like a good deal right? Well not really if the product you pay for gives you minimal results.

Overall: I'm not bashing this, I understand a lot of people love kre alk. My honest opinion is that I'm not really a fan of this and I think Creapure is far more superior. Maybe if they come out with an "upgraded" or new form maybe ill try it? if its in a blend cool, but I probably won't buy this direct product again.
