I LOVED THIS PRODUCT!

i have experimented with SARM/AAS/PH in the past. stayed away for a while and recently decided to try it out again, but i wanted to do it the right way this time. i want to begin by saying thank you to the SR community for all the extensive info i have learned from you guys. because of you guys, this cycle was done to full efficiency.

starting with the ratings:

DOSAGE: 9/10. i did my cycle as 50/50/75/75/100/100. the pills are in 25mg. spacing out the dosages was very easy. i would take 1 or 2 pills an hour before workout, then space the rest of the dosages ...

starting with the ratings:

DOSAGE: 9/10. i did my cycle as 50/50/75/75/100/100. the pills are in 25mg. spacing out the dosages was very easy. i would take 1 or 2 pills an hour before workout, then space the rest of the dosages accordingly throughout the day.

EFFECTIVENESS 9/10. i didnt give it a full 10 because it was towards the end of my 2nd week that i started to feel it. by the 3rd week, nothing could stop me. i would walk in the gym, run a few laps to get heart going then would lift, i would finish each set and look at the weights and think to myself "i could do an extra 10 pounds". i was in the gym with an alpha male feeling, strength went through the roof. i didnt gain a whole lot mass, but people at the gym noticed that i was bigger and even complimented me. i gained 4.3 pounds within the 6 weeks but lost fat too (recomp). i looked like i gained about 10 pounds though. my libido went up on this too. vascularity definetly went up several knotches.

VALUE: 9/10. one bottle runs about 40 bucks, but it takes about 2 bottles for a full cycle. 80 bucks isnt neccessarily cheap, quality of h-drol made it worth it.

SIDE EFFECTS: the neg side effects didnt kick in til about week 3. i started getting back pumps on week 3, wasnt bad but the further into my cycle i went the more annoying they became, taurine helped significantly but backpumps still remained. noticed i was more lethargic, but nothing that a PWO couldnt fix. my cardio went downhill, i believe this was do to a combo of the back pumps and lethargic sides, wasnt a huge issue because by week 5 i noticed that i was actually losing fat. i did get some aggression on h-drol, it was mainly in the gym, but everyone at the gym annoyed me. i didnt care to talk to people at the gym, i was there on a mission and it was to rip poo apart. i was a little more short tempered outside the gym, but kept it under control. i dont look at needing a PCT as a neg side effect to h-drol, just like i dont look at taking a poo as a neg side effect to eating... its a requirement.

OVERALL: i would recommend this PH to an adult 21+ that wants to try their first PH cycle or even as a summer cycle for the experienced user. i loved h-drol and will definetly do it again. i must say that i do believe that if you decide to take h-drol, to have a proper PCT following it. and to be responsible on any PH, understand the side effects of what you are taking and learn to adjust to them or dont take the product.

now for the stats!!!!

week 1: 192lbs
lat pulldowns 200lbs x 6
bench press 225lbs x 6
isolated rows 175lbs x 8 per arm
decline bench 265lbs x 8
squat 395lbs x 8

week 6: 196.3lbs
lat pulldowns 225lbs x 8
bench press 255lbs x 8
isolated rows 225lbs x 6 per arm
decline bench 320lbs x 8
squat 430lbs x 8

** the numbers are accurate (even the decline bench increase), these numbers are conservative to what i was able to do without a spot **
 Pros:
 Cons:
  • Builds Muscle
  • Increased Libido
  • Minimal Sides
  • Good Strength Gains
  • Felt Like A Monster
  • Back Pumps
  • Lethargy
  • Mild Aggression

I decided to take this because i had several joint problems. i've had runners knee, small popping in my elbow, but more recently i started having really bad inflammation in the top of my foot/ankle area. i dealt with the problem for a very long time and never decided to do anything about it til recently when i started having really bad pain in my ankle. i went from running about 5 miles a day to barely being able to do half a mile without having this throbbing pain. i felt my ankle and could feel a pop whenever i moved my foot around. i knew this had to be dealt with right away.

i decided to try this out and WOW without the first week i felt a difference. by the end of the bottle (30 days) i didnt have any more pain. the popping in my elbow was gone, the runners knee went from a crunching to a small vibration and the ankle pain was gone completely.

TASTE 10/10: they're capsules, small capsules too.

VALUE 8/10: i give it an 8 because its not the cheapest thing on the market. its $70 bucks in store and its a month supply. comes to $2.33/day, which is pretty high. i personally didnt mind the price because of the severity of the issue. so if your price conscious, you may not like it. but if you want something with good quality and are willing to pay to make sure the problem will be taken cared of then hands down this product is amazing.

INGREDIENTS 9.5/10...

*1,500mg of glucosamine sulfate

*500mg of MSM (there is where it loses .5, could have put more MSM in)

*250mg of ginger root

*125mg of boswelia extract

*250mg of white willow bark

*50mg of turmeric extract

*50mg of cayenne

*4mg of hyaluronic acid (i believe this may be part of the price issue, hyaluronic acid isnt the cheapest product)

My favorite part about instaflex is the fact that they dont hide the ingredients in a proprietary blend. its upfront and tells you how much of every ingredient you are going to get.

EFFECTIVENESS: 10/10... like i said above, i went from doing 5 miles a day on the track to not being able to even complete 1 mile. within 4 days of taking instaflex i felt a lot better. i didnt put myself to 5 miles again right away but i was able to push to 1 mile at least. i noticed the pain slowly started to go away. the ankle did not burn as much as it did, this could be do to the white willow bark, but the fact is that it was working. by the end of the 2nd week. pain in my ankle was completely gone. i didnt have anymore popping in my elbow and the crunching in my knee went down significantly. i finished the bottle though to ensure this wouldnt happen again.

SIDE EFFECTS 10/10.. there were no side effects.

OVERALL 9/10... i would definetly recommend it to anyone that says they area having joint pain. it worked wonders for me. i take a fish oil every day now since being off instaflex and i havent had any issues since and its been about a month since finishing my bottle and im back to running 5 miles a day. a lot of joint supps are usually "eh kinda worked" or "didnt do a thing" and i was skeptical taking this, but it really was worth every penny to me because it worked that good.
 Pros:
 Cons:
  • No More Joint Pain
  • No More Inflammation
  • Too Expensive

its been a while since i wrote a review but this i think definetly needs a review, please keep up with me because im going to compare the old formula of this product and the "new formula" on this product. MY RATING IS BASED ON THE NEW FORMULA AS OF 11/11 (in case they change it again). for the record i have finished two bottles of this, the old formula and one of the new formula. PWO history is 1mr/jack3d/acg3/nano vapor/pump fuel/black powder... well you get the point, ive tried most of them because i'm a stim junky.

PWO history is 1mr/jack3d/acg3/nano vapor/pump fuel/black powder... well you get the point, ive tried most of them because i'm a stim junky.

TASTE: 2 out of 10... i took a sip of this drink thinking/assuming it would taste just like the old one. nothing like it. i cringed on the taste of this drink, i told myself to man up a few times and kept drinking. finally half way through my 1scoop drink i had to plug my nose like a 6 year old eating steamed brussel sprouts. i wanted to vomit off of the thought of the taste, it didnt physically upset my stomach but the thought of how it tasted gave me an instant gag reflex. i had to drink some water after to get the taste out of my mouth.

VALUE: 7 out of 10. it really depends on where you buy this at. gnc just recently acquired BPI products and retail of 1mr at gnc is $65. if you get it on sale its about $35, which is technically not bad. its about $30 for a bottle online but add S&H and its same price.

EFFECTIVENESS: 6.5 out of 10... i rounded it up to 7 in the final verdict due to different strokes/different folks and it did do something to me. but personally feel a 6.5 because it was not like the old formula. while i was at the gym, i noticed i was way more forcused. i knew what i needed to do and when to do it in order to keep my workout 100% efficient, which is always a great feeling. i had some aggression after taking this stuff, which isnt neccessarily bad, however this was a different type of aggression/irritability. for example, on PH's, i will have some aggression, but not irritable and the aggression would not leave the gym, i was fine on the outside world. the aggression i received from 1mr wasn't in a good way for me personally, i was aggressive at the gym (good) but it left with me when i left the gym, i was irritable all day, i dont think the caffeine played a role in this due to my experience with PWO's with the same caffeine content. when i left the gym, i felt fine but the smallest thing would just make me want to snap on the person, i could feel it. what cured this was taking a nap when i got home. i didnt get a huge pump off of this product, but i noticed that recovery was good. after a set i was not tired, i would do another set feeling like it was the first set. i did not get the beta alanine tingles like i did with the old formula. 1scoop of 1.M.R. contains 300mg of caffine, which is cool compared to many other concentrated preworkouts which usually contain about 100mg-150mg of caffeine/scoop. the crash was horrible though (mind you with other PWO's i would take 300mg of caffeine, so my caffeine consumption stayed the same). i left the gym, irritable and tired and had to take an hour nap just for it to go away. THE OLD FORMULA CONTAINED 1,3-DIMETHYLAMYLAMINE, THE NEW FORMULA DOES "NOT"!. which was a huge downer for me and cool points were lost there. there are a few other ingredients that were swapped out of the old formula as well, to me 1,3 dimeth was the most important one that needed to be mentioned however.

MIXABILITY: 10 out of 10.. it mixes fine, i cant complain about that at all. the product does not settle to the bottom at all.

FINAL VERDICT: 5 out of 10... BPI what happened to you guys???? sign a deal with gnc over the summer and you change your products??? i was so excited to carry you guys too. im not gonna give this drink lower then a 5 because it completed the mission. however 1MR is not going to get anything more then a 5 from me because although they completed their mission, there was a lot of collateral damage and i know what potential they have based on their old formula. if youve never tried it before and want to buy it, be my guest, you may like it better then me and i know theres worse products out there. but for those that have tried the old 1mr and thinking about trying this, i wont recommend it. ITS JUST NOT THE SAME!!! :,( if this was the OLD formula of 1.M.R. then I would have given it all 9's and 10's.

DISCLAIMER: for those wanting to know how to tell the difference between the old formula and the new formula. the OLD formula will have 1,3-dimeth listed in the ingredients and the front of the bottle will state BPI 1.M.R. the NEW formula will not have 1,3-dimeth listed and on the front of the bottle, right above the number 1 in 1.m.r. there will be a "the original" slogan on it.

  • Increased Energy
  • Extreme Focus
  • Increased Muscle Endurance

  • Anger
  • Horrible Taste
  • Bad Crash
  • Pricey
  • Makes My Stomache Hurt

alright, im going to try to be really nice on this product review. test booster history is as follows: i have tried several natty test boosters, i have done AAS, and have done P/H and SARMS. so i understand that this product is not going to have the same powerfull effect that some of the others did. my review on this product is based soley on any sort of result (large or small) and would be compared to other NATURAL test boosters. despite the fact as to me being upset, youll see why:

lets start with the TASTE: 8 OUT OF 10. theres really no taste because these are capsules, when you look at the capsules though, it looks like your about to ingest tar in a capsule, its a black tary liquid in a clear black capsule. no funky smell either.

DOSAGE: 8 OUT OF 10. states to take 3 a day. on not workout days, to spread the dosage throughout the day.

***NOW THIS IS WHERE IT GOES DOWNHILL***

PRICE: 3 OUT OF 10. i, myself did not have to pay for the product, it was given to me for free because the owner of my store wants me to push the NDS product line. test600 usually comes in a pack called the "flex stack", if you decide to purchase the test600 separately, because you can. it sells for $99.99...if you haggle the price you could probably drop it to $69.99. for $100 (70) you get a months supply. 30 servings.

INGREDIENTS: 4 OUT OF 10.. 600mg of testofen and 700mg of blend: tribulus, hesperidin, transresveratrol. i gave it a 4 because of the testofen. i know theres a lot of opinions on whether tribulus helps with test boost or not, but for those who believe (including me), this has to be the lowest quality tribulus on the market. i emailed the company informing them that i worked for *** and that my owner pushes the company very hard and gave them my name and store number and employee number (so they would know im not a competitor or random consumer), asking them about how much protodioscin is in their tribulus since many other companies are now displaying their quality of the tribulus they carry on their labels. i informed them that i would like to push their products, but would like to know more info so i can push and have an advantage of selling their product vs selling a competitor who is more widely known. p.s. apparently our store is known for being a top 10 store on selling NDS products, so you would believe you receive a little respect from the company. the response i received from the company was exactly whats advertised on the site. word for word. the rep informed me that i should be concerned about the testofen (not their patent) more then concerned about the other ingredients, which tells me that not only is it low quality tribulus, but they dont care to go into detail about their product to back it up. they then literally copy and pasted what was advertised on the on their website under the test600 section. i knew it was a personalized email though and not a computer because the rep then thanked me for selling their products and with my name and store number too.

EFFECTIVENESS: 3 OUT OF 10.. the only effect that i had was my libido (TESTOFEN) went up for about a week, then went back to normal. i didnt not feel any strength increase they advertised, or increased muscle mass or hardness they advertised. (i weighed roughly the same weight ((i flutuate 3lbs regularly)), and i had the same bf%).

OVERALL: 3 OUT OF 10..i really would not recommend this product to anyone and if someone decides to buy this, i will not deter them based on my personal experience either because i know some products work better with some people, then with others. i understand that some companies really dont want to give out too much info on their products especially over email for competitor concerns, but to copy and paste the advertisement and still try to make it a personalized email, and not only that but willingly to tell me to be more concerned about 1 out of the 5 main ingredients in their product, which is not even their patent but someone elses, really upset me and turned me off. for $100 you could buy 6 bottles of testofen alone. it is sad because the other products they carry are not bad. if you do decide to go with the "flex stack" as they sell it. i would recommend buying the z-test separately, because that one out of the two bottles in the "flex stack" actually works.
 Pros:
 Cons:
  • Boost In Libido
  • Too Expensive
  • No Increased Muscle Strength
  • No Increased Recovery
  • No Increased Muscle Mass

i love this product so much. ive tried many preworkouts too. ive gone through nano-nothing, no-sh*tplode, superdump 250, SuperPump Max, 1.M.R., jack3d. tried so many and i would say acg3 was probably the best tasting one out of all of them.

pros: 15 minutes and you feel it. great pump, i wasnt exhausted at all. i like the fact that when im doing my cardio days, i dont feel lactic build up. no jitters at all and when i leave the gym, i feel as good as i did going in. probably the best tasting pre workout if you take the blue raspberry or pink lemonade. unlike most other ones that have th...

cons: i guess compared to jack3d, it would be about the same price if your taking 3 scoops of jack3d like a lot of other people, but kinda hefty to put upfront for a preworkout. 1-2 scoops is not proper way to describe a serving size.

overall: i miss the tunnel vision that jack3d gave me, but then again that was the first preworkout that i ever took that had 1,3 dimeth, so it could be that im acustom to it now. definetly better tasting then any other preworkout, especially for it being a concentrated powder. 1.M.R., jack3d, and acg3 are good and very closely comparable products, but id say 3 three are at the top of the pyramid for preworkouts and acg3 makes it number one is my book based on the taste and that it does not have creatine monohydrate (i had occasionally diahrrea and bloating from the other two).
 Pros:
 Cons:
  • Great Pump
  • No Jittery Side Effect
  • Great Lactic Acid Buffer
  • Taste Amazing
  • Alertness
  • Mood Enhancer
  • Decent Pump
  • Increased Energy
  • Unsure Of Longevity
  • Pricey
  • No Tunnel Vision

probably hands down the best protein ive ever tasted.

pros: if god and giada de laurentiis made a protein then this would be it... best protein ive ever tasted hands down, next to biorythms 100% whole gains. my recovery was awesome. it mixes so well. the protein/carb/fat ratio was kick ai.

cons: assuming you take two shakes a day, it'll cost you a small car note for one month.

overall: ill probably buy this protein again if i ever win the powerball or if the price goes down (O.N. = naturally high priced). Pro Complex is still better bang for buck IMO, but ill never forget the tr...

i went into this probably thinking it wouldnt be great. but for 30 bucks, it was worth the try.

PROS: my strength went up. my bench went up 15 pounds for example. i started getting oily skin (not exactly a good thing, but shows me its doing something and not just placebo effect). i was more Motivated to work out, especially in early mornings. wasnt expensive at all.

CONS: oily skin (shows its working but its still OILY SKIN) little bit of backne on my traps, probably from skin being more oily. i didnt gain any size off of it at all. different people different results.

OVERALL: now days with the p/h ban and FDA killing the supplement industry, idk if i would trust this as a PCT as its advertised. but i would highly recommend it as a test Booster. especially for being only 30 bucks. strength= good, mass= not so good. thumbs up b.p.i. you got me with this and 1MR... lets see what else you can do.

 Cons:
  • Increased Energy
