Location: Ohio Age: 37 Bio: I can't believe iv been a member for over a year and never put anything up here. Sooo, let's see. I've always been active, played basketball a lot when I was younger. I really started to focus my life on working out around 3 years ago. I was always muscular, but I never weighed that much. When I first started I only weighed around 155. Now I've been steady at 175. I never thought I could put weight on, and sometimes I get a little discouraged because I'm not as big as I wanna be, but I guess when I think about it, 20 pounds of muscle in 3 years isn't bad. One of the things I'm most proud of is my db shoulder press. When I first started I could only use the 30's for an extremely shaky set of 6 or 8. Now I can get the 85's for a smooth set of 8. My life revolves around the gym. My girlfriend hates it. She likes that I workout, but she gets mad because I miss a lot of things because I'm working out. She REALLY hates that I have to go to bed early on Saturday night because Sunday morning is the only day I can lift with my friend. I don't stay out late, I don't drink or go to bars, I'm probably the least fun person on the planet. I do have 2 bad habbits though. One is I drink to much chocolate milk, and the other is I go though a can of school mint every other day, but I'm quitting that when I turn 30 in September.
My favorite supplements are nitrox II, O.N. 2:1:1, 1MR, and Up Your Mass. You can't go wrong with any of them.
