Location: NA Age: 30 Bio: I am a former ballroom dancer (was on a team my freshman and sophomore years in college) and was a competitive swimmer for 12 years. I have done a few sprint triathlons before, which I love! I have always been pretty comfortable in the gym, and love the endorphin high after a good workout. While I am not totally out of shape at the moment, I am a bit fluffy after a semester in Greece indulging in local olive oil, cheese, wine and bread. So I'm looking to shed about 25 lbs to get into amazing shape. I'm pretty curvy (not the fat girl way of saying fat), but like actually curvy. Measurements are currently chest-43" waist-32" and hips-44". When I am in great shape I can get my waist down to 28 inches with only about a inch or two lost in chest and hips. So that is my goal. Oh, and I'm 5'9.
I am about to start OxyElite Pro, and am going to be sticking to a high protein, limited carb diet with my gym routine sitting at 4 days a week of cardio (45 mins) and lifting.
