Location: Los Angeles, California Age: 30 Bio: I have been lifting for roughly 7 years. I was going between bodybuilding and strength training mostly using periodization until I started powerlifting in Fall 2013 and loving it. I plan on getting stronger and then switching to strongman. I try to use as few supplements as possible but if I don't have time to eat enough calories of real food during a day, my go to supplements are Optimum Nutrition's Pro Complex and Optimum Nutrition's Pro Complex Gainer. I'm currently running 5/3/1. Favorite Foods: Chicken, pasta, steak, IN-N-OUT, Taco Bell, beer, whiskey. Diet: Remove the junk food and alcohol, add some fruit and vegetables, and more food than chicken, pasta, steak, some homemade Chinese food from my amazing wife, and thats my diet. I was a history major and anthropology minor at Sonoma State University and got my Master's in Curriculum and Instruction at University of the Pacific.
