What's up my SR brothers and sisters! I would first like to start by thanking "The Genius Brand" and the Troopers for allowing me to run Genius Pre. I was looking to take a small break from stims, let my adrenals to recover; however, I needed to keep the same intensity at the gym. When I came across Genius Pre, a non-stim pre-workout, I knew my prayers were answered. Did Genius Pre make me as smart as taking something with DMMA or AMP Citrate? Let us find out

Ingredient Profile

Profile on Genius Pre is top notch and fully disclosed! There are 6 grams of L-Citrulline Malate, which is a clinical dose and for me, it did not have me starting my workout in the restroom. There is 3 grams of Beta Alanine, along with 2 grams of Betaine.

Genius Pre contains some additional goodies, which I would like to point out that made it possible to fight through my workouts:

AstraGin - There is 25 mg and this helps the body absorb and enhance the effects of the ingredients of Genius Pre.

Alpha GPC - There is 600 mg, which helps cognitive thinking while enhancing the body's power out when killing it at the gym.

Theobromine - There is 30 mg, which is a vasodilator that helps funnel all the ingredients in Genius Pre by making your blood vessel wider.

Elev-ATP - There is 150 mg, which promotes increase power, training volume, and supports lean muscle.

Taste/Mixability/Dosing

Taste - This is not a bad tasting product, not overly sweeten, and no after taste for me.

Mix - Sometimes if I mixed this if a Pump Product, I would get some foaming; however, when mixed by itself, it mixed perfect.

Dosing - I took this about 15 to 20 mins before hitting the gym; there are only 20 servings. I primarily used Genius Pre for an evening workout product, since I was traveling due to work.

Effectiveness

Man, Genius Pre came at me out of nowhere! I was not expecting the energy and feeling when I took my initial serving. I have to say, the Beta Alanine in Genius Pre kicks in hard and fast. For those who do not like that tingle feeling and want to give this a try, you will have to deal with 90% of your entire body feeling the tingles.

As for my workouts, considering that I was expecting a low to mid amount of energy, I decided to do more of a cardio base routine; however, I noticed myself adding more weight movements. I was not moving my typical amount of weights, I would say about 85% of what I normally do. Still to me, this was great energy to keep me going at the gym. In addition, I was very focus and was able to do extended cardio time on the treadmill and row machine. The lactic acid I normally experience when doing a fast twitch style workout out like drop sets, were under control; I was able to get out 4 to 7 additional reps before the burning really kicked in.

As I mentioned in the mixing section of my review, I sometimes would add a pump product to Genius Pre. The pumps when taken by itself to me were not there, the only time I would feel any kind of pump was when I did lateral shoulder cable rolls. Therefore, is you are looking for a great pump, to me; you will need to add a pump product.

Value

I wish this were priced lower than the $38 to $40 price points I was able to locate on Amazon. Since there is only 20 servings, it can get expensive if you are one that works out more than 4 times a week. I was able to stretch this by only working out 3 times in the evenings per week. As I always say, "You get what you pay for", the profile in Genius Per is well worth the cost.

Side Effects

Mad tingles, do not take when heading to the gym and you are stuck in traffic, you will feel like wanting to jump out and roll on the grass.

Conclusion

At the end of the day, Genius Pre is a top-notch non-stim pre workout that everyone at one time or another should use. Especially with all those high stim pre-workouts that we take, do your adrenal glands a favor and give them a rest; they will thank you the next time you take a product with so much caffeine in it, that can explode a cat. If you come across Genius Pre on sale, stock up and post the link here for the rest of us to jump in on the fun. Genius Pre, in my opinion, has raised the bar when it comes to a non-stim product; all other companies watch out.

What's up SR, here is another Momo1 review on a Nutrient Repartitioner from Redcon1 called RPG. This is the first time I have used any product that helps funnels carbs to be utilized as energy and muscle building. During the past 6 weeks, I was taking Redcon1's MRE, which I reviewed here. For those who have used MRE, the carb content is high, especially if you take the full fours scoops for one servings. I wanted to see how my body would benefit from using carbs as my friend not my enemy.

Introduction

What's up SR, here is another Momo1 review on a Nutrient Repartitioner from Redcon1 called RPG. This is the first time I have used any product that helps funnels carbs to be utilized as energy and muscle building. During the past 6 weeks, I was taking Redcon1's MRE, which I reviewed here. For those who have used MRE, the carb content is high, especially if you take the full fours scoops for one servings. I wanted to see how my body would benefit from using carbs as my friend not my enemy.

Ingredient Profile

As always with Redcon1 products, RPG is fully disclosed. There are arrays of ingredients that you get with RPG, are a couple:

Gymenma Sylvestre - There is 1 grams per servings and this improves insulin functions by decreasing blood sugar levels. As we know, high sugar levels can put a lot of strain on the pancreas, and can cause us to gain fat.

Bitter Melon - There is 500 mg and this is used to help with tissue inflammation and helps the liver reduce the chances of glycogen formation.

Berberine - There is 300 mg and this is used for lowering blood sugar glucose and helping the muscle absorb more glucose

R-Alpha Lipoic Acid Sodium - There is 100 mg and this helps maintain healthy blood sugar levels

Paradoxine - There is 25 mg and this is a unique ingredient that is helps the body to use fat for energy and it is useful for reducing glucose levels.

The profile on RPG is one that I have not seen on other similar products, but the common goal for all the ingredients in RPS is to limit any insulin spiking caused by high consumption of Complex and Simple Carbs. In addition, RPG assists the body to fill the muscle with as much glucose as possible to grow. Insulin is one of the most anabolic agents that most body builders use to add their size, along with their stack.

Taste/Mixability/Dosing

Taste - These are capsules and if you try to open them up and mix them with your shake or drink, it will be bitter as hell; of course, I had to try LOL

Mix - There is nothing to mix, since you just pop the capsules

Dosing - This is where I had to play with it, you are to take it with your higher carb drink or meal. I started by taking it before the higher carb meal; however, I decided to take it after my carb meal, which I will explain in the effectiveness section of my review. One serving is four (4) capsules and there are 60 servings in one tub of RPG; occasionally I would have 2 high carb meals so I would use 2 servings.

Effectiveness

RPG really delivers on what it is intended for. Normally, whenever I eat anything that is considered high carb, I breakout in a sweat; I get the same reaction with cheap red wine. However, when I took my serving of RPG, I noticed that I was not sweating at all after eating my cheat day meal, which is pizza! This was immediately after my first serving that I noticed the affect; therefore, RPG is not a product that you have to wait to see if it is working. As for some additional affects, after about 7 days of taking RPG, I noticed that my body was always pumped, which was nice when I walked around the office showing off my guns LOL. One thing I did notice, my sugar cravings were almost eliminated. I have a sweet tooth from hell, it is my only weakness; put a chocolate bar in front of me and it's like making it rain at a strip joint!

As for the claim that RPG, along with similar products, will help with losing weight while consuming carbs, I did lose about 3 lbs., and my shoulders were more defined. In addition, I did put on some muscle mass and this was not due to the pumped all day feeling I had; I filled in my polo shirts a lot better. Furthermore, I did notice an increase in my strength while in the gym, nothing to make a big noise about, but a couple of extra pounds on the bench were nice.

Value

This is where it takes a little hit for me, it is priced at $59.99, you get 60 servings if you use once a day, so when you break it down, and it is not bad; just the initial purchase hit is what hurts. Sometimes Redcon1 runs discount special and other on line retailors run their own specials as well; you just have to be on the lookout.

Side Effects

This for me had one side, which caused me to take my servings after my meal. I noticed that when taken before, I became hypoglycemic. My sugar levels dropped to low and I had to put honey under my tongue so I can spike my glucose levels right away. In addition, I did get some bloating on days where I was sitting too long after taking my serving.

Conclusion

I was impressed with RPG and taking my first Nutrient Repartitioner. I think having RPG for a mass stacking would be a good addition. For those who are not compel to eat many carbs, just adding 2 capsule of RPG will go a long way; just make sure to gauge the amount of carbs to avoid any sugar drops. If you can find RPG on sale, I would recommend jumping on it and trying it.

Introduction

What's going on SR family around the world! Before I begin my review, let me tell the wife to calm down and let me give a big shout-out to The Genius Brand and the Trooper program. I am a firm believe, as we age, we are like wine, we get better with; as long as we take care of ourselves. I will be 48 years young this year and for anyone in their early to mid-forties, out test and our boys start to stay down more often than we want. Therefore, before having to result to taking HRT for the rest of our lives, I rather use natural test product for as long as possible.

Ingredient Profile

I would like to thank The Genius Brand for being fully transparent when it comes to the ingredient profile of Genius Test. This is one the most complete natural test booster that hits all aspects if increasing ones test that I have used; I can only imagine the benefits I this were to be stacked with a DAA product. To me, the following are the highlights that are in Genius test:

KSM-66 - This is the first time I have used a text booster with this in it. There are 1000 mg and this is one of the main ingredients in Genius Test. This helps improve muscle size, helps with mental functions, alertness, and recovery.

DIM - You get 250 mg and this is a great ingredient to include, since it helps the body balance out the good and bad estrogen

LJ-100 - There is 100 mg and this has long been used as an aphrodisiac in Malaysia. This helps increase your libido and helping the body increase muscle development. In addition, may consider this "Poor Man's Viagra", since research has shown that Tongkat Ali (LJ-100) helps with erectile dysfunction.

Primavie - There is 500 mg and this is another first for me in a text booster. This has been used for thousands of years in Asian civilizations. There are some reported benefits of using this, which includes supporting sexual health, increase endurance, and it help increase natural testosterone levels.

Overall, Genius Test contains several paths for the body to elevate its own natural text levels.

Taste/Mixability/Dosing

Mixing - There is nothing to mix, since these are capsules.

Taste - Unless you like opening capsules and placing them under your tongue for faster absorption, there is no taste associated with Genius Test

Dosing - There are four (4) capsules in one serving, which there are 30. On workout days, I would take it about an hour before; I did not want to take it with my pre-workout, which I take about 30 prior. On non-workout days, I would take upon waking us.

Effectiveness

My 47-year-old butt enjoyed the ride with Genius Test. As always, in my opinion, if you are younger, you may have not experience the similar affects as I did; with that said Boom for me! This is will not high you like a pre-workout and I made sure not to get overly excited about using this so I would not experience a placebo effect. I started to feel the effects of Genius Test after the 7th day of using it. The first thing I noticed was I was a little more focus and had a feeling of wellbeing. At around the 10th day, oh my little baby Jesus, all 8.6 lbs. of him; my libido was going crazy. I could not stop think8ing about making love to my wife all day long and I had to slap myself a couple of times when those evil sexy mamasitas at the gyms would walk in front of me!

As for the benefits we get when out test levels are high, they were there. My strength was up after around the 14th day on Genius Test, I was able to increase my deadlift from 280 lbs. to 310 lbs.; that might seem lite to some, but it perfect for me, since I have a bad back. Endurance was up, I found myself doing more reps when I changed up to a total body workout routine. Furthermore, after about 2 weeks, my muscles were more define and I felt pumped all day long. Now, one of the claims that KSM-66 states that it helps with weight loss; however, it was complete opposite for me. I found my appetite was up and I was eating more than I normally do. I had to carry extra protein or a meal replacement shakes so I would not go out there and join the Potluck gang at my job.

Value

Genius Test is not going to be your cheapest option, it can range from $49.00 to $57.00, and it is not widely available. I understand the profile in this is great; however, if it can retail for around $39.00, I believe more people will justify buying it for an 8 week run.

Side Effects

The only side I do have to point out, which can be awkward if you are at work, is I had random hard ons while I was walking.

Conclusion

At the end of the day, Genius Test supported their claims and provided to me all the benefits that come with an increase of test levels. I believe this will be a staple for me in the future; however, price wise is the only sticky point for me. As I mentioned before, everyone will have different affects when using any test-boosting product, but I do recommend trying Genius Test. I plan to stock up if the day comes this goes on sale. Thank you again The Genius Brand and the Trooper program for the opportunity.

Introduction

What's up SR family! Before I start, I would like to thank IdealRaw and the Troopers for the opportunity to try Organic Super-Food. I believe with all the protein shakes we take, we sometimes forget about the basic food groups; especially if you are like me and are always on the run. convenience and healthy is key for me when buying any supplements; therefore, when Organic Super-Food came up for the Troopers, I jumped on the opportunity.

Ingredient Profile

As much as I would have loved to see a full disclosure of each component of Organic Super-Food, I do understand why it is in a proprietary blend. This contains 12 different fruits and vegetables, like carrots, oranges, and cranberries just to name a few. I know what you may be thinking "Only 12" Considering the price for this, which I will mention below it is justifiable. In addition, you get 6 grams of protein, which is plant based for our lactose intolerant and vegetarian members. This is not meant to be a post workout meal replacement shake, but a good addition to your nutritional regiment. Organic-Super-Food is USDA organic certified, Gluten free, and non-GMO; furthermore, I like the fact that IdealRaw has a 100% money back guarantee, which says a lot about the product.

Taste/Mixability/Dosing

Taste - For anyone who has taken green products, these tend not to be the best tasting products. However, I am a firm believe, what might taste bad is good for you and what taste great can kill you; again, this is my opinion. Organic Super-Food did not taste too bad; it had a nutty initial taste, which can be attributed to the Flax Seed it contains.

Mix - As with many green-based products, we sometimes get settlement at the bottom of the cup or it is too lumpy. However, this mixed well, but for me, it went down with a chalky feeling. To combat that, I just added more liquid. A combination of fruit juice and water worked best for me.

Dosing - I used this during different times of the day, depending where I was. You get 30 servings, which us 2 scoops to get the full dose. To me, I benefited best in the middle of the day.

Effectiveness

Organic-Super-Food worked well for me, I looked at it as taking a vitamin shake to a small pick me up due to the Organic Green Tea. About the 7th to 8th day of taking, I started to notice a better feeling of well-being and I noticed that my allergies were a little in check, not too much sneezing first thing when I wake up. In addition, where I work, not everyone eats healthy; Monday - Friday potlucks seems to always be taking place. As a result, people are always sick; I can tell my immune system was much stronger.

As we know, with the majority of green products, bowel movements increase, and sometimes it can hit you at the wrong place and time. Organic Super-Food only has one gram of fiber, so it does not make you go to the rest room right away. However, with the combination of fruits and vegetable included in a serving, if you have not had an opportunity to detox your digestive system, Organic Super-Food will help. I noticed after the initial serving that when I hit the head, man, I was out of breath. This told me that I needed to be cleaned out, about the 4th day, my bowel movements were not as intense; however, it help regulate my body to have 2 to sometimes 3 bowel movements a day. I felt better and a little lighter LOL!

Value

As for the value of Organic Super-Food, this is priced great! You get 30 servings for $25.00 and that is buying off IdealRaw's website; perfect for those on a budget.

Side Effects

No sides to report

Conclusion

IdealRaw has a good product with Organic Super-Food. It may not have that kitchen sink ingredient profile as some other products do, which is why it is priced way below similar products. In my opinion, I would recommend anyone who is looking for a healthier life style to add Organic Super-Food to their supplement regiment. We as a society do not ingest the minimum requirements of fruits and veggies that the body needs to keep us moving right along. Sometimes I hear people say "I don't want to get old", well I do. Thank you again IdealRaw for the opportunity.

Introduction

What's up SR family! I would like to first start off by giving Redcon1 and the Trooper program a big thank you for allowing me to run Redcon1's meal replacement product MRE. What can I say; proper nutrition makes up 80% of what our body's requires to archive our transformation in the gym. Considering that for the past couple of months, I am always on the go and trying to eat clean has become a challenge. When I saw MRE come up for the Troopers, I had to jump on it.

Ingredient Profile

The profile on MRE is one that I have never come across, in all my years of using supplements, this is the 1st meal replacement that did not contain any dairy products; of course, there are the exceptions when using some vegan products that do not contain dairy products as well.

Here are some of the protein sources you can find in MRE:

Beef, Chicken, Egg, Brown Rice, and Salmon; really, in a meal replacement shake! At first, I thought cats would follow me every time I used a serving. In addition to these protein sources, there are complex carbs that come with MRE - Rolled Oats, Pea Starch, Maltodextin, and Dextrose. MRE is comprise of whole foods, which many of us here have always suggested to those who are new and are wasting money on a Weight Gainer with a billion grams of sugars.

MRE gives you 525 calories, if you take the serving amount, which are four scoops. This is comprised of 47 grams of protein and 75 grams of carbs.

Taste/Mixability/Dosing

Taste - I received the sweat potato flavor and I was already thinking, "This is going to taste like Hell". On top of that, we go back to the Salmon in MRE, was I going to taste any fish or was a cat going to knock on my window with his own shaker cup? Man, I was blown away by the taste of MRE; it was good and no fish after taste at all.

Mixing - Again, with all the different sources of protein, I was not looking forward to chucking down a glob; however, MRE mixes very well. I used it with almond milk and water combination and it went down smoothly. There was a little bit of settlement at the bottom of the shaker cup, but if you add about 2 ounces of water, it would be completely mixed.

Dosing - I ran this 2 different ways, on non-workout days, I would take 2 scoops for breakfast. On Workout days, I would use MRE twice, 2 scoops 30 mins before my workout and 2 scoops 30 mins after my workout.

Effectiveness

MRE was a lifesaver for me; I was able to maintain clean eating while on the run. Especially since my wife sent some time in the Hospital, I would take MRE with me in baggies so I can keep feeding my body; hospital food can sometimes kill you just as some crazy doctor who is drinking while performing a surgery. One of the key effects I received from MRE was the fact that, I felt full, even at 2 scoops; it lasted about 3 hours. On days when I took the full serving, broken down into 2 separate shakes, I was full most of the day.

MRE was the perfect food marco for me, I never had any hunger pains or any sugar drops due to not eating enough. In addition, MRE gives you some fiber, which we are all guilty of not consuming enough fiber. There is 8 grams in 4 scoops, but it did help me with having regular movements in the restroom. As for the recovery aspect of MRE, I did notice that I was not as sore when I used MRE after a workout and when taken before my workout, I did not have any sugar drops when doing a high intensity workout, I felt the slow release of complex carbs that MRE provides.

Value

Yes, if you have been trying to find MRE lower than $80.00, it will be a challenge. However, Redcon1 always advertise coupon code for 20% off on Yahoo and some other retailors offer 10% to 15% off.

If you just use 2 scoops a day, then you can get 50 servings, which makes the initial $80.00 hit not as bad. Think about it, if you go to a restaurant and order a grilled chicken with a side of salmon, some rice, and yams, how much would that plate cost you? About 30% of MRE and that was just one serving.

Side Effects

There were no sides for me, no gas, no bloating; this is perfect for our lactose intolerant SR family members.

Conclusion

For me Redcon1 has done it again, MRE is a hit. This is the perfect meal replacement to take, it adds to our daily macors requirements, and it is easy on the mouth, since we do not have to chew food 8 times a day. I understand that MRE's price point might be a high for some; however, if you are spending on average $7 to $9 dollars a day for lunch, you are paying $175.00 to $225.00 for 25 lunches. I look forward to buying more MRE from RECON1 and I hope that as Rcon1 grows in the market, that they keep the high quality of MRE intact. I would like to thank REDCON1 and the Troopers again for the opportunity.

Introduction

What's up SR family, hope all are doing well! I would like to thank Redcon1 and the Trooper program for allowing me to try Total War. At my young age of 48 this year, sometimes I need a kick in the butt to get me going, and, I am a stim junkie by nature. When I saw Total War come up for the Troopers, I decided to give it a run, after reading all the good reviews so far done my other members. In addition, I have used other Recon1 products in the pass, which have performed at their highest level.

Ingredient Profile

Thank you Redcon1 for being fully transparent in the ingredient profile, all goodies in Total War are fully disclose. Now, due to all the other great reviews done here by our SR family members, I will not get too detail on the ingredients, I rather elaborate more on the effect of total. However, I do want to touch on some of the goodies Total War has to offer:

There is 6 grams of Citrulline Malate; I do have to say, I normal start my workout in the restroom whenever I have taken 5+ grams of Citrulline; however, I did not experience that here. As we know, helps increase NO production in the body so we can look at ourselves in the mirror for a longer period.

You get 250 mg of caffeine, which is a good punch in the gut to get you going. In addition, you get 100 mg of 2-Aminoisoheptaine, which we all know is DMAA's ugly little cousin. For some, this can help with appetite suppressant, along with giving you similar energy like Yombine, without causing your heart to go nuts.

There is 50 mg of Theobroma Cocao Extract, which can be found in Dark Chocolate that helps increase blood flow and helps with insulin sensitivity. I like the inclusion of this, since most of sip on an intra-workout supplement that is carb based.

Taste/Mixability/Dosing

Taste - Total War is not the best tasting pre-workout on the market; however, for me, it can taste like S__t as long as it works. For those of you who need a good tasting product, I recommend you mix it with some kind of fruit juice; there is a slight bitter after taste. Now, I do have to say, Total War smells like total war, it has a cow compose smell that I have never smelled in a pre-workout before.

Mix - Total War mixed well, no foaming, or any settlement at the bottom of my shaker cup. I normally mix my pre-workout with a little bit of grape juice so I can get a little insulin spike before hitting the gym.

Dosing - Due to the past couple of months, my work schedule has been crazy and on top of that, my wife had surgery so I had to adjust my routine. While taking Total War, I used it as a middle of the day pre-workout. I wanted to give it an honest run, because I was almost finished with another product I was testing at the time for morning workouts. I took one serving 20 mins before I hit the gym.

Effectiveness

If I can use one word to describe how Total War worked for me, it would be"BOOM". I really enjoyed the effects of running Total War, the energy was very clean, no jitters. One of the aspects of Total War that worked well for me, it did not hit me right away. In the past, some of the high stim products I have taken hit me hard within the first 10 minutes and then taper off after about 45 mins; that does not work for me, as I normally put in about 2 hours at the gym. With Total War, it was a gradual energy increase and the max power hit me 15 minutes into my routine. The Beta Alanine tinges were not super intense; however, I can tell they were there as I was hitting the weights.

As for the pump of Total War, for me, they were on point. In addition, the focus I experienced was great; I am an ADHD gym rat when it comes at looking at a great sexy fitness babe's body. However, with Total War, I stayed focused on my workout and only looked no less than 3 times at honeys.

Total war gave me 2 unexpected benefits, the endurance while on Total War was great, after killing it for over an hour of weights, I would finish off with cardio; I was able to last another 45 mins without missing a beat. Another benefit was the fact that I lost 2 lbs. while on Total War; this was a nice surprise for my belt, and me since I can now put it in the third hole.

Value

Total War can be found from $32.99 to $39.99; there are a couple of sties who offer 10% to 15% off on Redcon1 supplements. There are 30 servings per tub and even if you pay $39.99, it is well worth it; considering all that you get with Total War.

Side Effects

None side with Total War, no crashing, and I enjoyed how my body came off slowly from all the stims.

Conclusion

Redcon1 has a great product with Total War; it is the total package for a pre-workout to help give you that edge at the gym. To me, this is a multiple use product as it helped me lose weight; stay focused, increased my endurance, and helps me hit some of my best 1MR when doing compound movements. I am not only sold on Total War, but Redcon1 has become one of my go to companies where I get my supplementation. I will be ordering another tub of Total War and will be one of my top 3 pre-workouts in my arsenal of goodies. Thank you again Redcon1 for the opportunity!

Introduction

What's up SR family, hope everyone is doing well! I first would like to thank SSP Nutrition and the Trooper program for allowing me to try SSP Nutrition's all in one program. I have been supplementing ever since EAS came out with their Phosphagen in the early 90s. As part of my supplement routine, I have to buy my pre-workout, intra workout, and post workout supplements. When I saw SSP Nutrition's all in one program, it perked my interest and wanted to give it a shot.

Ingredient Profile

SSP Nutrition's system is set up with three steps, which include a Pre-workout, Post, and Meal Replacement. For the most part, 80% of all three steps are fully disclosed, except for a couple of proprietary blends in their Pre and Post packages.

Included in the Pre, there is 250 mg of caffeine, along with a proprietary blend of BCAA. In addition, there are more BCAA in the Post package; however, it states there us 12.1 grams of protein, mixed with BCAA in a property blend. How much of this is actual protein? To me the protein content is very low for what I am accustomed of consuming, which is on average 24 to 30 grams of protein as a post workout supplement. Furthermore, there are 15 grams of Carbs, with a combination of Maltodextin and Dextrose; again, not sure of how much of each we are getting; may 7.5 grams of each?

There are more ingredients in this program; however, since some of our members who have reviewed this before me, did a great job on breaking down some of the ingredients. I rather spend some more time on the physiological effects the system had on my body.

Taste/Mixability/Dosing

Taste - all three products were tasty, the PRE, which was in fruit punch, was good, other than a bit of a bitter after taste. POST was not bad on the taste, again, I guess my taste buds seem to think it was a bit bitter; just like the PRE. As for the Meal replacement, the chocolate flavor was good and it was not overly sweet.

Mix - All three products for the all in one system mixed well, no foaming or clumping in the shaker cup. I would like to mention that, having each of the systems in individual packages, makes it great to take when you are on the run and do not have room on your desk for 3 tubs of stuff.

Dosing - I ran this system in the mornings, due to the fact I was juggling another pre-workout, which I was taking during the evenings. I used the all in one system every other day, which is the reason why it took over 30 days to complete; considering the all in one system has 20 servings. I took the PRE as soon as I woke up, the POST 10 to 20 mins after I completed my workout, and took the Meal Replacement as a snack in between breakfast and lunch.

Effectiveness

When I started the all in one program, I needed to take a mental step on how to approach this, considering I am not a beginner when it comes to supplements. In order for me to give this an honest run, I mentally noted how someone who has never taken any kind of supplements would react and benefit from this system. My workout routines for the all in one system were total body with high reps and cardio.

When taking the Pre, the 250 mg of caffeine was not bad, it kicked in pretty quickly; however, the effects of the initial surge of energy started to taper off about 30 mins of taking. For a beginner who may not have used pre-workout supplements in the past, it may feel incredible and the effects maybe longer lasting. The beta alanine kicked in about five mins after consuming the PRE portion of the program. I do have to say, I noticed a reduction of lactic acid while doing fast twitch workouts like on arms and abs. As for the pumps, to me, there were very weak at best; again, for a beginner who has not used anything in the past, may thing it is the best since sliced bread.

When taking the Post, I did notice a slight reduction in DOMS on smaller body parts, when it came to back and legs, I was still sore. I would have liked to see a higher dose of protein and complex carbs to assist with helping the body recover. I have to take into consideration, I am 6'3" 230lbs, and my body may require higher amounts of these goodies in order for me to recover. Yet again, for the beginner who may have a smaller body composition, might feel the recover aspect of the Post more.

As for the Meal Replacement, this to me is considered a snack; I am taking into consideration, which I eat between 7 to 9 times a days. For someone who is on a caloric restriction, then the Meal Replacement would be great. I would have liked to see this as a true meal replacement, maybe increasing the fiber to a higher level so the body can feel full for longer.

Value

As for the value, this is where we need to scratch our heads and ask the following: Do I have an extra $120.00 laying around to blow on a 20-day system? Even for a beginner who is looking for a system to add or lose weight can put together the following, without having to give blood: $30.00 for a mid-level protein Isolate, $25.00 to $30.00 for a pre-workout, and $35.00 for a nice meal-replacement. Overall, you can buy a more effective system for about $90.00 and get 30 days out of it. Keep in mind, if you look out for sales, you can get some great deals. In my opinion, this all in one system should be priced at around $ 69.00 for someone who is looking for a convenient way to try to maintain a healthy life style while on the run.

Side Effects

None

Conclusion

SSP Nutrition has the right concept when it comes to promoting an all in one program; however, the cost and the effectiveness of the products need to be re-evaluated. I believe there is room for improving the line by increasing the protein content, use a higher amount of complex carbs for the Post or for use a different variation of complex carbs that are more effective in helping the body recovers. The price point for the all in one system is targeting that 15% of those individuals who can afford this on a monthly base. However, that college student with the 100k in loans, that person who has to pay for their own health insurance, and for the guy and gal who decided to take the 1st steps to a healthier life style who may have to work 2 jobs; these individuals are the ones who fall under the 85% where the all in one program is out of reach.

I would like to thank SSP Nutrition and the Trooper program again for the opportunity.

What's up SR family! Sorry for the delay on this review; a lot going on in my life at the moment. I would like to thank VMI and the Trooper program for their patience and opportunity to ProtoLyte, VMI Sports' protein. To those who train and train hard, protein is important for our ability to build muscle and recover. I am an avid user of protein shakes to add to my daily macros of nutrition. When I saw ProtoLyte come up for the Troopers to run, I decided to give it a run, since I saw great reviews on this from other members on SR.

Ingredient Profile

Right off the back, the ingredient are fully disclosed, which we wish all companies could be transparent in this age of amino spiking and wild claims. This was the first protein I have used where they included enzymes and hydration ingredient. They are 25 grams of whey Isolate protein in ProtoLyte; it is process cold process, which is ideal to keep the protein intact at the molecular level. In addition, ProtoLyte contains TRAAC, which is a combination of Magnesium, Calcium, and Potassium; a great cornerstone combination to assist the body to absorb.

Taste/Mixability/Dosing

Taste - I received the Vanilla Peanut Butter flavor, which was not bad, especially for those who are a fan of Peanut butter, you will enjoy drinking this done.

Mix - I mixed ProtoLyte in a couple of different liquids, water, lactose free milk, and coconut milk; the lactose free milk was the best for me, since coconut milk did not taste that great with peanut butter flavor. In water, it mixed well, very little foaming at the bottom of the shaker cup.

Dosing - I used ProtoLyte as a post work out protein (On days where I was not using another post workout product, which I was running at the end of taking ProtoLyte). In addition, I used ProtoLyte during the middle of the day on some occasion, especially on days where I hit the gym hard the day before.

Effectiveness

As we know, sometime it hard to gauge how a protein works in our body, unless you just live off protein shakes for 30 day straights. However, with ProtoLyte, I can tell that VMI Sports' claims where apparently true! To me, my goal with ProtoLyte was to see how fast I could recover from a workout; therefore, during my run of ProtoLyte, I did 30 days of total body workouts, which can be brutal at times.

When I took my serving within 30 minutes of completing my workout, which I always wait 30 minutes after I am done, so my body can continue burning calories, is when I take any post workout supplement. I noticed 10 minutes after taking that any cramping I may have been dealing with, would subside. In addition, on days where I would take during the day, my DOMS were not as intense, especially on days where I hit legs hard the night before.

I can only compare the effects from ProtoLyte to Muscle Feast and Nutrabio, except for the hydration and digestions of ProtoLyte. Speaking of which, for those who are lactose intolerant, ProtoLyte will be your best friend. The inclusion of enzymes to assist with better digestions was great; there was no bloating or gas build up.

Value

ProtoLyte is not your low price; let me find it on aisle 6 at Walmart; at $39.99 for 30 servings is a bit high on the price. However, if you like the Vanilla Peanut Butter flavor, you can pick it up ate Allstar-Health for $21.10 now that is a great deal for a great protein. On the other hand, if you do not like that flavor, you could find it for about $35.00 at other retail like DPS Nutrition, who is currently running a discount on all VMI Sports products

Side Effects

There were no sides, no bloating, no gas, and nothing!

Conclusion

I have to say, I was very impressed with ProtoLyte, VMI Sports has designed a great protein to help those to achieve their goals. As always, not everyone will have the same effect, but for me, ProtoLyte backed VMI Sports' claims. I understand that the price for ProtoLyte might be high for those on a budget; however, at the end of the day, you get what you pay for. I am a fan of ProtoLyte and I have placed my order at Allstar-Health for 2 tubs! Thank you again VMI Sports for the opportunity to take ProtoLyte for a ride!

What's up SR family! Here is my review of Trumino from AurumRX; better late than never! I would like to give a shout to AurumRX and the Trooper programs for allowing me to run Trumino. To me, BCAA are a stable of my supplement regiment, I am no longer a spring chicken so I need everything I can find to help with recovery to get back at the gym and beat myself up. When Trumino came up for the Troopers, I decided to give it a run and at the same time, see how a new company to the SR family put together one of the most used supplement in the fitness world.

    Ingredient Profile

Right of the back, I enjoyed the fact that the label is fully disclosed; fully transparent is what we all like to see. I enjoying seeing 3.6 grams of L-Leucine, which helps with recovery and increases protein synthesis. In addition, there is 3 grams of Glutamine, which is great not only for recovery, but it prevents the body from cannibalizing it's self when you are running a reduced caloric intake.

    Taste/Mixability/Dosing

Now, for taste, as for those who have always read my reviews, taste to me is not that important; however, I do have to say Trumino taste great! Some amino products have a chalky taste, especially when they include Taurine, which this happens to have 1 gram.

Mixing, well, it was not a big deal for me, but when you mix it, you have to keep mixing it a couple of times; foaming is one of the mixing issues that for those who hate foam, will come up.

I took Trumino strictly as a post workout supplement, I wanted to see how it will help with my recovery, since I was working out in the evens for a couple of weeks; which with my schedule, will change. I just took one scoop, I did not go pass one scoop to really see how I would recover, considering the price of Trumino, I wanted to make sure it last.

    Effectiveness

As for how I was able to recover with Trumino, I did notice I was not as sore as normal the next day after a workout. At the time I was on Trumino, I was on a caloric restricted diet to help fit in my jeans so I can tuck a shirt in without the love handles; crazy Texas wedding! Despite that I was not working out 7 days a week, I still took Trumino on non-workout days, 30 mins before going to bed. The reduction of DOMS was prevalent on nights that I would do legs. To me, a killer leg workout, the pain start to really come 48 hours afterwards. Since I was taking Trumino at night, the DOMS were kept at bay, they did not go away entirely, but at least I was not walking like a penguin.

Additional note to mention, about the 2nd week on Trumino, I noticed my stamina was up on cardio, even if I was taking a pre-workout, I still noticed that could push a couple of extra min. As for the potential muscle lost due to the caloric reduction, my definition remained the same, so in my opinion, I did not experience any possible muscle wasting; I was eating 8 times a day, small meals, so the extra Glutamine assisted in this effect.

    Value

Trumino is priced competitively in my opinion, at $29.99, is a $1.00 a serving. Yes, there are other companies who have a BCAA that taste good from $19 to $24 dollars; however, not all will have a 3:1 ratios as Trumino.

    Side Effects

    None

    Conclusion

Trumino at the end of the day provided me what I needed as a recovery supplementation and support. Yes, there are tons of other companies in the market who have a BCAA, to me Trumino is a basic staple that you will need to achieve your recover goals. The one thing I would advise AurumRX to do, is to make Trumino more available in other online supplement companies, not everyone likes to get their stuff on Amazon. Thank you again AurumRX for the opportunity.

What's up SR, my apologies to all for the delay on posting my review for Trunegy by AurumRX; being dealing with some personal issues. Before I get into my review, I would like to thank AurumRX and the Trooper program for allowing to run their pre-workout Trunegy. Due to my crazy work schedule, I was in the market for a pre-workout that I could take in the evenings. After reviewing the product label for Trunegy, I wanted to give it a run.

    Ingredient Profile

The label is 75% fully disclosed, expect for the Trunegy focus blend, which contains Yohimbe Bark, Green Tea, and L-Tyrosine. There is 1 gram of Beta Alanine, along with L-Carnitine Tartrate, and 150 mg grams of Caffeine. I would have liked to know the exact amount of Yohimbe, since there are a number of people who use Yohimbe, who get jitters and heart palpitations when taking high doses.

    Taste/Mixability/Dosing

The taste on this was not bad, I received the Raspberry Lemonade flavor; to me, taste is not a key factor for me, as long as the product works.

Mixing, this mixed well for me, sometimes I would get a little settlement when I mixed it with coconut water.

Dosing, this is where I had to play with it, since I am stim junky; however, I was using Trunegy for mainly evening workouts, so I gauged the dosing. There are 60 servings, but the rep advised that to use 2 servings to get an extra kick; I will break down the effects on the difference between 1 scoop and 2 scoops in the effectiveness section.

    Effectiveness

As far the effects from Trunegy, at one scoops, I was able to feel a kick, nothing to write home about, which is the reason why my title says, good beginners pre-workout. It was the similar effect as some of the brands out there who have amino products with caffeine in it. To me 1 scoop was perfect for cardio days.

At two scoops, I was able to feel Trunegy work well, the tingles from the Beta Alanine were stronger and at 2 scoops, you are getting 300 mg of caffeine. I was able to doing some good compound movement workouts and I noticed my focus was increased. Now, the only drawback for me on 2 scoops was the Yohimbe, which is the reason I mentioned we should know how much of it is in Trunegy. When I would do cardio to start my workout, at 2 scoops, I felt a little jittery and my heart rate when up a bit higher than normal; this went away as soon as I slowed down from my run. The additional Yohimbe did not affect my heart rate when doing weight training.

    Value

Trunegy at the moment is only available on the company's website for $39.99; this is not bad considering that even at 2 scoops, you still get 30 servings.

    Side Effects

Possible jitters and elevated heart rate on two scoops if you are sensitive to Yohimbe

    Conclusion

At the end of my run, I would have rated Trunegy a bit higher if it were not for the sides I got from it. Trunegy is a good based platform for a pre-workout for beginners and those who are not affected by the sides of higher doses of Yohimbe; however, with all the completion out there, I would recommend dropping the price point to under $33.00 to be competitive with other brands. I would like thank AurumRX for the opportunity.
