What's up SR, I would like to thank VMI Sports and the Trooper program for allowing me to give K-XR a try. As many of us on SR, who are stim junkies, we are always seeking something to kick start our workouts hard and fast; I fall under the stim junkie profile. When K-XR came up for the Troopers to try, I jumped on the opportunity, based on the reviews I have read so far. Did K-XR knock the crap out of me? Come with me and find out

When K-XR came up for the Troopers to try, I jumped on the opportunity, based on the reviews I have read so far. Did K-XR knock the crap out of me? Come with me and find out

----Ingredient Profile----

Profile, yeah, I know, it is in a proprietary blend; however, with the kind of fire power K-XR has, this is the only time I will not complain too much about not being fully transparent. K-XR is broken down in to 3 different parts:

Intense Pump Blend - which contains 3,300 mg and one of the goodies in this section I love is Beta-alanine; the tinges I get from this were great!

Maximum Energy Blend - which contains 632.5 mg blend, this has a triple stage caffeine profile of Caffeine Citrate, Caffeine Anhydrous, Infinergy, and Di-Caffeine Malate; I would love to know what the exact amount of each of these is!

Focal & Cognitive Enhancing Blend - which is 503 mg, that contains Huperzia Serrata Extract, this acts similar to a nootropic product; helping boost focus and memory.

Taste - I received the Blueberry RAZZ, it was not bad tasting to me, and at least it did not taste like hell!

Mixing - No issues, mixed nicely, and there was no settlement at the bottom of my shaker cup.

Dosing - I took one scoop 20 minutes before hitting the gym; just an FYI, if you take this on the way to the gym and are stuck in traffic, you will want to get out and run, K-XR kicks in very quickly.

----Effectiveness----

Wow, if I could end the effectiveness section of my review with one word it would be "WOW" K-XR kicked my butt when it came to the energy I got from this. In the past, when I have taken any high stim pre-workouts, within the 1st 5 minutes, I would get some nausea or an increase in my heart rate while just standing around. With K-XR I did not get that. I knew I was in for the workout of my life on my initial scoop, that day, I was doing a total body workout and let me say, it lasted almost 3 hours; my wife called me and asked where was I and if I was lost, since I did get home until 10pm.

The focus on K-XR was great, about 15 minutes into my workout, I felt more focus and just having that feeling of seeing through walls! The pumps on K-XR were nice, as always I test a product on their pump claims when I do a couple of sets of 21s; K-XR did not disappoint. On a number of occasions, I stacked a standalone pump product and the pumps were off the wall, great feeling no matter what body part I worked out on that day. Furthermore, I was so surprised that I was not too crazy on this, considering the high stim content of K-XR; I tend to get angry when on any thing with high stim.

Now, just an FYI, for those of you who are stim sensitive, heed the following: "Start with half a serving!" I normally like to experiment with taking a scoop and a half; however, as strong as K-XR is, I did not want to take the chance.

Value - There are 30 servings per tub and you can pick it up for $30.00 on AllStart Health; a dollar a serving is an excellent price for a product as strong as K-XR

Sides - Okay, the only side I had on this was that, if taken too late in the evening, plan non binge watching your favorite TV show; I was up until 3am and I had to get up to go to work at 5am.

----Conclusion----

K-XR is perfect for those of us who crave a high stim products and as I always say, all supplement do not work the same for everyone. In my opinion, K-XR will be one of my top 5 high stim pre-workouts on my list of goodies to stock up when they are on sale. VMI Sports have a good competitive pre-workout on the market and I would recommend to pick a tub up. Again, as an FYI, if you are stim sensitive, start slow and if a half of serving is the magic spot for you, then you have a product that will give you 60 servings!

  • Increased Energy
  • Increase Focus
  • Builds Muscle
  • Clean Energy
  • Strength Boost
  • Skin Tingles
  • Slow Release Energy
  • Dyes

What's going on brothers and sisters! Before I begin, I would like thank VMI Sports and the Troopers for allowing me to try VMI's pump product VasogenXT.

I am a firm believer in using pump products, for when you are in the gym, looking pumped to impress that new babe at work, and to increase some pump in the bed room; yes, poor man's Viagra! I am always on the hunt for good pump products to try; therefore, when VasogenXT came up for the Troopers, I hesitated a bit when I saw the ingredient label. Howver, considering I had good results with VMI products in the past, I decided to give VasogenXT a run.

----Ingredient Profile----

Man, as I eluded in my intro, the majority of the ingredients for VasogenXT are in a proprietary blend; a bit disappointed. I understand companies want to protect their secrets on how their products work, but in this day in age where many companies are being transparent, hopefully VMI might consider being transparent with VasogenXT on their next batch.

As far as the goodies in VasogenXT, there are a couple of them; however, the main Pump Matrix is in a 1.15 gram mixture, not sure how much of each ingredient we are getting. I will not go too deep on the profile, since pancow did a good job highlighting some of the goodies in VasogenXT. There is Hawthorn, which is good to help with high BP, 2 grams of Taurine, and Agmatine Sulfate, which we know, anything over 1 gram of this, you will experience a good pump and recovery assistance; not knowing how much of this is in there, leads me to believe it is under dosed.

Taste - when it comes to how a product taste, those of you who have read my reviews, taste is not much of a concern for me; as long as the product works, that is what I care. However, for those who like to taste their supplements, this was a good tasting product, I received the Tiger's blood, which was a bit odd at 1st, but I got used to it.

Mix - VasogenXT mixed well, a little settlement and it would foam up a little when I would mix it with a pre-workout.

Dosing - I took VasogenXT 15 to 20 minutes before hitting the gym

----Effectiveness----

Man, I really want VasogenXT to work for me, unfortunately, it came up short. The pumps I received on VasogenXT were very minimal to say the least. I typically gauge the effectiveness of a pump product when I am working out on arms and knocking out a couple of sets of 21s. On a strong pump product, by the time I do the 2nd set of 21s, I can't even flex my biceps; however, on VasogenXT, I did not experience an intense pump. The only time I would feel a slight increase in a pump, is when I took 2 scoops, which is the only time I would get a good pump.

I did notice an increase in endurance on days I would do Cardio, which I felt when I took 2 scoops. In addition, whenever I use a pump product that my body utilizes well, I see myself more vascular, even hours after the workout; I did not experience this with VasogenXT.

Value - VasogenXT is around $29.99 and up, it depends where you shop for supplements; seems like Amazon lately has started to carry some good prices on products we here on SR like to use. The value to me was not good, considering that in order for me to get a great pump, I had to use 2 scoops, and the cost per serving went out the window.

Sides - None to speak of

----Conclusion----

At the end of the day VasogenXT was not a hit for me, yes, we all know that not all supplements work the same for everyone VasogenXT just did not mesh with my internal system. In my opinion, VMI may want to consider either increasing the amount of their current formulation or add some other goodies like Hydomax to assist VasogenXT in becoming more competitive with other pump products in the market. I want to thank VMI Sports again for the opportunity.
 Pros:
 Cons:
  • Raises Endurance
  • Expensive At Two Scoop Dosages
  • Prop Blend
  • Under Dosed Ingredients

What's going SR family! I would like to thank Nuliv Science and the Trooper program for allowing me to run Actigin. When I saw Actigin become available for the Troopers, I was interested in trying it, considering some of the positive feedbacks I saw regarding the benefits of Actigin.

----Ingredient Profile----

The profile on this is very simple, one capsule contains 50 mg of Actigin. Nuliv Science claims the following when using Actigin:

Faster Recovery
Enhanced Endurance
Supports Intense Physical Activity

In addition, Actigin has been shown to reduce inflammation, its water soluble, and helps increase glycogen levels in your muscles. Furthermore, it Actigin is high in antioxidant properties, which is higher than the antioxidant levels in Vitamin C.

Taste - They are capsules, so nothing to taste; however, if you are looking for a faster absorption, you can open the capsules and mix it with whatever you are taking, keep in mind, it is very bitter if you do so.

Mix - There is nothing to mix, pop a capsule and go

Dosing - Nuliv Science, recommend taking 1 to 2 capsule before working out; however, I decided to play around with how this was taken and I will explain further in my effectiveness experience.

----Effectiveness----

The 1st week, I followed the recommended way to take this, I notice some recovery benefits after my workout; however, when I would take Actigin, with following supplements, it shows me that Actigin was working:

Fish oil - When I would Actigin with my Omegas, I notice a good reduction of joint pain. In addition, I knew it was working and boosting the absorption of my Omegas, I had to keep clipping my nails every 3rd day; my wife was calling mini Wolverine!

Taking with my Pre-workout - There are a number of companies who are now including Actigin in their profile; however, the pre-workouts I had, did not have any. When I would take 2 capsules with my pre-workout, I noticed a boost in the energy level I normally would get. I am sure this was due to the mechanisms of increasing glycogen levels, since I would take my pre-workout with a complex carb drink.

Recover - By the 3rd week, I noticed the recovery effects, my DOMS were not completely eliminated, but it was reduced to manageable levels, especially after a nice leg workout. Furthermore, Actigin gave me similar effects live being on Creatine, I looked a little fuller around the shoulder area about the 3rd week into it.

Value - The lowest I found Actigin was on Amazon for $26.00, not bad for a 30 day supply; therefore, for the value, it is on the money.

Sides - None to speak of

----Conclusion----

Actigin to me worked well, as I always state, everyone one reacts different to supplements. Nuliv Science has done their research well for Actigin and in my opinion, this should be a stable to everyone's regiment; for the price, it is worth it. Yes, there more and more companies adding Actigin to their products, but what is the quality and how much of it is really in the product?
 Pros:
 Cons:
  • Longer Sets
  • Higher Reps
  • Increased Endurance
  • Reduced Inflammation
  • Increased Supplement Absorption

What's going on SR Family! I would like to give a shout out to Nature Restore and the Trooper program for allowing me to try Cordyceps 500.

As we age, we all look for those supplements to help us get either that edge or assist in our body's ability to stay health. I am a firm believer that, there are natural plants and other organisms on this planet, which are designed to help the human body; some good and some bad. When Cordyceps 500 came up for the Troopers, I was intrigued by it, since I have not heard of this supplement before. So I said "what the heck, let me give it a try."

When Cordyceps 500 came up for the Troopers, I was intrigued by it, since I have not heard of this supplement before. So I said "what the heck, let me give it a try."

    ----Ingredient Profile----
The profile on this is just one ingredient, 500 mg of Cordyceps. Nature Restore's claims for this product is the following:

    Promote Vitality
    General Well-being
    Libido Increase

I found Cordyceps 500 to be a very interesting supplement, this has been used in China for over 2500 years. Now, for those who do not like bugs, then you may want to not read this sections. Cordyceps is a fungus that lives on certain caterpillars in certain high mountain regions of China. Yup, it's fungus from a bug, but does it work? Based on the research I did before taking Cordyceps 500, I found the following benefits:

    Can treat chronic bronchitis
    Respiratory disorders
    Night time urination
    Male sexual problems
    High cholesterol

I unfortunately, I was not able to get any blood work to check my cholesterol levels before and after taking Cordyceps 500; however, based on the effects I had, I knew there was a physiological effect in my body.

Taste - these are capsules so you pop them and there is no after taste

    Mix - thing to mix

Dose - Nature Restore recommend 3 capsule a day, there are 90 caps, so you will get 30 days out one bottle. I did take 3 capsule in the following manner: 1 in the am, 1 in the afternoon, and 1 in the evening.

    ----Effectiveness----

When I took my initial dose, which was one capsule, I wanted to make sure I would feel before taking 3. Good thing I did, within 10 min of taking one capsule, I got an odd sensation like my eyes wanted to get sucked into my head; however, I did notice that my nasal passageway started to clear up, I suffer from allergies. By the 3rd day, I notice that odd sensation to go away and by the time I was taking 3 capsules.

While on Cordyceps 500, I noticed some of the benefits I mentioned above; on cardio days, I found myself being able to breathe better, considering due to my allergies, I always have to be blowing my nose. In addition, by the 2nd week, this is where I really started to feel Cordyceps 500 work for me I found my endurance going up on cardio days and was able to conduct hit training on the treadmill and on the inside track at my son's school for a longer period of time. During the day, I would feel good despite the crazy work that I do. Furthermore, I did have one effect on Cordyceps 500 that was nice, but at times, embarrassing; I would get random hard-ons as I was walking and while just sitting on the couch watching TV with the wife, which she said "Wow, you must be happy to see me."

Value - for a 30 day supply, this is priced nice at $19.00, which you can find it on Amazon or Nature Restore's website. There are many companies that have similar Cordyceps supplements, which are priced at $15.00 to $25.00.

    ----Side Effects----
Other than the initial odd sensation I experienced, there were no sides.

    ----Conclusion----

I have to say, I was taken back and surprised at the way my body worked while using Cordyceps 500. As with any supplement, not everyone will have the same experienced as I had, maybe it could be my age or how my body utilized Cordyceps 500. In my opinion, if you are looking to add an interesting supplement, that appears to help with many facets of the human body, then I would recommend Cordyceps 500; this will be part of my supplement regiment moving forward.
     Pros:
     Cons:
    • Feeling Of Well-being
    • Libido Increase
    • Increased Oxygen Levels
    • Good Value
    • Odd Sensation On Initial Dose

I would like to give a shout to TEK Naturals and the Trooper program for allowing me to give Burner Tek a run. In the past, I have only ran maybe 2 to 4 fat burners in a year; normally I try to eat as clean as possible, which can be hard at times, since I love to eat! When Burner Tek came up for the Troopers, I decided to give it a run and see if I can get my 47 (soon to be 48), year old body ready to mingle with those mamasitas in Miami on spring break.

When Burner Tek came up for the Troopers, I decided to give it a run and see if I can get my 47 (soon to be 48), year old body ready to mingle with those mamasitas in Miami on spring break.

    ----Ingredient Profile----

Right off the back, thank you TEK Naturals for being transparent; all ingredients are fully disclosed. This has a decent combination of goodies, here are few:

Caffeine Anhydrous - There is 300 mg per servings, which is a nice dose for those who are stim junkies like myself.

Glucomannan - There is 500 mg. This the 1st time I have seen this in a fat burner, it pretty much works like fiber, it absorbs water from the intestines. In addition, it slows down the absorption rate of sugars and controls any sugar spikes that might happen depending if you eat a sugary food.

Green Coffee Bean Extract - There is 150 mg of this, it supposed to help with blood pressure, since some of us using high stims can get high BP leaves. Of course, due to our number one Doctor of the land (DR. OZ), this became the craze in 2012 and there is still some lack of solid support that this helps with BP levels.

L-Carnitine - there is 145 mg of this, which is very under-dosed; normally this should be up around 1 grams.

Taste - these are capsule and there were no after take after taking them.

Mix - nothing to Mix, just pop in your mouth and go!

Dosing - one serving is 3 capsules, I played with the way I took this, which I will explain in the effectiveness section.

    Effectiveness

Burner Tek did performed to what I expected, based on the profile; this is not a thermogenic, so no heat and sweating while at work after taking this. When I took my 1st servings, which are 3 pills, within 10 mins of taking it, the energy levels were there and I am sure is due to the 300 mg of caffeine this gives you. About 20 mins into it, I started to feel more energy; however, I got a nasty headache, which lasted about 2 hours. I decided the try taking this differently the next day, I took 1 pill in the am, 1 pill mid-morning, and 1 pill in the afternoon around 3pm; this help eliminate the headaches I was getting.

As for the results, I noticed some definition in the mid sections, in the mornings, I would look more define, which is due to all the peeing I was doing while on this; eliminating water weight. In addition, my appetite was under control, not to the point where you forget to eat, but it control the amount of food I would eat. Furthermore, I noticed some of my older slacks, I keep around to see if certain supplements work, and I was able to fit in them; by the end of the cycle, I was able to lose between 4 to 5 pounds and trimmed about 1 or 2 inches.

Value - I was only able to find it on TEK Naturals site and Amazon for $ 60.00, which is high for a fat burner with only 30 servings.

    ----Side Effects----

When taking 3 capsules at the same time, man, the headaches I would get were not fun; this is the reason I broke down the way I took it. In addition, I was peeing like a mad man, about every 30 mins; yeah I got rid of the water weight, but when you sit all day at work and your VP see you getting up every 30 mins, they start looking at you. Furthermore, I started to drink coconut water, on some occasions, I would get a cramp in my calves.

    ----Conclusion----

TEK Naturals seems to have put together a decent product, hopefully other people on this did not get the same sides I did; supplements work differently for everyone. The price point on this needs to be a lower to be more competitive in the market, if this was a 60 day supply, I can justify the $60.00 price tag. At the end of the day, Burner Tek worked; however, due to the sides I experienced, I will not be able to give this another shot. Thank you again TEK Naturals for the opportunity.
     Pros:
     Cons:
    • Fat Lost
    • Water Lost

What's up SR family! I would like to thank Kylea Health and the Troopers for allowing me to run Total Living Drink Greens. As I get older, which I will be 48 years young this year, I have changed some of my eating habits to include more raw fruits and veggies; some people say "They don't want to get old", well I do! When I saw Total Living Drink Greens come up for the Troopers, I wanted to jump at the chances to give it a world. Here are my thoughts on this product

    ----Ingredient Profile----
Profile on this is very well put together for a green type of product; the ingredients listed on the packages, which by the way, the package sucks; I will get to that later in the review. The mixture contains some goodies like digestive enzymes, probiotics, 12 grams of plane based protein, and the equivalent of about 8 servings of raw vegetables and fruits. In addition, this contains some Amino Acids, not at the high levels we are accustomed to see; however, it is better than nothing. Furthermore, Total Living Drink Greens contains herbs to help with detoxing your body, good to have if you are running any compound like a PH.

Taste - Okay, how many of us have drank any green product that tasted good? Yup, this is not the best tasting product; however, I do have to say, it taste better than other greens I have taken, for example, Garden of Life products. If you are one of those people who get nauseas when drinking something that taste crappy, well, pinch your nose and just down it!

Mixing - If you mix this in water, you will have some settlement at the bottom of your shaker cup. I had to use my blender to mix this up. In addition, for me, mixing in coconut milk worked best, it did not clump or have any settlement; however, it was like drinking sand.

Dosing - Ok, I have to complain about this part, the bag I received did not include a scooper. I had to find a scooper, which gave me about 40grams, that is the serving size. I took this in the morning so my body can receive a good dose of nutrients, considering I was fasting while I slept. In addition, the bag that this comes in was not the best packaging, within 2 weeks into it, the zip portion of the bag ripped off and I had to transfer the contents into an empty protein tub I happen to have.

    ----Effectiveness----
Total Living Drink Greens did work nicely for me, I was able to feel the difference while running this. The 1st time I took a serving, was in the afternoon, well I soon found out, why I rather take it as soon as wake and be home before heading out to work. This hit me quickly and the race to the restroom was on. Now, I can honestly say, my internal systems may have been not that clean, so with the initial servings, which contains digestive enzymes and probiotics, attacked and cleaned out what was fermenting inside. After about a week into it, I decide to take a serving in the middle of the day, during the weekend, and I did not have any immediate restroom runs.

While on Total Living Drink Greens, I notice more frequent bowel movements and less bloating, since I sit during the day at work. In addition, while on Total Living Drink Greens, my cravings for sugar snacks, which I have a sweet tooth from hell, were under control; I found myself feeling good with energy for the majority of the day. Furthermore, I can tell the immune support from while on Total Living Drink Greens was present, since my wife and kid were sick, I was the only one not on any medications or lying in bed.

Value - Well, this is when While on Total Living Drink Greens falls off the cliff for me; $99.00 for 30 day supply! I understand that Total Living Drink Greens contains some top notch ingredients and a mixture of almost 40 fruits and vegetable; however, I cannot justify the price for this when there are other products with similar profiles at half the price. I know there is a market for this, CEO, Actors, Sport Super Stars, etc

    Sides - None

    ----Conclusion----

At the end of the day Total Living Drink Greens was able to provide a nice digestive support, immune support, and a feeling of wellbeing, which is the reason why I did not give it a red "NO" for recommended since it worked for me; however, is it really worth the price? In my opinion, this is a very good product, but if you are not able to shell out $99.00 bucks a month, which equates to $1200.00 a year and be able to write it off on your taxes, then Total Living Drink Greens is not for you. As I mentioned before, there is a market for this, just not for your everyday average Joe or college student on a budget.

Kudos to Torem for being fully transparent with their ingredient profile, wish all companies in the supplement world would follow suit. Here are some of the highlights for me on the goodies you will find in Neco-Adipem, other members have done a great job providing details on the ingredients, so I will keep my observations brief:

InnoSlim - there is 250 mg per serving, this performs some great functions at the cellular level. It helps reduce the absorption of glucose when ingesting any carbs, be it fast acting or slow digesting.

ActiGin - there is 25 mg per serving, this is a unique ingredient, it is an all-natural endurance and recovery agent, it is derived from the Panax notoginseng and Rosa roxburghii plants; man that is a mouth full to say! Considering Neco-Adipem is a fat burner, having this in it will help you do longer cardio routines and assist with recovery, so you can do it repeatedly like the energizer bunny!

Advantra Z - there is 50 mg per servings, this is similar to Bitter Orange, which is a stimulant, which can enhance the way metabolism turns food into energy; eating after taking a serving of Neco-Adipem is very beneficial. However, for those you have researched in the past the bad rap Bitter Orange as received, make sure to read all you can and if you are taking any medication, please make sure there are no interactions and consult your doctor.

Taste - there is no taste for this, it comes in a capsule
Mix - nothing to mix here
Dosing - take one packet twice a day; each servings comes in individual packages

    ----Effectiveness----

Did Neco-Adipem work? For me, yes it did, took a while, but it performed to its claims. I took Neco-Adipem in different ways to see how my body would react. For the 1st week, I did not experience too much of an appetite suppression, by nature, I am a big eater, normally every 3 hours. However, after about the 2nd week is when I noticed my appetite being under control. As far as taking it on an empty stomach, at the 2-week mark, the appetite was more control, rather than when I took it with Food. There is a caveat when taking Neco-Adipem with food; I noticed my energy was higher during the day, especially when I took it along with something that contained complex carbs like Oats or a Meal Replacement shake with a balanced Macro percentage.

When it came to working out, I noticed my endurance was up, especially on cardio days, I could go for another hour without any issues and when doing weight lifting, my recovery between reps were faster. In regards to fat burning, I know everyone reacts different to supplements; I did not really see any fat or inches lost until late into the 3rd week of the run. By the time I was done, I was able to lose 4 lbs, my abs were more defined and I was able to get back into my favorite jeans, this time, wearing a belt. I could only imagine if I would have been able to run Neco-Adipem for 8 weeks, the kind of results I could have experienced.

Value - Oh boy, this is when you really have to ask yourself, if you want to spend the extra cash, at $57.00 is a bit steep. I understand that the ingredients in Neco-Adipem could be consider a little on the high side, since some of them are trademarks from other companies, which TOREM has to pay royalties.

    ----Side Effects----

    none to speak of

    ----Conclusion----

I believe TOREM has a good product with Neco-Adipem; it has straight forward ingredients, with plenty of science to back them up. As I mentioned before, not everyone has the same effects, which goes for any product in the market; however, it worked well for me. In my opinion, what may be keeping Neco-Adipem from becoming a household name are the availability and the price point. I personality would like to run an 8 week cycle to see how much more weight and inches I could lose. At the end of the day, Neco-Adipem is a great product, if you have a little extra cash to burn.

What's up SR, hope all our brothers and sisters are kicking butt at the gym! First off, I would like to thank Muscle Building Nutrition and the Troopers for the opportunity to try Dominate. As always, I am in the hunt for good pre-workouts that mean what they say and say what the mean; too often, we see companies with outrageous claims of what their product can do. When I saw Dominate come up for the Troopers, I was eager to try it. Did Dominate make me an MVP at the gym? Let us find out

Right off the back, Dominate is fully disclosed, transparent, which is what we all hope that in the future, all companies will make this a mandatory business practice.

Dominate is well balanced in their ingredient profile, which all are clinically dosed; here are a few that I would like to mention:

L-Citrulline Malate - at 6 grams, it is where you want to have it, anything over that, in some cases, it will have you starting your workout in the restroom. This is one of the main key goodie, that will give you the pump you are looking for at the gym

Creapure - at 5 grams, this is clinically dosed, most pre-workout, contains Creapure usually only have 3 grams of it.

Beat Alanine - At 3.5 grams, even your eye browns tingle, excellent to keep the lactic acid buildup while incorporating your fast twitched fibers when doing a great set of 21s.

Dominate contains 200 mg of caffeine, yes some of you are thinking, that is on the low side for us who are stim junkies; however, stacked with 100 mg of Teacrine, it will give you a nice punch. I have seen Teacrine in a number of pre-workouts, which is nice to see, as Teacrine does not allow your body to build a tolerance as caffeine does.

Taste - for those who like a tasty product, Dominate is not bad; I for one do not care what it taste like, as long as it works.

Mix - Keep in mind, this comes with a big scooper, so if you do not want any clumping, make sure to add adequate amount of water.

Dosing - 1 scoop about 20 minutes before hitting the gym, simple.

    ----Effectiveness----

Dominate did work well, keeping in mind, that I am one of those who are stim junkies; however, this still gave me a good workout. Dominate will be excellent for those are just below stim junkies. I normally take my pre-workout on my way to the gym, so when I get there, I can do a good warm up and get rid of the genius who is on the bench, with 10 lbs on the bar, and is on their cell phone.

If you are one of those who do not like the feeling of the tingles, you get from Beat Alanine, get ready to be freaked out; the tingles on this start about 5 minutes after ingestion. Man, as I was driving, I felt like gangs of ants were doing yoga on my face. By the time I got to the gym, my energy was there, and the tingles started to subside. The energy was clean with Dominate, no cracked out feeling or too much energy that would make you feel nausea. I enjoyed the benefits of the Beat Alanine, since it reduced the burning sensation I normally get when I am doing a down the rack type of workout.

Finally, the pumps I got from Dominate were nice, especially in my arms and shoulders; I took this the majority of the time by itself. On a couple of occasions, I tried stacking it with a pump product and the pumps were great, but if you add a pump that already contains L-Citrulline Malate, be prepare to start your cardio run into the restroom. The best stack I found is any pump that contains either nitrates or HydroMax; killer pumps for a couple of hours when stacked with Dominate.

Value - Dominate comes with 20 servings and it will run you about $ 35.00; yes, it seems on the high side, since most pre-workouts come with 30 servings. You just have to ask yourself, are you going to work out 20 days straight in a given month? For me, Dominate lasted almost 5 weeks, since I do not work out every day; I have to pay the bills, unless I was going to be on Magic Mike 3.

Sides - none for me, other than when I stacked it with a pump product with L-Citrulline Malate

    ----Conclusion----

At the end of the day, Dominate did perform to what I expected, based on the profile. This is a well-put together product, which I believe, once it becomes more available in other retailers, it will become popular. Dominate is perfect for those who were beginners in the supplements world and are looking to step up their game with a quality and clinically dose product. For some, the $35.00 price tag may be a deal breaker; however, keep in mind, you get what you pay for.
     Pros:
     Cons:
    • Increased Energy
    • Builds Muscle
    • Skin Tingles
    • BCAA Added
    • Full Clinical Dosing
    • No Proprietary Blends
    • -Not Widely Available
    • Expensive For Most Consumers
    • Poor Mixability

Thank you Nutra-Innovations and the Trooper program for allowing me to try Zeus Juice. I am always looking to try new products from up and coming companies, to me; a pre-workout can sometimes direct me to using other products, based on how it performed. When Zeus Juice came up to for the troopers, the name alone caught my attention. Did I get the opportunity to hang out with Zeus and the rest of the Gods? Let us find out

    ----Ingredient Profile----

I was sad to see that Zeus Juice mixed up all the Gods of Mt Olympus in 3 different proprietary, which was disappointing consider that more and more companies are becoming transparent on what is in their products. Here is how Zeus Juice is broken down:

Strength & Endurance Blend - there is 5054 mg of a cocktail designed to give you strength and endurance. The soup contains Creatine Monohydrate, Beta Alanine, and Potassium just to name a few. It does have PPQ, which I personal supplement with, which helps the body, at the cellular level, increase energy. I take 20 mg a day, but this is in a blend, there is no way of knowing how much you are getting.

Synergistic Pump Mix - there 1,618 Mg that contains, Arginine, HydroMax, Agmatine, and L-Norvaline; again, there is no indication how much of these are in there. Considering that a clinical does of Agmatine is 1000 mg, to me this portion of Zeus Juice is under dosed.

Stimulation & Energy Combo - there is 443 mg, contains Caffeine, theophylline, and Yohimbe bark extracts, just to name a few; again, not sure how much of these items are in the mix

Taste - This was a good tasting product, the pia colada was refreshing.

Mixing - This was on point, there was no residue at the end of the shaker cup

Dosing - I took this 20 to 30 min before hitting the; one scoop is how I ran Zeus Juice

    ----Effectiveness----

I really wanted to shoot lightning bolts in the gym with Zeus juice; however, it did not get me there. For some reason, after taking it, by the time I arrived at the gym, I had my game face on, move out the way New Year Resolution Geek with the belt while dead lifting 10 lbs. However, about 45 mins into my workout, the energy would start to phase out and by the time I left the gym, I felt tired; not like a big crash, but similar to when you start to come off your morning cup of Joe.

As far as the Pumps, they were not too bad, I did notice a good pump when I did arms and shoulders, I typically respond well to HydroMax and Agmatine; other pump products that I have used in the past with great pumps, contained HydroMax and Agmatine. One thing to note, on days that I would finish my workout with a cardio session, I would feel like my heart was speeding up, this could have been attributed to the Yohimbe, which I know, some of us have that kind of reaction

Value - This is on the high side, $54 bucks for a pre-workout that is one giant prop blend, in my opinion, this is overpriced compare to other products out there, which are priced less and kick your butt in the gym.

Sides - other than feeling speeded up on cardio days

    ----Conclusion----

At the end of the day, did Zeus Juice bring me to a level of a Greek God? Unfortunately not, the initial energy I got from this was good, but having it start to dissipate 45 minutes into my workout, left me wanting more. Zeus Juice has a potential to be competitive in the current market of pre-workouts; however, the price and the mixture of ingredients will make it hard in my opinion to be competitive.
     Pros:
     Cons:
    • Good Pumps
    • Good Taste
    • Cool Name
    • Weak Energy
    • Prop Blends
    • Too Expensive
    • Heart Felt Speeded Up

Happy New Years to all of the SR families around the world! I would like to thank Feroxlabs and the Troopers for the opportunity to run Narco, Feroxlabs' introduction to the world of pre-workout supplements. As always, I am in the hunt to try new pre-workouts, yes, I am a stim junkie always looking for a fix. When Narco came up for the troopers to try, I decided to give it a world; did it make me feel like I was part of the Sinaloa Cartel? Let us find out

Right of the back, I was disappointed to see that Narco was in a proprietary blend;considering that many other companies have started being fully transparent, I think Feroxlabs should follow the trend. We understand that proprietary blends are to protect the formulation in the product; however, it keeps those who use the product in the dark on how much of all the mixed ingredients you actually get.

Narco's proprietary blend is broken down into 2 categories, Extreme Muscle Pump Matrix (5,625 mg) and Tunnel Vision Focus Matrix (645 mg). These cocktails contain L-Citruline, Beta Alanie, L-Norvaline, and AstraGin; I wish we know what the exact amount is.

Taste - This was a good tasting product for me, I never care what a product taste, but rather how it performs; I received the Fruit Punch flavor.

Mix - This mixes well, no clumping at the bottom of the shaker cup and no staining from the food dye, which is not too heavy.

Dosing - I took one scoop, initially, 30 minutes before my workout; on a number of occasions, I took 2 scoops.

    ----Effectiveness----

I really wanted Narco to hit me like a truck; however, at one scoop, I only felt the same amount of energy as drinking a 5-ounce cup of coffee. For anyone who is stim sensitive, at one scoop, it should give you a little push. When I took Narco, I mainly did full body workouts and cardio; trying to slim down from the holiday buffets I attended. My workouts were nothing to really write home about, only on cardio days I felt a small jolt. Now, at 2 scoops, I did feel an increase of energy, but nothing compare to some of the other pre-workouts currently in the market. I tried another way to take advantage of the energy Narco claimed it could provide I took one scoop before my workout and one scoop as part of my intra workout; this was the only time I felt an increase in energy.

When it came to the pump and focus, there was really no pump; only time I had an increase of pump, is when I stacked this with another pump product, which contained 2 grams of HydroMax. As for the focus, I felt it more when I did cardio.

Value - Narco is only available on Feroxlabs' website for $45.00 for 30 servings; it is on the high side for a product, which is formulated, in a proprietary blend, and if you are using 2 scoops, this is way too expensive.

    ----Side Effects----
    None to speak of

    ----Conclusion----

At the end of the day, Narco, for me, was not a big hit; yes, I am a stim junky and I could be bias on the experience I had with Narco. However, as long as I have been in the fitness world, I still can gauge how a product should perform, high stim or not. I think that Feroxlabs has the concept of putting together a pre-workout; however, they may need to consider being more transparent, since I felt some of the ingredients was under dosed. Thanks again to Feroxlabs for participating in the trooper program.
     Pros:
     Cons:
    • Good Focus
    • Prop Blend
    • Not Widely Available
    • Too Expensive
    • Needed 2 Scoops To Feel Enegry
