Just a quick review, As we all know whey protein isolate is the purest form of whey with a high biological value. i Decided to jump off the ON 100% bandwagon and try something a bit cleaner. as i looked for a new protein there was a few things i looked for in particular, 1)It had to be pure wpi 2)calories 3)a clean protein with no fillers and etc.

As far as value goes i bought a 5lb tub for 60 dollars which is decent for a whey isolate. It does contain 102 servings per 5lb tub so depending on how many scoops you use it will last you quite some time. I used 1 scoop upon waking, and 2 scoo...

As far as value goes i bought a 5lb tub for 60 dollars which is decent for a whey isolate. It does contain 102 servings per 5lb tub so depending on how many scoops you use it will last you quite some time. I used 1 scoop upon waking, and 2 scoops post workout, and just 1 scoop upon waking on non workout days, so it lasted me just a few days short of 2 months. I first wanted to go with hydro whey, but do this being a cleaner protein and getting twice the servings for the same price i decided to pick this one out instead.

This protein comes in 4 different flavors which are chocolate, unflavored, mixed berry, and vanilla cream. Usually my favorite flavors for proteins are vanilla or strawberry I usually dont venture beyond those two flavors. I decided to get the mixed berry flavor, It wasnt to sweet or strong but at the same time it wasnt to bland and found it to be quite delicious, it tasted EXACTLY like strawberry nesquick when mixed with milk.

The only thing i did not like about this protein was after you mixed it. The mixing itself wasnt the problem it mixed fine no clumps, But after you shake it it gets really foamy at the top wich is really irritating because i found my self holding my shaker over my head waiting for every last drop to get in my mouth.

Overall this was a good protein obviously while on a cut, would not use this if i was bulking. I found only one flaw, which although irritating i could look past it.

I am really surprised Big Blast does not have any reviews so i guess il step up first on this product.Big Blast has a blend of whey isolate, organic whole egg, super plasma protein, Creatine and carbs, and added aminogen. so it is ideal for PWO. I am not sure if most of you know what super plasma protein is, and neither did i so i did a bit of research and this is what i came up with. I am not sure if most of you know what super plasma protein is, and neither did i so i did a bit of research and this is what i came up with. Super Plasma Protein, is > 90% Protein Isolate and made from hydrolyzed beef plasma, Unlike traditional sources of protein such as casein or whey, Super Plasma Protein is rich in naturally occurring, bioactive proteins and peptides. The bioactivity of the proteins offers the athlete benefits beyond an excellent amino acid profile. Super Plasma Protein has three times the level of anabolic growth factors as whey!* It goes to work the minute it becomes soluble to promote protein synthesis, reduce protein turnover and enhance protein retention!* This will help you absorb amino acids more efficiently and increase the body's nitrogen balance.* It will also help users gain lean muscle mass by breaking the catabolic cycle with immunoglobulin and mitogenic growth factors such as IGF-1 and the immunomodulatory cytokine. sounds kind of sketchy but Protein Factory is a solid and trustworthy company.

-Taste-
I tried the vanilla and orange, while normally i love anything vanilla i will admit that this one was a little bland. Orange on the other hand, i would look forward to drink as soon as i possibly could, especially blended with ice and water.

-Mix-ability-
no problems here, i used a blender bottle, and a regular shaker cup and never hand any clumps.

-Price- i bought my Big Blast in 2lb containers for 26 dollars each not bad, but its only 10 servings per container, so this stuff can get pretty pricey.(side note, the reason i imagine this stuff is some what pricey is because of the super plasma protein. i looked it up and on BodyBuilding.com its 52 dollars for 1lb)

-Effectiveness-
Its hard to really say how effective a protein drink is, but i will say i did feel a little heavier while drinking this(not like weight gainer bad though). Because of my metabolism i have a hard time keeping my weight up especially since i play basketball, but i will say i did not numbers on the scale go down.

-Overall-
To me this was a solid PWO drink, Protein Factory is a solid company, i really donty know why there is hardly any reviews on here. But for those of you who like to drink Dark Matter, or 2:1:1 Recovery and would like to switch it up i Suggest you give this product a try, its worth a shot and i know i didnt regret it. The only negative thing about this product is that i have only seen it on 3 places, Orbitnutrition.com, BodyBuilding.com, and proteinfactory.com

To me Myofusuion vanilla is the best tasting protein i have ever tried, so since Real Mass is formulated with MyoFusion i thought it would be a good product to try, and to my surprise i was right. The flavor is just a tad bit diffrent than MyoFusion, but not by much and still vary enjoyable and i looked forward to this after every workout, and to my surprise it did not taste much diffrent when mixed with milk compared to water. When i mixed this in my blender bottle it came out nice and thick like a milkshake, but when mixed in a blender it becomes very light and foamy like, not sure how i would compare it but i would say kind of like cool whip but i little bit heavier, wich personally i didnt mind because it still taste's great.

-Mixability: 6.5
when i mixed this using my blender bottle w/water i had to trouble maybe a lump or two but nothing bad, but when you add milk or try mixing it with a cheaper shaker cup it get's alot more difficult and clumpier. obviously mixing it in a blender will is the best option but make sure you just mix it for a few seconds because the longer you mix the foamier it gets. On a side note this stuff is pretty messy, so try not to spill it. It is not as bad as waxy maize products but it is a bit similar.

I paid $35 dollars for 6lbs. 18 servings per tub, which is a reasonable price for a weight gainer. I took one serving a day which lasted me a little over a month.

-Effectiveness: 8
Did what it says gained about 4lbs in the time i finished the tub. I took 1 serving a day(post workout), of course i know my diet played majority of the role. The container state's a few ridiculous claims IMO. Like "Efficiently Drives Anabolic Protein Synthesis and Glycogen Resynthesis, Harnesses the Insulinotropic Power of 4-Hydroxyisoleucine, Maximal Bioavailability Assurance with GaspariZymeâ„¢ Proteolytic Enzyme Complex". Seems to me like they are just trying to catch people's attention but that's not the reason i purchased it.

-Overall: 8.5
IMO this is a good option for people wanting add calories to their diet. most other weight gainers that have 1k+ calories per serving are ridiculous. I would purchase this product again in the future, but for now i want to try Pro Complex Gainer a try, so for now i will hold off on the purchase.

      These things are freaking GREAT!!!!
They are great for people who dont have time to eat a full meal because they are on the go, as a snack, pre workout meal etc. I tried two flavors Original, and chocolate rasberry. the Original was better IMO but choco rasberry was still tasty. I bought at Needtobuildmuscle.com at $16 dollars a bag wich is a few bucks cheaper than buying a box of protein bars that contain junk you have never even heard of.

I was looking for some creatine in pill form while i was at Vitamin Shoppe and decided to give this a try. will break it down as i go.

Surprisingly these pills have a bit of a fruity taste nothing to strong, but the taste is there.

i paid about 25 bucks, not too expensive but i have seen cheaper.

Honestly i did not notice anything that makes this product stand out. i made gains but nothing out of the ordinary.

i see this product at Vitamin Shoppe all the time around 40-50 bucks and i honestly would not buy it its a complete rippoff.

overall i would not try this product again even if it was given to me for free. i know every one reacts diffrent to everything and im sure this product might work for others but for me it did nothing. i get better pumps and energy by adding GlycoMaize and a scoop of arginine to my pre workout shake.
