Despite the previous review where the user had a horrible experience with this company, I still decided to place an order.

supplementcentral.com specifically states on it's website to make sure your billing and shipping address are EXACTLY the same ONLY if you are a first time customer. Obviously, if ignore simply instructions you will end up with a bad experience. However, I made sure to meet these requirements and had a delightful experience with the company.

Service 10/10 - I received a confirmation email within seconds after my order was placed. This was great knowing that my order was processed in the system. I was a little nervous due to the previous review relating to the horrible customer service so I decided to give them a call and check on my order. I called the phone number listed in the e-mail and a customer service representative literally picked up the phone without even ringing once. I honestly didn't know this was possible. The representative was extremely nice, helpful, and pleasant. He did everything he could to explain my order, sent me another e-mail in regards to tracking information and was knowledgeable in supplements. Overall perfect customer service experience.

Shipping 10/10 - I purchased the cheapest shipping possible and my order still arrived very quickly.I placed my order late Monday night and I revived my package this morning.

Selection 8/10 - They have a TON of products on here. I didn't give this a 10 because supplementcentral.com has random stuff on there which was a little inconvenient like pet supplies?

Prices for my order 10/10 - I bought an animal sweatshirt that was 10 bucks cheaper than any other retailer. I also threw in a few random clearance supplements like 125gs of Beta Alanine for 9.95. Some extreme deals if you purchase the right products from this retailer.

Regular pricing 8/10 - In general the products are a little more pricing than NutraPlanet and Lockout so I gave this an 8.

Overall pricing 9/10 - I split the difference between the two pricing categories I listed which results in a 9/10. If you make the right purchases you can find yourself saving tons of $$$.

Overall 9/10 - From my personal experience what more can I ask for? Great customer service, fast shipping, cheap products.

I have never had a worse customer service experience.
I put in my billing address, then my shipping address, which is not the same as my billing. A few days later I got an email saying they needed to verify my information in a not very usual way. I have NEVER had a problem buying things online with my card. I called the toll free number, which was out of service. Big red flag. I email back and ask what the problem is. "Shane" from customer support said he didn't know why the line was down, and that since my addresses don't match they need to verify.
A) Why would you even give the option of shipping to a different address if that just flags the transaction?
B) Part of the verification said "Send a copy of your online banking receipt" Which didn't even exist, since they said they wont process the order until I verify.

I asked if I would have to do this every time I ordered, Shane responded saying "No once u do it once your good." Big red flag. Terrible grammar and spelling. I asked for a supervisor to call me, as the toll free was still down. No response.
I send an email to the address on their site, and it goes to Shane, apparently the only customer service rep who works there. I complained about the service, the lack of professionalism, and my concerns with the companies legitimacy, and I had specific questions I wanted answered. Shane sent me back a very rude email right away simply saying "I am very sorry about my grammatical error in the previous email. I will cancel and refund the order number XXXX!"
Again, there WAS no transaction to refund! I can't wait till that toll free number works so I can call in.
Shane didn't seem to care about losing a customer who said they planned on buying items frequently. I also told my friend to not buy anything from them who was going to.
I highly recommend not doing business online with this company, and I sincerely worry about their legitimacy.

The four main criteria are reviewed as follows after my two times patronage with this company.

Selection - I have to admit they do have almost what I chose and wanted because they basically acquire it from somewhere else - and this leads to the next issue:

Delivery - low rates as one may be tempted, but the delivery takes forever and the only excuse they made is that customs are giving issues. 16 days after delivery, USPS made an attempt to check for the so-called despatch info and number (trackable or otherwise), they confirmed the PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN MAILED OUT or the series of so called tracking info is NOT in their database. When you buy an item from them, they do NOT have it in stock immediately, rather, they obtain from elsewhere and this can cause a week delay.

Customer Service - the others said it all - it's a disgrace to the fitness product industry.

Prices - somewhat competitive, especially with items which are ON RECALL or OUT OF STOCK due to failure at the pharmaceutical checks.

Overall - Try elsewhere. Their selection and cheap prices are not worth all the agony in try to make sense of their response, non-delivery and worst of all, atrocious customer service.

PS. I have to patron them twice because the product I wanted was not available at bigger companies like bodybuilding.com or A1supplements.com - and I have had it. Forget the damn product.

will recommond but will tell you to shop around. ship same day from pittsburgh area. shipping rate went up a few bucks and so did products. (I understand) animal pak is like $27 so you need to shop around the site for deals. good phone and email sales/questions staff. I ordered maney times and all was good but have been shopping other sites. I miss not ordering from them but if I can save a buck, I will.

I had ordered a few products from supplementcentral.com from Europe. It was not the first time I have purchased supplements from the United States, so I was somehow aware of the shipping costs, rules, delivery and acceptance by customs of my country. I was quiet satisfied about my previous intercontinental purchases. Unfortunately supplementcentral.com was the first company who initially doubted my credit card, then did not ship my products without informing me throughly and eventually didn't refunded me all my costs. I didn't get any responses back from my emails the first few times and when they did, they didn't reply my specific questions. This retailer didn't refund me all the costs, saying indirectly that I am responsible for shipping costs of products which I had never received. It's a travesty how they act towards customers!
