1. Muscleman100

Pricey product that delivers
—-Quick Summary—-
This product will get you great results but since it is natural do not expect to get too much of a difference.

—-Introduction—-
I would first like to thank myokem for letting try this product out. This is the first time I tried a myokem product. I saw all the positive reviews of this product and figured I’d try it out.

—-Ingredient Profile—-
They use a fully disclosed blend that contains

1.45g PAEDERIA FOETIDA EXTRACT: Paederia foetida is a plant that goes by various names, including Chinese fever vine, and is the best test booster.

300mg CISTANCHE DESERTICOLA EXTRACT: Cistanche deserticola extract has been found to improve muscle recovery, strength, and endurance.

300mg GENTIANA LUTEA EXTRACT: Gentiana lutea extract improves your digestion while stimulating your appetite, encouraging greater food intake to fuel growing muscle mass.

102mg EPICATECHIN: Studies suggest that epicatechin has been found to increase your resistance to fatigue and can effectively promote muscle growth and increased strength by stimulating muscle protein synthesis.

7.5mg BIOPERINE BLACK PEPPER EXTRACT: Black pepper extract is a potent source of piperine which allows supplements to spend the right amount of time circulating in your body.

I think these ingredients seem really great just by looking at them. I like they added in black pepper extract so you can absorb all of these ingredients.
—-Taste/Mixability/Dosing—-
I would take 3 pills in the morning with food and another 3 post workout. On weekends I took 3 with breakfast and another 3 with lunch.

—-Effectiveness—-
The first week I noticed I was getting better pumps in the gym but nothing like a pump product like vaso6 or hydromax. It was a better pump than normal though. I was also starting to feel a slight increase in hunger. I didnt feel like I could eat a whole buffet but I felt like I could add in an extra couple hundred calories to my diet. On the second week I was starting to look more vascular. Nobody said I was looking vascular but I noticed it when I looked in the mirror. The pumps were also getting better on the second week. It was not much better than the first week but it was slightly better. On the third week I noticed my endurance was getting a lot better. I was able to go on the stairmaster 10 minutes longer than usual and I was on the bike 15 minutes longer. On the fourth week everything stood the same except the pumps were lasting a lot longer. They seemed to last 3 or 4 hours after working out. I did not get any strength increases while on this product like others have said but I did enjoy my run with this product.

—-Value—-
You can find this on amazon and myokem website for $55 which is $1.97 a serving since this is 28 servings. This product is a little expensive but it does work. I think this is worth a try if you are curious about it.

—-Side Effects—-
None

—-Conclusion—-
I think this is a great product bland I would recommend it for someone looking to try out new products. Everyone responds differently to these types of products but you never know until you give it a try.

2. deBruijn

Another great product from Myokem. Increased appetite, pump and vascularity without any side effects
—-Quick Summary—-
Trying some Myokem products recently and was never disappointed. Magnitropin is one of the good ones but from past reviews I expected even more. Guess this is a case of managing expectations. After all, this is a natural test booster, not a pro hormone. Overall one of the best test boosters I have tried.

—-Introduction—-
36 years old financial auditor trying to balance life with three kids and a busy job. Trying to get in some quality time at the gym in the meantime. When I manage to squeeze in some gym time I can use all the supplement help that’s out there.
I have tried different types of natural test boosters In the past. Some with success, some without.
When Magnitropin appeared in the Troops program I couldn’t wait to give it a try. I have read very positive reviews on SR before. The lack of availability of Myokem products caused me to not purchase this myself. I wanted to buy some Myokem products before but they were sold out on online stores and not widely available overall. Huge thanks to Myokem for letting me run this product.

—-Ingredient Profile—-
As a EU resident, the EU program has some drawbacks where the biggest one is that many brands do not ship products which is understandable. Some brands like Myokem do, which is great. What’s also great is that the ingredient profile is extensively written down in reviews by US members who received there products 1-2 weeks before I did πŸ˜‰ Good job Muscleman100..Darkman and others.

1.45g PAEDERIA FOETIDA EXTRACT: Paederia foetida is a plant that goes by various names, including Chinese fever vine, and is the best test booster. Has antioxidative and antiinflammatory properties which is always a plus. One study suggests testosterone increasing properties

As with most natural test boosting ingredients, research is somewhat ambiguous or needs more research. I normally break down my reviews by comparing amounts of mg to researched amounts to spot underdosed ingredients. Because of the lack of scientific research in humans on the ingredients this is not possible for this specific ingredient panel. Myokem chose to go with ingredients that show promise; The ingredient profile is well designed. More and more products contain epicatechin which seems to product some results. Magnitropin uses a fair amount.

—-Taste/Mixability/Dosing—-
No taste. Three pills in the morning and two in the evening.

—-Effectiveness—-
This products was effective in some aspects in the test spectrum. I read some reviews and noticed the effectives I experienced was in line with other reviews, but not with all. I especially experienced an increase in appetite and ate quite a bit more. Definitely dug in my protein bar supply a lot. The most pronounces effect came in fuller muscles and especially vascularity. Darkman compares it to “a newbie using creatine for the first time, just without the bloat”. I think this perfectly describes the effects..with some added vascularity. I even noticed veins in places I never have, like on my shins. And some (minor) increased strength. What I found to be great about magnitropin was the lack of side effects. I have tried some other test boosters in the past and I am one of the biggest fans of Arimistane as an ingredient. Arimistane however causes joint pains. Magnitropin caused no side effects at all. Overall I do think I think Armistane based products provide better results in muscle hardening and a leaned out look.

—-Value—-
Magnitropin is available on Myokem’s website, Amazon for 55 dollars or just under 2 dollars a day.I think BPN carries Magnitropin but currectly sold out. This is not cheap but with Myokem you are getting a quality product. I still find it odd that such a reputable brand with such high quality products is not available at more places. I get that a lot of consumers would rather go for any cheaper alternative, but as consumers get more and more informed (like from Sr.com) I think the willingness to pay a premium for quality products increases. Myokem competes in this high quality segment of the market and I strongly believe they could benefit from greater availability.

—-Side Effects—-
No real side effects. I read some other reviews and was quite surprised not to read that no other Trooper experienced a dry mouth. Especially in the first week I had this a lot.

—-Conclusion—-
Another great product from Myokem. It is weird to state I was slightly disappointed after proof reading my own review, but past reviews on Sr.com were so raving I guess I expected even more. Overall a big thumbs up for one of the better test boosters out there.

3. TheVenom

Not what I was expecting, but still impressive!
—-Quick Summary—-

Myokem has now fully disclosed the nutrition panel for their hit supplement, Magnitropin. This product claims to boost testosterone, build lean mass, increase your endurance and appetite, boost your strength and improve your overall athletic performance to build healthy, toned muscle mass safely and efficiently. Some have experienced the full spectrum of these effects, while others have responded differently. I personally feel as if it left a just a little to be desired, and had some rather interesting results.

—-Introduction—-

I used Magnitropin as directed. Three capsules, twice a day for a total of six pills. Sometimes I took them without food, and others with food. I have been in a constant caloric surplus, between 2,600 and 3,000 calories daily. My 5x-Week German Volume Training has been less than perfect, often times with work and it’s related travels coming between me and the iron, but has been as consistent as real life will permit. If ever I struggled to get my calories in, I used a mass gainer to plug the rest in to ensure I never fell short in these hectic times.

—-Ingredient Profile—-

This is the profile, directly as taken from the manufacturer’s website, plus my take on the ingredients.

1.45g PAEDERIA FOETIDA EXTRACT: Paederia foetida is a plant that goes by various names, including Chinese fever vine, and is the best test booster. I haven’t found a single study that backs this claim up. I have found only one study of it’s libido and testosterone boosting effects, but was done in mice in 2012 and hasn’t been replicated since. https://www.liebertpub.com/doi/abs/10.1016/j.jomh.2011.12.003 The study indicates that 1.45g would be an effective dose if the ingredient proved to be effective

300mg CISTANCHE DESERTICOLA EXTRACT: Cistanche deserticola extract has been found to improve muscle recovery, strength, and endurance. I couldn’t find anything to indicate endurance boosts but found a couple of studies indicating cell protection and proliferation, which could help with recovery and stregnth. I was unable to find effective dose guidelines. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22186624 / https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0753332216307429

300mg GENTIANA LUTEA EXTRACT: Gentiana lutea extract improves your digestion while stimulating your appetite, encouraging greater food intake to fuel growing muscle mass. This one was pretty easy to find several articles on. The most straight-forward piece contributes the appetite to a response to increased salivary production and increased upper digestive-tract activity. { lost the article in editing πŸ™ }

102mg EPICATECHIN: Studies suggest that epicatechin has been found to increase your resistance to fatigue and can effectively promote muscle growth and increased strength by stimulating muscle protein synthesis. There is an absolute MOUNTAIN of studies done on Epicat. After literally 50 pages (out of 500+ pages), I found one indicating that the mitochondrial protein levels were elevated following doses of Epicat, here. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3741049/

7.5mg BIOPERINE BLACK PEPPER EXTRACT: Black pepper extract is a potent source of piperine which allows supplements to spend the right amount of time circulating in your body. Bioperine is also extensively researched, in both human and rat studies. One of the easiest to understand is here, where 42 (minus the 9 that were disqualified) individuals were tested to see if Bioperine helped the absorption of Curcumin. https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/results/NCT00113841?sect=X70156#outcome1

—-Dosing—-

6 standard sized capsules daily. For some this may be a bit much, but I’ve taken vitapacks that far out-pilled this. Split into two doses of 3 caps daily. I’ve read some reviews stating that you should take every 6th day off, but all literature on their website says to take it continuously, so I did.

—-Effectiveness—-

As stated in the introduction, I had an interesting experience. None-throughout did I feel an increase in appetite, which was very disappointing. That was one of the big turn-ons for me, as I’ve always struggled with making myself eat more. I’ve used supplements in the past that make me absolutely ravenous and hungry for anything I can chew. This did not happen. I suppose it may be because I was already pushing myself to eat as much as possible and using a gainer when needed. All I can say definitively, is that I wish I’d noticed more on this aspect.

I did however really like the endurance it gave me. I felt that the physical aspects of work were easier, pulling long, hard days. I also was pleased to notice that my sparse gym sessions didn’t suffer due to infrequency. Never did I feel as if I took a step back. I’ve experienced a loss of progress before when life came between me and the gym, but not while taking Magnitropin. Long “make-up” sessions felt as if I’d never missed a day of working out.

Around the end of the first week, is when I started to notice day-long vascularity and feel that whole-body pump that is amplified by targeted use of the muscles. My muscles, especially in the chest and arms, stayed looking full, and feeling FIRM. I’ve taken products that have promised this result, but this is the first time I’ve noticed it. I find it odd, as “muscle hardening” isn’t mentioned anywhere for this product.

Obviously the goal in a surplus was to put on some lean mass. That’s the big selling point here. I however, lost weight on what has been my surplus, set by a nutritionist. When I started taking this product, I was 156lbs, at 16.2% bodyfat, measured by digital calipers. At the end of the cycle, I am now 152lbs, at 14.4% bodyfat. This suggests that all weight lost was fat. While this isn’t the result I was hoping for, I do really like the way it looks on me. I refrained from weighing myself or taking measurements until the run was finished, because nothing gets me going quite like seeing the number on the scale jump up considerably. I was disappointed to see it drop, but that quickly went away after measuring my BF% and doing the math.

—-Value—-

$50 – $55 for my results is reasonable in my book. I would however like to see someone other than the manufacturer and BPN carry it.

—-Side Effects—-

I noticed no ill effects at all.

—-Conclusion—-

Overall, I had a great time. I felt it helped me keep what I worked for in the gym, and kind of re-worked what I worked for in the kitchen. I can see this being something I would try again after bulking more, when I am able to give it the time in the gym it needs.

Finally! A Testosterone Booster that Actually Seems to Do What It’s Claimed to Do!
—Quick Summary—
Boasting a rather interesting ingredient profile to offer a revolutionary natural testosterone booster to the supplement industry, Magnitropin offers a quality product that has clearly improved my overall performance in the gym concerning pretty much all aspects (strength, endurance, body fat, muscle mass) which can only point to improved overall testosterone levels. I’d have to honestly say that of all the natural testosterone boosters I’ve ever used, this one is quite frankly the most effective!

—Introduction—
The basic ingredient profile of testosterone booster generally revolves around a couple primary supplements that typically only have any significant effect to the elderly population, so I usually stray away from this supplement category due to little supporting clinical research, though when I saw the unusual ingredient profile of Magnitropin I figured it would be worth a try to see if it would offer any different from the plethora of test boosters I’ve used in the past with little to no results. So let’s see if there herbally-infused booster can stack up to what I would consider fairly weak competition!

—Ingredient Profile—
1.45g PAEDERIA FOETIDA EXTRACT: Paederia foetida is a herb that is primarily used in Chinese medicine. Preliminary clinical research has shown Paederia foetida to boost testosterone levels of rats and that the testosterone-boosting effect is significant enough to stimulate lean muscle gain and to enhance sexual activity.

300mg CISTANCHE DESERTICOLA EXTRACT: Cistanche is yet another herb that has been traditionally used in Chinese medicine for many years. The belief is that cistanche counteracts the effects of aging, improves sexual arousal, and improves overall cognitive function. Clinical research on this herb is still fairly lacking and requires substantially more vast research to fully back any claims.

300mg GENTIANA LUTEA EXTRACT: Gentiana lutea extract has been shown to improve digestion while stimulating appetite to improve overall muscle gain and metabolism.

102mg EPICATECHIN: Epicatechin is a more recent supplement ingredient that has been garnering quite a bit of steam as of late for its performance enhancing abilities, improvement of muscle growth, increased insulin sensitivity and regulating blood sugar levels. Unfortunately it is a fairly expensive ingredient and is likely one of the main culprits for the higher product value of Magnitropin.

7.5mg BIOPERINE BLACK PEPPER EXTRACT: BioPerine is a patented extract obtained from black pepper that is used to improve absorption of nutrients and other supplements to enhance the overall product!

—Taste/Mixability/Dosing—
I initially started using Magnitropin at 3 pills in the morning and 3 pills in the evening but within the initially days I noticed that I was getting odd headaches at night so after skipping my evening dose of Magnitropin the headaches immediately ceased. I did continue to used Magnitropin at 3 pills in the morning for the duration of the bottle.

—Effectiveness—
Since my cycle of Magnitropin utilized only half of the recommended dosage I was on the product for nearly 2 months. Within that time I noticed a slow gradual increase in skeletal muscle mass and decrease in overall bodyfat that was confirmed using an InBody Scanning System. The results were fairly consistent due to weekly measurements and following the use of Magnitropin I was able to increase overall muscle mass by 2 lbs, while reducing bodyfat by 3 lbs with an overall loss of about 1lb. I personally have never noticed any significant muscle or fat changes from taking testosterone boosters in the past so this was a pleasant surprise! I didn’t notice any significant difference during my actual workouts concerning pump or anything but daily measurements don’t lie so there was definitely something occurring which I’d like to believe was an increase in testosterone production resulting in the changes seen to my muscle mass and bodyfat.

—Value—
I looked around the internet and was able to find Magnitropin for $55 on Amazon, which sounds a little pricey for an average supplement but considering the results that I saw from its use, I do personally believe it’s worth the price of admission! Especially since it lasted 2 whole months due to my modified dosing

—Side Effects—
I personally experienced headaches with using a second evening dose of Magnitropin that was absent immediately after ceasing my evening dose.

—Conclusion—
I’ve always been iffy with recommending testosterone boosters due to the miniscule improvement that I tend to see from its use but Magnitropin definitely contains some sort of special ingredient blend that more effectively increases testosterone level in comparison to its competitors and it’s likely due to its use of certain chinese herbal medicine that have not been seen in any previous supplements to my knowledge prior to Magnitropin. I’m sure that other companies will likely hop on the bandwagon and copy Magnitropin’s ingredient profile but that’s just cause the stuff seems to work! And work fairly well at that! If you’ve ever been interested in the potential benefits of a testosterone booster then look no further because Magnitropin will likely impress you as long as you’re willing to shell out the cash. Cheers Fellas!

Lean Muscle?…sure, why not?!?!
—-Introduction—-
HUGE Shout out to Myokem!!! So there i was, found my self going through another lunch workout when I realized I had hit a platue and needed some help to give me that boost and get me to the next level. So first place i go is sr.com to see what might be in store. Low and behold I found this gym by Myokem. I was fortunate enough to get both Magnitropin and Alphadex.

—-Ingredient Profile—-
First off, fully disclosed profile so automatic checkmark. Below is the detailed list of ingredients.

7.5mg/5mg BIOPERINE BLACK PEPPER EXTRACT: Allowing the supplements to stay in the body longer.

—-Taste/Mixability/Dosing—-
Taste and Mixability are N/A since these are pills.

Magnitropin: 3 pills twice per day. I usually took one serving in the morning and another after my workout.
Alphadex: 1 pill in the morning and 1 pill before bed.

—-Effectiveness—-
As for effectiveness, Myokem was right on point. After a few days of taking both supplements I already started feeling the effects. I simply had more daily energy just to start. Then when i got to the gym I started moving up in weight all while my endurance increased. My lifting partners even noticed and asked what i was taking. Overall all I added an extra 10lbs on my bench while increasing my reps to 3-4 sets of 10 where i before i could not get 3 sets of 8. Within a couple weeks i noticed i started leaning out some in the stomach area as well. Just to note, i did not change any of my eating habits during this time.

—-Value—-
As for value, $100 total for the combo is an excellent price for the results I had. Very affordable and slightly lower than other similar products.

—-Side Effects—-
I experienced no ill side effects.

—-Conclusion—-
In conclusion, i want to give Myokem a big Thank You! This is an excellent product and I was very pleased with the results. I have not been taking this for over a month now and not have lost any of my gains!!
