First time cycle boys! Heres the layout...

Goals -
Max at least 275 on bench.
Beat my best ever squat max from last spring which was 360.
Beat my highest deadlift from last spring which was 425.
Increase all measurements by an inch, hopefully 2 inches on thighs.
Gain 10-15lbs on cycle.
Keep My Gains!!!

Thanks to all the SR members I PM'd for helping me get this cycle narrowed down and Ill try to get some pics up soon. Word.

I always dosed mine 25 mg morning, 25mg afternoon , and 25mg at night. I never took 2 at the same time. Some people do and some don't. i just like taking them 1 at a time.

So it begins....

Day 1! - Off day.

Weight - 172.8lbs

Dosed P-mag 1 in the a.m. and 1 in the p.m. with fish oil and seperate from my Life Support approximately by 3 hours. Will be eating 3 meals today and 2 shakes, 1 Serious mass (this stuff is really bad and hard to drink even with less than half a recommended serving, wish I got another bag of PC gainer) and 1 Pro complex gainer. On workout days I will be adding a 3rd shake of Gold standard whey post workout. Im aiming for 200+ grams of protein a day and not concerned with carbs or fats really since this is an all out bulk.

Tomorrow - Chest & Tri's

Seated Pushdown Machine

No PR's today but it was a solid workout. Obviously p-mag has not kicked in yet but it was a really good gym day. I took half a scoop of Hemo Rage Ultra Concentrate to get me going but once I bump to 75mg of p-mag Ill stop taking it. Pumps were really good today which is different since i usually dont get pumped this much without aakg. Tomorrow is lower back/legs & abs.

Note: Im only going to weigh myself once a week on Sundays. This will help with seeing when P-mag truely kicks in for me on the weight side of things.

Another good workout. Abs are outta shape but Ill make sure to hit them once during the week with weights and once on the weekends at home. The only thing I think I might be feeling from the P-mag is an increased appetite. Tomorrow is Back and Bi's.

I got a question for any ph knowledgable people. Would the cycle I have laid out for P-mag be suitable for a cycle of Havoc at 30/30/30/40/40? I know havoc and epistane are similar to P-mag but have drier gains so just want to make sure because my friend has 2 bottles of Havoc he wants to run so I just want to know for sho.
