Oh yeah! The secondary pumps are awesome! I love my bicep pump on shoulder day! Walking around with blown up biceps and bulging shoulders looks like an ad in a mag!
On a large enough time line, the survival rate for everyone will drop to zero.

Don't come to me and tell me you need help because your program isn't working when you've only been on it 3-4 weeks. It's called a program  because it takes time, unlike your sister.

Thoughs on Yok3d:

Wow, today was just nuts! Fifth workout with Y3D, so I dosed 4 caps, 90 mins preworkout. I took  1 ˝ scoops of Jack3d MBI flavor, about 20 mins preworkout. While I was waiting until gym time, I could feel the Y3D circulating through me. I got excited, I knew today was going to be intense. I threw on my ANIMAL sweater and headed out, hit my warm up on the treadmill, and was focused and ready. I got beta-alanine tingle in my hands and fingers! LOL it was crazy I was air drumming on the treadmill. I went upstairs and saw that they took out one of the 2 benches we have, yea so we only have one for now. I waited and hit some warm ups, then I got on the bench. Wow, everything felt so damn light, the 205 was nothing grapped a spotter and tore through my reps smooth and focused tapped my chest and bam like nothing. Its hard hitting bench ss with pullovers but I like it, nasty stretch gave me a disgusting pump! I had 2 flank steaks for pecs. I truly stumbled upon the performance of Y3D which is what I truly wanted outta this beta test. This  is not a  “oooh look how pretty my pump is” type product, this is truly a “just call me the THING cuz im hard as a rock, and throw weights around like rag dolls” pump. Just intense.
I increased all my weights and reps on the other exersices, “childs play” was my theme word for this workout. Everything was on point and just amazing. Strength increases, epic pump, oh yeah Y3D delivers. Im going to stick to with 4 Y3D caps on upper days, but only 3 on legs. I think 4 on legs would be too much pump and hinder my exersices, but I will just try it at least once at 4 for legs on this next workout.
As a side note the new Jack3d flavor is really good, I like the cooling/minty affects of it. I was surprised to see it mix as I clear/white color. I was expecting a dark blue color, but I remember USPLabs don’t throw in dyes!!! Thanks guys! I havent taken J3D in about a year, so today was nuts.

I truly believe that Y3D was made to be used with J3D. I am not a big fan of Jack3d but gosh damn, man you wanna talk synergy, look no further than this stack. I honestly believe to get the best out of each, you need  both.  It’s a match made in gym heaven, these two married make Yo-jack3d and ja-yock3d babies!!! Intense!

lmao great log post man.

I agree the synergistic effect between the two are awesome. I don't get the beta-alanine tingles any more tho  :-\  Not from any product. I haven't in a long long time. I think i am gonna run a week on Yok3d by itself and see how it performs then. But It's obvious it delivers because i've easily had hundreds of workouts on Jack3d and not one of them to was the extent they are now.

yeah its crazy how well these two go together. I mean ive done the jack3d and Super NOS pump, but this is on a whole nother level! nothing comes close. I love me my white flood, and like I said i got turned off Jack3d but I cannot deny the incredable impact that these 2 have together.

I still get crazy b.a. tingles. White flood gives em to me, same with Purple Wraath. I felt like tyrone biggums man, i kept fidgeting with my hands. I swear these foreigners prolly thought i was nuts air drummin on the treadmill! ;D

oh well they smell cuz they dont use deodorant so I dont care!

I have even cycled off pre workouts and beta-alanine for 2 months straight before and still didn't get them back..But oh well. I don't need them anymore. USP Labs as formulated a supplement for the rare species that is going extinct- the Manimals..And that supplement is Yok3d!

Todays workout: Legs. This is my 6th time dosing Yok3d preworkout. This was the 2nd day of 4 caps 90 mins pre, with 1 1/2 scoops of jack3d MBI.

Thoughts on Yok3d:
So as I mentioned this was only my 6th dose of Yok3d. Many of the other testers have dosed Y3D about twice as many times as me. The general consensus among us is that it just keeps getting better with each dose. So far I agree, Y3D just seems to get better and better. I burped up puke a couple times today, this workout is getting tougher the heavier the squats get. It is very exhausting supersetting SLDL’s in between squats. But I like it, makes it harder! I had a nice upper back pump simply from squeezing my traps, and shoulder blades together to support the bar. I refuse to use the pad, because like gloves in my opinion, they are for women/pussies!  I got a hard solid pump in my quads and hammies, and of course the Badunkadunk! I always lift in long sleeves because its cold, but today I think I hit it too hard too fast. Everything felt great, and I was in a groove. Then cam the lightheadedness, nausea, hot flashes, everything associated with someone whos about to upchuck. I must of burped a hundred times, sometimes with some extra flavoring. Purple Wraath was VERY difficult to get down. Im really digging the performance aspect of Y3D, seems like the weights are getting lighter.

Go an increase in weight and reps for both the leg extensions/curls. I normally don’t get a pump from squats but I did today, and had a disgusting pump in my legs from the ext/curls. Y3D was firing on all cylinders today. My quads felt huge, my tear drop was full and hard, I was walking wide legged like a pornstar after a day of work! I was wobbling walking on stiff legs. Did my calf raises and had an instant swell just hard and full of blood. I had a few new veins saying hello today too. Moved onto the abs and got a hard pump in them, was pretty surprised by this. Had a hard time bending down, the pump in my legs was hard and full.

Great session today, 4 is perfect for me I feel. Next session will 4 caps again but this time im going to lift sooner, less than 90 minutes. I want to see if I can still get the same affects without having to wait 90 mins, especially since I lift fasted. I believe Y3D should hit harder faster. We shall see…

One thing I wanted to mention from my previous workout before this one, on chest day, I got a huge pump in my forearms from "hammer curling" the BD's up to my shoulders for the DB shoulder presses. I noticed i was sore the next day in that same spot. I was like why are my forearms sore, then I remembered that movement. Yok3d is crazy!

Today I also threw in a set of barbell curls, and cable pushdowns. I only did a big drop set for each, but I had a huge hard pump, my arms swelled instantly. This was about 3 and a half hours after dosing Y3D, obviously this stuff is strong and powerful. It looked like I had a hard and successful arm day, but I only did one extended set.

Thoughts on Yok3D:
So today was a so-so day for me. I just never really woke up. I got some good rest, but woke up earlier than I wanted to, but had a hard time falling back asleep, I was too excited about the gym. So I was groggy and never really seemed to wake up. Unfortunately J3D didn’t help, but I still managed to get in all my reps and sets, as well as improve a couple reps on the exersices. For being “off” it still wasn’t that bad. Y3D was there, giving a hard hellacious pump as always, I was solid everywhere, I instantly swelled up after my first set of bench/pullovers. I think I made to big a jump from the first to second set of bench, I still got my target weight/reps, but I definitely felt it, and I think it took too much out of me. Next time ill hit a quick set in the middle of the two, to adjust to the weight. I got a solid pump in my forearms from the pullovers, don’t know how, but I did. Also on the pulldowns had a hard pump on my forearms, and brachiallis, thanks to the hook grip. Everything was solid and on point. Had a really nice hard pump going, much of what I have come to expect from Yok3d.

Thoughts on Yok3d:
WOW! Today was amazing, had a great session today compared to my last upper day. Like I said in that post, for some reason I just didn’t feel awake, I still hit everything I needed to, and it was good, but it didn’t have that “OOMPH” factor, well I had it today. Everything was the same sleep, all that, I woke up excited and ready to do work. Took my Y3D like always, Jack3d, everything was on time and on point. It has been snowing here for the past couple days, I was walking slowly to the gym so I wouldn’t bust my ass, had to be careful but I focused on what needed to get done. Did my warm up on the treadmill, and started zoning out. Actually I was zoning out while I was waiting for the time to pass after dosing my Y3D, I was watching my favorite show, “The Wire” and I was just staring at it, fully focused on it! LOL I was like whoa, im ready! Anyways during warmup I felt the fire, the intensity, and the BA tingles in my hands and forehead.

Headed upstairs stretched out and did work! Everything felt great light, easy, keyword for the day: Child’s Play, that was my mentality, hit all my reps sets everything. I hit my last 2 reps of squats, and after I racked it, I thought to myself, foo that too easy, so I unracked it and did 2 more, legs were wrecked. I felt a nice blood surge  during my initial warmups with just the bar. I had a bad lower back pump after my first 2 sets, but worked it out stretched it, and everything was fine after that. Endurance was high. I like to feel like my determination is high as it is, and I can thus force myself to do more, but I have to give credit where credit is due: Y3D truly does increase it.

After squats had a huge pump in my legs. Rested a little bit then hit my supersets, I stretched hard in between, and I swear it felt like I was going to tear apart my quads they were fooing MASSIVE!!! My hammies were full of blood thus taking the stretch even more extreme. I honestly felt like I would tear the fibers, and half expected to see blood shoot out of my quad! It was intense, after all the stretching and reps, my legs felt like concrete pillars! Hit my calves and they instantly swelled, had some nice veins sticking out, they must look sick, but I cant tell my legs are too hairy! Then for a finish I hit a superset of ez bar curls and cable pushdowns, with 2 drop sets. Arms instantly swelled as well and were rock hard and huge, but I only did one set, with the 2 drops, nothing else. It looked like I had lifted arms for at least an hour!

Yok3d is amazing and keeps getting better and better. I love it!
