Nice, Doze! Seems we are the opposite with the dosing. For me, the 2 hour works perfect and today when i did 90 minutes, the pump seemed to come in a bit late. But man, I was dragging ass through half of my workout today. I think my hockey game might have taken too much out of me last night.

And nice to know you don't wrap your hands around the bar when doing lat pulldowns, other wise.. I would slap you in the face! Hook grip engages the lats much better IMO!

Yup its weird how its dosed differently amongst us, gives you that feeling of it being yours only, kinda cool! yeah hockey and lifting 5 days a week, thats gonna take its toll on you, but your highly intelligent so youll make it work!

no sir hook grip is where its at for me, i agree it targets lats better. When you grap it thumbs wrapped around, i feel like you bring in the biceps too much. You wanna use your bi's go do curls!

Thoughts on Yok3d:
Today was legs again, and I had yet another solid workout. The squats and SLDL combo is brutal, definitely wears you out, and tests your mental strength. When all was said and done I puked in my mouth, tasted like nasty purple wraath! But onto Y3D: dosing was again 3 caps, 90 minutes prior, this time I was on the ball and nailed my timing. I didnít get a crazy ass pump like last time when doing the SLDLís but Im gald because I felt like that hindered my squats, I still nailed my reps/sets but I didnít like the feeling. Today after hitting my warmups my legs swelled up, I felt that pump coming and I knew it was going to be a good day. I had a nice fullness in my quads/hammies, and then I moved onto leg extensions/leg curls. I got a disgusting pump in my both quads/hams, I couldnít walk straight but if felt awesome! Legs were thick and hard, just full of blood, felt like concrete pillars! It was awesome. It was hard to do the ab static holds, because my legs were so pumped I couldnít bend them all the way to get down in that cable crunch position, I laughed. My calfs instantly swelled on my first static hold, had a couple veins popping out. I threw in a couple supersets of barbell curls/cable pushdowns, just because I hadnt given them any direct work in awhile. My arms swelled up nicely and I got a great contraction on each rep on both exersices.

Next week, Im going to up the dose to 4 caps, as per Adams recommendation. Im looking forward to seeing what does down with 4, dosed at the same time 90 mins pre. So far its only been 4 workouts on Y3D and judging by everyone elses logs, it just keeps getting better. Cant wait to see how this thing rolls along.

This is some awesome shizzniss brudda! I laughed when I saw the write up on USPLabs, talking about secondary muscle pumps. Like one of the quotes said my biceps were pumped on leg day! But its crazy true, my back was pumped just from squeezing my traps together to support the barbell on squats, I mean my whole back, the lats felt like wings!

Yok3d is something special for sure!
