Sorry this is late, had some crazy work requirements that came up.

This was my Tuesday workout.

I ended up workout out late, around 830 PM so I did not take Jack3d. Just 4 Yok3d capsules about 2 hours before the workout and Modern BCAA during.

General warm-up - bodyweight exercises, jumping jacks, etc

Power clean 6 sets x 3 reps - 1 set at 165 pounds, 5 at 185 pounds - did 165 for all 6 sets last week - incredible jump here
Band pullups 6 sets x 3 reps - 45 pounds plus blue band - 40 pounds last week

Notes: I was pretty tired and stressed going into this workout, but the cleans went up like butter and I was able to explode during the pullups. Felt very good here and recovered well between sets.

Front squats 3 sets x 5 reps - 1 set at 215 pounds, 2 at 225 pounds - did 215 last week and that was a struggle.
DB Bulgarian Split Squats - 3 sets x 6 reps - 1 set at 35, 2 at 45 pound DB's - did 35 last week and it was tough, but doable.

Notes: again, was very surprised at how good I felt. Also, by the second set of squats my quads were very hard and pumped. The gains in weight here and recovery were very impressive.

Band face pulls – blue band x 15 for 2 sets
Lying rotator external rotation – 6 pounds x 15 for 2 sets

Notes: Not much to say here as they are boring shoulder exercises, but I was EXTREMELY pumped from these. Yok3d without a doubt was kicking in here.

Overall – Its only been two workouts, but so far so good. The performance aspect of Yok3d is apparent to me, especially since I’ve had a tough week at work with long hours, yet still able to make some impressive gains. And even though I typically get through these workouts without any pump (just a lot of agony and burn), I actually did get a pump, which is a great sign of things to come.

Next workout tomorrow.

Ended up taking 4 caps of Yok3d about 2 and a half hours before training as I was caught at work a half hour late. Not sure if its just coincidence, but I believe this increased the effects.

General warm-up & bodyweight exercises

Sumo deadlifts – 4 x 6 – 1 set 235 pounds, 3 sets 265 pounds (235 last week)
Bent over row – 4 x 6 – 1 set 225 pounds, 3 sets 245 pounds (225 last week)

My back was completely blown up after my second set. The pump kicked in early today during my warm-up and began to get even more intense.

Bench Press – 3 x 6 – 1 set 225, 2 sets 275 (last week went up to 255)
Seated cable row – 3 x 6 (2 sec pause at contraction) – 180 pounds (last week 160)

Full on pump. I usually get a minor pump here if I have a lot of carbs in my system, but on the bench I typically move the bar quick so I don’t train to promote the pump. Today it didn’t matter, pump was evident.

Tire Flip – 30 seconds for time – 3 sets

Yok3d is really kicking in for me. As mentioned, the pump was greater today. I account the 4 cap dose & the fact I waited longer to begin my workout as reasons why (Adam, can you verify this is a possible reason for heightened pump?).

I’m very impressed with the performance of the product. I feel better recovered from set to set and I can seem to get extra reps/weight than the previous week.

What is easily the most impressive thus far is how it makes me look in the mirror. I appear leaner and bigger. Now I’m not foolish enough to think I’ve made any kind of lean muscle or fat loss gains in 5 days, but I look like I do!

I noticed Petey mentioned the same thing. Its pretty freakin cool. My wife said something to me again, unsolicited. This is worth the price of admission so far (even though I got it for free!).

Very fun first week of training on Yok3d. Next workout is Saturday where I begin more bodybuilding type training. Today’s workout has me really excited for that phase.

verified. I take mine 90 minutes prior, emoty stomach, as yok3d will generally hit peak pump around 90 minutes to 2 hours. I also take 4 caps, stack it with J3d, MBCAA, PF, and PM. Just for kicks, of course.

Funny thing is, I put on a t shirt after the gym today about an hour after I finished. My wife stopped me in the kitchen and said "wow, that poo is really working."

Im going to get all the other testers to run it like I did to verify these same results.

I am also looking fuller, but i guess I am really impressed by FEELING thick. I feel like a brick poohouse after my back day today, I missed it yesterday.

Saturday started my new routine which is more of a classical bodybuilding routine.

To recap my first week on Yok3d while doing a low rep power routine:
•Performance significantly improved
•Recovery during sets improved
•Pump on routines I typically don’t get a pump on. This was a hard, tight pump, not an insulin-type pump that I’ve gotten in the past from arginine
•“looking” about 5 pounds bigger and leaner
•Overall feeling & appearance of  tight muscles throughout the week
•The more time I gave it before the workout the better the results (1.5 versus 2.5 hours)
•Only using Modern BCAA (sipping in workout) along with Yok3d Used Jack3d once as well. I’ve basically been on both of these since they came out (and been on BCAA’s for as long as I can remember) so as little variables involved as possible.

Going into the second week I’m not going to “chase a pump” but I do want to see how Yok3d is on a workout that is more in line with what most people do in the gym.

Took 4 capsules of Yok3d 2.5 hours before training with some Oatmeal and eggs. 1.5 scoops of Jack3d about 20 minutes before training.

DB Bench – 110 pounds for 8 reps – 4 sets.
Barbell decline – 275 x 6 for 3 sets
Lying cable flyes – 60 pounds x 10 for 4 sets
Skull crushers/rope pressdown superset – 120 pounds for 6 reps on skullcrushers and 70 pounds for 12 reps on the rope pressdown. 4 sets.

For lack of a better term, I was completely Yoked! My the end of my 3rd set on the db bench press my chest, shoulders and lats were hard as a rock. Pump was pretty intense I almost didnt do the 3rd and 4th set of flyes, but I just took a couple extra minutes of rest and powered through. The tricep superset was just downright painful, but in a good way.

My training partner said he never saw me attack a bodybuilding routine like this one. Shirt was very tight by end of the workout.

The muscle hardness & pump lasted well beyond the workout and I’ve also been noticing I’m able to increase calories and not get bloated. Any reason for this Adam?

I’m sure part of the reason for my great workout was a switch in routines, but Yok3d played a huge role here, no doubt. I like that I’ve only been taking on workout days, but my bigger/leaner appearance and muscle hardness is still there on off days. I hope this continues.

4 capsules is def better for me than 3. I am a little hesitant to go to 5, but might try it later in the week or next week, we will see how that goes.
2.5 hours before training seems to be the sweetspot for me as far as timing goes as well. I might try 3 hours. Really excited for my next session.

Excellent. This is why "experimenting" with dosing times and protocols is so important. I generally see peak performance around 90-120 minutes after dosing. It is interesting and exciting to see you have better results with a dose further in advance!!

Maybe we should have worm try this method of dosing.

Either way man, I am looking forward to your tweaks here and there and seeing your results!!

Forgot to sub this. Nice log Pipes.

Personally I'm feeling like the closer I take it to my workout, the more I feel it. Interesting to read the varied responses to the timing of Yok3d. Regardless, this poo is mad awesome.

Hit up back and bi’s on Monday…

4 capsules of Yok3d about 2.5 hours before workout. 1.5 scoops Jack3d 20 minutes before. Modern BCAA during.

Everything below after warm-up

Chin-ups – 4 sets x 8 reps – 45 pounds strapped to waist
Bent over row – 4 set x 8 reps – 225 pounds

Was completely blown up at this point. Back, shoulders and bi’s pumped and veiny. Great feeling.

Seated cable row – 3 sets x 220 pounds
Pullups – 3 sets x 12 reps – 25 pounds strapped to waist

By the 2nd set finishing reps due to pump became difficult. Surprisingly, it didn’t really inhibit performance and I recovered quickly (as has been the norm on Yok3d) and felt strong throughout.

Incline db bicep curls – 4 sets x 8 reps – 50 pounds
Standing reverse barbell curls – 4 sets x 10 reps – 115 pounds

I hate to sound like a broken record, but my bi’s were enormously pumped and my bicep veins really came out to play.

Here’s the deal, if you like pumps, you'll like Yok3d. What has impressed me is how its helped me get stronger. I’m not a big pump guy, but I must admit looking in the mirror and seeing my upper body look 10 pounds bigger and veins coming out is a bit addicting.

At this point I can also say Yok3d has continued to lean me out nicely, yet I’m up 2 pounds. My eating hasn’t been that clean, but you wouldn’t know it by looking at me.

I’m actually scared to take 5 capsules next workout. Lets see how I feel.

Agreed, I wish more people would listen to their bodies when taking supplements.

And also agreed, this poo is for real.
