I think I'm gonna go with two tubs of Up Your Mass instead. I got my rewards money from Vit. Shoppe in the mail and i was gonna use that for the gainer but I cant seem to find Pro Complex Gainer on their site. So Up Your MAss it is, I've gone through a tub and I like it alot so it'll def work.

As far as how I'm gonna dose it, usually about 45 mins or so after my post WO shake I like to get a full serving of my gainer in. My body handles the full serving of most gainers quite well, I never show any signs(bloated feeling, gas)that my body is having problems digesting that much at the same time.

I see, I see. Yea I really liked Up Your Mass. Had good results after three 5lb tubs of it. I liked to split up the dosing and take it in the morning with oats and as a snack later in the day. Used 3/4 serving for MRPs from time to time.

Now are you handling these full servings of gainers with milk or water? If you are doing it with Milk, that's pretty impressive lol

Nah with water....I hate milk. Although back in the day I used to do the full serving of cytogainer in milk(I think thats like 900 cals) and I used to tolerate that just fine

Back WO from the other day...still no straps I keep forgetting to get some and it peeing me off.

>Close grip pulldown-(3 sets)185 x 8, 190 x 8, 195 x 7
>weighted pullups-(2 sets)35 x 8, 45 x 6
>wide gripseated rows-(2 sets)140x8, 145x7
>standing db one arm row-(1 set)90x8
>smith bent over row-(2 sets)205x8, 215x7
>t bar rows-(3 sets)3 plates+35 lb plate x6, same weight x 5, same weight x 5

Getting into week one of animal stak and im not feeling much yet, but I guess I didnt expect to. I just hope it performs better that pink magic, to bottles of that poo and I felt nothing to speak of
