No sorry I'm not trying to win 300 hundred dollars here or I'm not beta testing anything(I doubt a supp company has the balls to let me beta test anything) this is just simply my WO log for 2011, there will be no CKD ran here, no PH, and no googled pics of chicks(if I was gonna post pics of girls they'd be real girls and not ones that I've found with google...that would be just to lame for me). So I'll update every day with my WO and update the supp stack as it changes, as of now my supp stack is below.

Jack3d                                      Fish Oil
Samples of M5 and 1MR                Modern BCAA
Opti Men multi                            Prota-lyn
BCAA 1000 AKG                           ON's Casein
Gluta-lyn                                    Animal Stak(on its way)
Kre Alk                                       Dextrose(on its way)
Beta Alanine 2000                        Pro Complex Gainer(will be added in a few weeks most likely)
Nitrox 2

WO from yesterday. This is my third week back after a 2 week break in which i took no supps other than a protein shake for pre-breakfast, and i feel like I'm just now getting back to the point where my strength is starting to carry out through the whole WO.

-Chest
>Flat DB Press-(3 sets)115's DB's x 7 reps, 115's x 6, 115's x 6
>Incline Barbell Press-(2 sets) 225 x 7, 225 x 7
>Flat Barbell Press-(2 sets) 235 x 6, 235 x 6
>Incline DB Press-(2 sets) 85 x 6, 85 x 6
>Machine Flys-(3 sets) 120 x 10, 120 x 8, 120 x 8

As you can see I'm starting the WO pretty well but the numbers start to go down as I go through which usually isnt the case with me, but I think I need about 4 weeks for the beta alanine levels and creatine to build back up so my strength will stay with me longer through out the WO.

Yesterday was back day, I lost my straps so my grip is giving out before my back is failing so I'll have to get some new straps this weekend.

-Back
>Underhand pulldowns-(3 sets) 185 x 7, 185 x 7, 185 x 7
>Weighted pullups-(2 sets) 35pound plate x 7, 35 pound plate x 7
>Close grip seated row-(2 sets) 140 x 8, 145 x 7
>Standing DB row-(1 set) 85 x 8
>Smith bent over row-(2 sets) 205 x 7, 205 x 7
>T bar row-(3 sets) 3 plates + 25 lb plate x 8, 3plates + 35 lb plate x 6, 3 plates + 35 lb plate x 6

Not a bad WO but in bad need of getting some wrist straps. Just for fun I'll list my breakfast that I eat every morning. About an hour before this I have a protein shake.

-5 whole eggs
-5 slices of turkey bacon
-2 waffles with natural peanut butter spread on each or two packets of instant oatmeal(yes instant oatmeal and no im not getting fat) in skim milk

Nice work bro.  Now the T-Bar you did, that was the machine T-Bar and not corner T-Bar rows with a BB correct?

hahaha, yea instant oats wont make you a fat piece of poo. At least not first thing in the morning  ;)

Not to mention, Durden here carries the Spartan Gene and maintains a shredded 8 pack year round while snacking on dunkin donuts and  chuck E. Cheese.

Nah it was the old school tbar row with a barbell jammed in the corner of a squat rack, with straps i do 4 plates but without them my grip dies. I'm not a fan of the tbar row machines I think they suck

ah ok sweet dude. Yea I don't really favor the machine T-bar row as much as others but I like to throw it in every few weeks just for the slightly different contraction.

That sucks you lost your straps man.
