2-28-11 Today i was in the zone at the beginning of my workout but too many people started coming and talking to everyone and jumping in and stuff so i didnt really get my protein and my squats were sort of off but my bent over rows were done way after squats and bench

Flat bench press-65x10, 65x10, 105x5, 135x5, 145x4, 140x4, 135x5
Squats-135x5, 135x5, 205x5, 225x5, 225x5, 225x5, 205x5
Bent over rows-135x5, 135x5, 135x5, 135x5, 135x5

I can feel myself getting stronger. I can now do the plate probably like 8 times as opposed to barely 5 before.

Off day 3-1-11 My flaxseed oil should get here this week and my fish oil should get here next week.

Probably going to wait till saturday or sunday to start working out again. I really need to catch up on school work and im going to start my regualr split and stop doing the 5x5 routine for a month or 2.

Probably wont have access to a gym for a little while cuz im grounded for 1-3 months. I will use what i have at my house which is not much. I have 205 lbs in olympic weight and like 30-40 lbs in standard weight (for dumbbells) If anyone could help me with what to do that would be great. I have a bench, big ass olympic dumbbells, standard dumbbells, curl bar. I just hope that i will be able to keep being able to use this weight for a while for squats and deadlift. Anyways heres my workout for

5-5-11 Chest ( was supposed to do triceps but i kept telling my lil bro i was going to play b ball with him and it was getting dark so i stopped early)

Flat bench pyramid-85x20, 105x15, 120x12, 135x6
Incline bench-115x8, 110x8, 110x8
Flat flies-20x10, 20x10

you can still get squats in if you want man. My gym doesn't have a squat rack and i hate smith machines so i just use the bench to get the barbell on my back. its kinda hard to describe but set the bar up on the rack of the bench and sit on the bench and get in position so the bar is on your shoulders while still on the rack. hope this helps

3-6-11 Legs didnt feel all that energized today i could barely squat but i literally went low enough for my hams to touch my calves.

Squats-115x20, 130x15, 145x12, 165x10
leg extensions(idk if thats the right name i get confused from this and curls, theyre ones that work your quads)-70x12, 90x12, 110x10, 125x10
lying Leg curls(ones that work hamstrings)-70x8, 70x6, 70x5

3-7-11          Felt like a beast after deadlifts and curls today got some pics of my bis after i finished. Not trying to sound weeweey or conceited or anything but today was like my arms have been the biggest ever even with a pump.

Bent over row-85x15, 85x12, 115x12, 115x12, 115x10
Deadlift-165x10, 200x5, 200x6
Db curl-20x15, 20x12, 20x10, 20x10
Hammer Curl-20x12, 20x10, 20x10

well i was wrong when i put my weight at the beginning i weighed myself like at night so i probably weighed like 110-115 i know weigh 120-125 after weighing myself in the morning.
