Ive only done it like twice and its been good can go way more intense on triceps and way more intense on back.

Practice doesn't make perfect, PERFECT PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT, it is better to practice something 10 times the right way than to practice something 200 times the wrong way.

12-14-10 Back/Triceps
BW=BodyWeight           Pullup(Grip Facing Away) Chinup(grip facing towards you)

Pullups- BWx10, BWx8, BWx6
Super Wide Lat Pulldown- 80x10, 80x10, 80x8
BB Row- 90x10, 90x12, 90x10
DB Row- 45x10, 45x10, 45x10
Deadlift- 135x10, attempted 225 couldnt get it, 185x1(was tired by now from so many attempts at 225), 135x10
One arm Tricep extension- 15x10, 15x10, 15x10
Skull Crushers- 60x8, 60x6, 60x6
"V thing" tricep pushdown super set- (110,80,60,30)x10, (100,80,60,40,20)x10, (100,80,50,30)x10

Today(12-15-10) was supposed to be a "light" chest day but it went sort of the other way until the end.

Incline Bench-65x20, 135x6, 135x5, 115x10
Flat Bench-115x10, 135x6, 135x5
This is where it starts getting to the "light weight" part
Flat db press-40x12, 40x12, 40x12
Incline Db press040x12, 40x12, 40x10
