Is it ok and most importantly SAFE, to stack 2 Kre-Alklyn Creatine pills and 3 Super NOS Pills before and after workout... or is this too much too much to handle each day???

Also, on NON TRAINING DAYS, can i still stack both these supplements, or cut it down a notch?? I work out 5 days a week and 2 rest days.
Thank you.

Yeah you will be fine, but I personally take kry-alk when I first wake up before breakfast and post workout.

There's no stupid questions. I use my whey shake to swallow them along with my multi and fishoil.

You will be fine, keep in mind that the body needs only 5grms of creatine every day, the rest will be wasted by the urine. And super NOS pump cointains Arginine so for a good pump you need to consume 12 to 20 grms of arginine daily but the problem here is that the NOS has a big list of ingredients so take whatever says on the label, but for next time find a product that cointain arginine on mayors proportions, good luck.

Super NOs pump has L-arginine alph ketoglutarate a serving is 3 gs yielding 1950mgs of L arginine. It doesn't have any other ingredients other than the inert stuff that all companies use to hold the tabs together.

Super Nos Pump has no creatine in it if I'm correct, which means you WON'T have to cycle-off in conjunction with your creatine cycle.
I went to Wal-Mart last night and they were stocking and they didn't have any available.
I looked for the nearest "associate" and didn't find one.

I'm going again today to a different Wal-Mart, hopefully they have it.
The only other PWO I know without creatine is Plasmajet and that thing is expensive.

Wow, tried 3 different Wal-Marts, a Wal-Greens, a Rite Aid and a Fred Meyers today and no one carried Super Nos Pump or had any in stock.

The word must have gotten out about this.  Thanks a lot TSR.

Did you try the straight up L-Arginine capsules? They're in the vitamins and cost $4 a bottle.
