I hate when life interferes with lifting.

True that. There has been times when i have worked longer than i have expected and i had to choose between gym and school. needless to say, I didn't exercise my brain that day.

Okay. Work is fooing poo up...
...but its a great job, been trying to get it for a while.
good hours, good money, good people.

Took yesterday off.
Went in tonight after work and blasted my chest and arms.
tomorrow im gonna throw in a 20rs day.
sunday i may do another 20rs.

Come monday im going to reschedule myself so i can get a good schedule going...

Either i gotta get up at 4 in the damn morning to lift, or start lifting at night.

Since i have weekends off, I will definitely be lifting saturdays and ill attempt to sunday.
As for during the week, not sure yet. Possibly Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.

As of today, this log is over with.
20RS is done.
New work schedule is messing things up too much...
20RS requires too much recovery time that i cant afford right now.

This will be my last post in THIS log.
Once i figure out my next program (which im going to figure out tomorrow) i will post up a new log for that.

Thanks for following and - repping! Its been a good 20rs run!

(and the next log will have a special surprise!)

Have not yet tested my new 1rms, more info on that will be in the next journal.
I knwo you all wanted number results, but i really dont feel like typing it all out yet. Maybe in the next log if i remember too.

Ha you would be working with a computer!

Thats cool man, hopefully you can still find some time to throw some weights around. I was beginning to think one of these anti-hunters caught up to you! or a vegan!!

Just in case you dont want to let this thread die out, you can change the subject when you reply to your post and that should change the whole thread name. Just like i just did on this reply.
