If you want to win a fight you should take BJJ classes, even better would be MMA.

I made a profile just to comment on this, so you are working out because you lost a fight Lifting is not going to make you a better fighter.. And besides who cares, workout for yourself.. dont listen to those dudes Oh You should take MMA, what an Idiot.

If he wants to win a fight 4 months of MMA or BJJ will be his best bet.... Weight lifting doesn't make you a better fighter, fighter does.

Insulting others suggestions without giving any advice yourself....

If you lift 3 times a week and do pushups every day,

your chest, shoulders, and

tricepts will be shot.

Fighting will be the last

thing you will be doing.

Its true, getting bigger and stronger doesnt make you any better at fighting, it just helps if you can fight. One of my friends is a beast in the weight room and outweighs me by around 30lbs and me and him are evenly matched. Take a couple months of mma either now or after you lift for a while.
