was planning on doing legs and abs but workout time was shortened to only about 35 min so i decided to go bicep and back.

superset-

bicep curls 3x10

wide grip pull ups 3x8

superset-

bent over row 3x10

bicep pushups 3x10

superset-

seated row 3x10

chin ups 3x10

superset-

single arm db row

hammer curls

pre wrkout- on scoop fast twich

post w- 1 scoop Serious Mass

night-1 scoop Serious Mass 1 scoop EAS whey 5 grams glutamine

did a circuit with my team today

went through circuit twice 30 seconds on 15 second rest

v taps

toe touches( laying on back legs up towards sky touch medicine ball to toe)

one leg skater squat

squat push

chin ups

agility

agility

jack knives

one arm DB row

today was chest and tris

bench

DB bench

DB fly

cable cross

tri extensions

overhead extensions

kickbacks

today did legs

squat

lunge

squat push

drop squat

calf raises

leg extensions

i forgot to add in at the beginging of my cycle my measurements

6'4

starting weight 205

biceps - 15.5 in

chest-45 in

waist-34 in

quads-25 in

forearms-13 in

eary morning team workout

10 min jump rope

circuit training 30 seconds on 15 sec off each station twice

1.chin ups

2. v-sits

3. toe touches

4. squat press

5. single leg squat

6.jack knifes

7. stairs w 45 lb ketlebell walking every other step

cardio-

interval bike

today i ran out of fast twitch so i used no xplode.  its an average pre workout i will be swtiching to superpump or Jacked after this no xplode runs out
