I have decided to keep a journal just so I can remember what I do in the gym i.e. weight and reps.  This is just for me to remember, not so I can go, "Look, I life more than you hahahaha"  Anyway, I'm sure 90% of the dudes here are stronger than me anyway.

Yesterday was shoulders/traps and I have to say my shoulders are the naturally weakest part of my body.

Seated Dumbbell press 4 sets 6 reps 65,65,65,70 pounds.

Barbell Behind-the Neck Press 4 sets 8 reps 100,100,105,110 pounds.

Dumbbell Upright Row 4 sets 10 reps all 45 pounds.

tri-set, Bent Over Lateral Raise, Lateral Raise, Front Raise 4 sets 12 reps 10 pounds.

Superset Smith Machine Behind the Back Shrug with Smith Machine shurg 4 sets 10 reps 200,205,210,215 pounds.

Use only that which works, and take it from any place you can find it.
