goals are to get cut and beach body ready. im currently at 220 6'4 and trying to get a lot of muscle.

trying to make a new me i currently lost 70 pounds. i have been running and eating much much healthier. i honestly don't have craving for junk food i haven't drank pop in 7 months. but anyways im trying to not really bulk but  get the lean definition of muscle.

today was chest and triceps.

195x10 200x8 205x6

incline and decline bench

skull crushers 65x8  70x8  75x8

dips, push ups,

close grip bench

felt like a good day
go balls out

If you are looking to get cut and add more definition to your physique, you should cut your total calories a day. Start by eating 500 calories less than what your normally consume. this is allow your to steadily loose weight and if you still train heavy and with full intensity, you will get cut and defined, but most of that will be muscle.
