Fish Oil and vitman E work good for strecth marks. You should most the reps set and weight you do on your journal. I think that will help people beable to help you out more.

Hey biceps nice workout, but its probab;y not a good idea to work triceps and biceps at the same time. The biceps will fatigue even when your work our tri's. I would do chest and tri's one and and then back and bi's another. Also, slowly try to push yourself. About every week or two try to add a 2.5 weight to each side and work your way up from their.
