Yo, you said that you gained back the weight you lost with CKD....

Did the definition stay the same as when you stopped the cut? If so, then it is possible that you are just retaining a little more water. I always get a little rebound when I finish my CKD. I started my CKD at 195, cut down to 187.8 after 4 weeks, and now am on a regular reduced calorie diet and am sitting at 190 with the same definition. The CKD will dry out some people (BEFORE YOU SOMEONE STARTS GOING AFTER ME FOR THAT STATEMENT, JUST REMEMBER THAT EVERYONE HAS DIFFERENT REACTIONS TO VARIOUS DIETS). So it is possible that you gained a little water back, which isn't going to hurt you. Keep an eye on the mirror as well as the scale, Joe.

Hey man, ive been seein your journal and forum posts and from my expieriance and others, if you want to bulk, you just need to bulk. If your only 155, your not about to get to 170 with less bodyfat, not soon anyways, maybe in 2 years. What seems like the best thing you should do is just try to gain weight and lift heavy. Thats what i do and im on a constant bulk pretty much but its working. If you train with intensity and work your abs hard, you will keep off unwanted bodyfat and your still in school so im guessing your playing sports. Its not easy when your young and active and want to gain but thats my advice and also you should definately look into a gainer. Plus, for me anyways, when i start putting on weight, my lifts go up a lot faster.
Can't buy underwear...balls don't fit.
