Chest/Tri

Pre workout was 2PM, Code Red, and Gatorade G1 Pro Carb load drink(busy at work today so i was lacking carbs badly)

Incline Press 135x5, 185x5, 205x5, 225x5, 245x4(New Max), 225x4, 185x10, 135x15
Incline DB Press 70'sX10, 80'sX10
Flat Bench 185x10, 205x10, 225x6
Flat Flye 30x12, 35x12, 45x8
Rope Pushdown 40x13, 45x12, 50x10, 55x10, 60x9
Cable Flye 40x10, 60x10, 70x6
Dips to failure

Kind of a random workout, as the place was a little busier than i anticipated. Had to mix up the flow, which isn't a bad thing, but it def. threw me off a bit waiting for stuff to open up. Really happy with the progress of my upper chest, I can feel it starting to come in nicely and it's pushing my nipples downward. Im hoping to be able to hit 325 on incline by the time PM is done, which at this rate I think is definitely possible.

This is my last week of PM by itself, as next week im throwing Prime into the mix and going to try and up my calories to 6k a day. Ill hold off on a formal review until ive had a chance to run the full 12 week cycle. BTW i weighed myself at the gym before my workout and it read 210, started PM at 198.

Preworkout was 2PM, 3 SuperCissus, Code Red

Barbell row 135x10 (warmup)
Deadlift 225x5, 315x5, 365x6, 405x4, 455x1
DB row 90x10, 100x10, 110x8
Lat pulldown 160x10, 185x8, 200x6

I pretty much could have called it a day after that last deadlift, as that was my main goal for today, now the next goal is to able to get 455x10

Starting next week Prime gets thrown into the mix, im scared

Huge fan of Code Red, i've tried em all(jack3d, vapor, loaded, xplode, black powder, etc.) this one by far gives me the best pump, and the energy isn't too crazy like the original jack3d(when it was called jacked), but my focus and energy are level throughout my entire workout. The research on glycocarn is solid, this is easily my favorite to date
