My intoduction « : November 07, 2018, 04:08:27 PM »
My name is Rob. I have been an avid weightlifter since 2006. I am considered a “hard gainer” due to my eating habits (not eating enough) and metabolism.

When I started lifting weights and taking supplements I was unsure of what I was doing. Over the last 13 years I have gained around 20 lbs and have a pretty good understanding of supplements and their ingredients.

My goal is to get to 170 lbs and I am currently 5’ 8” and 165. I’m almost there but it has been hard.

Sup man, yeah I got the same problem as you. I have very high metabolism and at 6ft 160lbs I am having a hard time gaining weight. Keep on trying, it's just a matter of time!
