Day 50 - Tuesday - October 30

Training: Heavy Leg Day to kick things back off. Actually improved in a lot of movements. Except squats. Already started to lose mobility on those so it was mostly a lighter weight to just get the depth back.

Supplementation: Basic Supps Greens review is up.

Day 51 - Wednesday - October 31

Training: Got up and did 30 mins of cardio in the morning. Need to do push and pull workouts before Sunday.

Supplementation: Working on 2 more reviews for y'all.

Day 52 - Thursday - November 1

Training: None. I planned to get up and do cardio again but suppression sides kept me in bed for another 30 minutes this morning. Lied to myself and said I would do it after work but since its my 2nd to last day (and last day with some coworkers) we all went out for a happy hour. Definitely not pushing no light weight baby with a nice buzz.

Supplementation: Is beer a supplement?

Day 53 - Friday - November 2

Training: Only a week left of this cycle. Yikes. Didn't make as much progress as I was hoping so I'm trying to grind out every single day without a rest until the end. Got up and did 30 mins of fasted cardio today. Doing heavy push after work. (will update after).

Supplementation: I'll continue the log after Day 56 (end of cycle) as I recover to baseline levels. Speaking of which - almost time to schedule bloodwork. Will have to see how my schedule looks at the new job Monday before I schedule though - may have to do it on the weekend.

Calories: Almost time to start tracking again - will probably start Saturday.
