Just a quick update.. I'm still here, work has just been insane lately. I'm currently working 7 days a week until our maintenance turnarounds and project tie-ins are finished, which will be around the end of October. I'm basically just coasting in my training for now, only working out 3 days a week doing a little of everything in each workout. Nothing too structured, just kind of doing whatever. I plan to get back into serious training once I'm back on a normal schedule and can devote the necessary time and energy again. On the plus side, though, I'm making all kinds of gainz at work right now lol..
I'm going to be submitting a review for Alpha Shredder when I have some free time this weekend. It was really good for energy throughout the day, and got rid of excess water. The only downside was horrible heartburn for an hour or so after dosing, but that could just be me.
