I don't blame you for babying it.  Hopefully it's just some inflammation/tendonitis and some rest will take care of it.  If you have the means to go to the doctor, though, it wouldn't hurt to have it checked out to be on the safe side.  I've never heard of BPC-157, but it looks amazing.  I'm gonna mention it to an old coworker of mine that has arthritis in his shoulders.  I noticed one website has a patch version as well.  Probably not as effective as injection though.

Thanks man. And, not hip to a patch version. Can you DM about that? Definitely intrigued about it.

Sorry, after looking deeper into it, it looks like the patch delivery is just marketing BS.  Seems the peptide is too fragile, and would be destroyed.  Looks like subQ is the only way  :-\

Yeah I also found that it has like 3x the max daltons for a transdermal carrier. Looks like I may have to start pinning 🙃

Training: None. Still trying to get my knee back in working order. Iíll be doing some GVT to close off the week just because. Iíll be back on the regular PPL split Monday.

Supplementation: Working on the Hero Pack review. Bought a few more ancillaries for the upcoming LGD run. Blood work scheduled for next Friday. Also decided to ďmakeĒ my own GDA from Gymnema Sylvestre, Banaba Leaf Extract, Agmatine, and Berberine HCL. Going all out for the SARM run.

Calories: closer to 1,900-2,000. Protein: 180g Carbohydrate: 150g Fat: 50g. Splurged just a bit since I got off work early.

Day 108

Training: Did a GVT arms workout. Hopped on a stationary bike to see if my knee could take it and it felt fine. Until I got off after an hour then it felt a little sore. Starting to think this may just be tendonitis. Hopefully I can keep up a 20-30 min bike session until Monday.

Supplementation: Working on some reviews that should be live by the end of the week. Started on some glucosamine sulphate I forgot I had. Thinking about ordering some Invictus from Iron Legion to take advantage of their Labor Day sale for cortisol control post LGD.

Calories: 1,700 Protein: 190 Carbohydrate: 130g Fat: 45g. Cannot wait to break this diet. 4 more days.

Day 109

Training: Did a randomly selected GVT workout. Got a really nice pump. After a day of walking around and all that cardio yesterday, my knee is a little sore so Iím calling it quits on cardio for the rest of this cut (3 days). Coming to the realization that I may only have a 4 pack to cut down to at the moment and the glorious 6 pack will have to wait until next cut cycle.

Supplementation: Starting some heavy doses of detox teas for these last few days. No, I donít think theyíll actually do much but they do dry me out like a diuretic and Iím trying to take some nice photos at the end of this journey. Most of my ancillaries have come in. Hopefully my knee allows me to start this SARM cycle in about 2-3 weeks.

Calories: Estimating around 1,800. Work catered some BBQ for lunch and I had 1.5 plates. The calories mostly came from pulled pork and a small serving of mac and cheese. Not even counting the roasted brussel sprouts - filled tf up on those. Breakfast and dinner combined was 3.5 scoops of protein powder. Assuming that was within 1,800 calories or so.

Training: Random GVT workout. No cardio. Knee is feeling eh.

Supplementation: Heroís Pack Review should be up soon.

Calories: Same as yesterday so assuming around 1,800.
