If you can't explain it using simple words, you don't understand it well enough.

What up man!

Do I understand this article right, that there is no need for 40g Protein and it's better to take 20g every 2 hours a day?

It seems like it's better to take some more dosage over the day with lower amount of protein than taking a high dosage just 2 times a day, or did I misunderstand this?

That's not quite right. What they're saying is that if you eat 40g of protein at once, some of it will be oxidized, but it's still better than just eating 20-25g. In other words, some (but not all) of the additional protein will go to building muscle.

The recommendations they make are bodyweight based, so if you're 90kg (roughly 200lbs), then they recommend at least 36g protein per meal, but if you eat more than 50g protein per meal, then any additional protein will pretty much all be oxidized (wasted).

I will never stop ordering extra meat. Trick at Chipotle is to tell them two scoops after they give you the first one. That way that don't get cheap on you with the first scoop.
Nobody cares. Work harder.

That meme is pretty off imo. I doubt the employee behind the counter really cares about the profit Chipotle makes on the meat.

This 100%. Sometimes they even give me 2.5 scoops depending on the person or if I have achieved regular status at that particular chipotle.

I have read many articles going one way or another on how much protein to take in a day or how much to eat at one in between meals. It is nice to get actual facts. This answers a ton of questions for me. Hard to read but great info. Thanks
