I woke up without much grogginess after a long time. Trained fasted, bathroom trip during workout, strength was good today, energy, pumps, vascularity and endurance were decent. Rest for the weekend.

Rest today....
Green Magnitude + 3g beta alanine....feeling nauseous and bloated...i shouldn't take them together. My belly hurt...I am going to change the program (a bit) tomorrow.

Nope...i made it myself. Every 2-3 months i change the exercises a bit.

Middle Delts:
Upright Barbell Row 12*66, 10*77, 8*77
Upright Cable Row 12*44, 10*50, 8*50
Machine Shoulder Press 12*66, 10*77, 8*88

Triceps:
Seated One-Arm Overhead Dumbbell Extension 12*22, 10*26, 8*30 (+4 lbs)
Seated Triceps Press 14*50 (+2 reps), 12*53 (+2 reps), 10*58 (+2 reps), 8*62 (+4 lbs) (+1 set)
Triceps Pushdown 12*45 , 10*50, 8*55 
Reverse Grip Triceps Pushdown 14*22 (+1 set), 12*27, 10*33, 7*39 (-1 rep)
 
Strength was great. Pump and Vascularity were amazing today. Maybe the best i ever had on my triceps. Energy was decent.  Strawberry flavor Mass Build mixability is a bit rough....not terrible but not like Chocolate. Tastes good but i prefer Chocolate.

Nice workout, and I have never been a fan of strawberry shakes, they just never seem to be tasty.

Good thing that i ordered limited Strawberry servings....I have never found a single strawberry shake which it's taste is great 😢.

I liked the strawberry flavor of True Iso Zero from 4 Dimension Nutrition, it seems they discontinued it... maybe you can find it where you are.

To this day, Syntha 6 strawberry is one of the few protein powders Iíve actually purchased more than once lol. My personal favorite strawberry.
If you can't explain it using simple words, you don't understand it well enough.

I have tried Chocolate flavor from 4 Dimension Nutrition (4DN HYDRO MATRIX) it was so good man and cheap compared to other Hydro, but they took the last :(. TRUE ISO has a good profile (Isolate + Hydrosylate) but i can't find it anywhere here in Greece. Well at least i have Mass Build (Chocolate) which is pretty good. I love the Carb and Creatine combination.

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately it's pretty expensive here...I can buy it from US but the import tax kills it. Plus they might stop it in customs.

I woke up like crap again. Grogginess was way worse than the last time. I was literally sleeping during my workout. At least Vascularity and Pumps were pretty good, i guess  carbs from Mass Build helped a bit. I was shaking Mass Build for about 5 minutes lol. Pretty bad clumping on Strawberry. I bought Chocolate.

Do you ever take any sleep aids?  Maybe grab yourself some ZMA or a good sleep aid.  Resurrect PM (RCSS) really helped me to wake up ready to go.  I go through bouts of sleeping well and then like crap, since coming off a sleep aid I am sleeping fine, but in a week or two I will go back to being tired, so will hop back on a sleep aid.  Its a vicious cycle lol!!
