Delts?  Take the plate raise and add a steering wheel movement.  Up, turn right, turn left, back down and do it again.........

I'm confused on your weights. Why such odd numbers? Like 12*166.   Why not 165?  Or 12*177.  Why not 175?

What am I missing here?
Maybe you should TRAIN as hard as you HATE.

I have moved to Europe since 13 January (i will stay for some months) and all training gear is based on kilos (kg) and not on lbs. For example 175lbs is 79kilos but i use 80 kilos so 177lbs that's why the odd numbers.  For Preacher Curl i do 8 reps of 77 lbs which is approximately 35kg (34.94 kg). I use 35kg plates but If i write 75lbs the weight will be 34kg....

I bought some Creatine HCl. I am looking forward to try it. So far NutraBio - Agmatine Sulfate Powder provided me with some good pumps. Astragin improved my Recovery and gave me some extra energy. I must say my expectations were pretty low but i am satisfied.

I find it funny that the whole damn world uses the metric system with the exception of America, Burma, and Liberia. And we do use parts of the metric system as accepted everyday units of measurement. (grams comes to mind) Why are we one of three countries who don't use the metric system for everything?

and the fun part of  being in the military is the expectation to switch back and forth, we use KM (or Clicks) for distance down range, but of course home in america its miles..   At least I can do the conversion!

1/2 Thursday

Pre-workout: Green Magnitude 1 scoop + 400mg Caffeine Anhydrous + 200mg Theanine + NutraBio - Agmatine Sulfate Powder + Nature Restore - AstraGin 200
Intra-workout: 2 scoops Cryo Cell
Post-workout: 1 scoop Cryo Cell + 2 scoops Mass Build

Back:
One-Arm Dumbbell Row 12*50, 10*53, 8*57
Seated Cable Row 12*110, 10*121, 8*121

Triceps:
Seated One-Arm Overhead Dumbbell Extension 12*22, 10*26, 8*26
Seated Triceps Press 12*50, 10*53, 8*57
Triceps Pushdown 12*44 (+4 lbs), 10*50 (+6 lbs), 8*55 (+ 5lbs) (Added Exercise)
Reverse Grip Triceps Pushdown 12*27 (+5 lbs), 10*33 (+5 lbs), 8*38 (+5 lbs)  (Added Exercise)

My right arm was in better condition than yesterday. It seems that i made the right choice resting my arms yesterday. Mass Build tasted pretty bland (Chocolate Ice Cream) but at least with no chemical taste. Paradise compared to Impact Whey Isolate (Strawberry Cream).

2/2 Friday

Pre-workout: 10g BCAA's (2:1:1 ratio) + 5000mg Creatine HCL + 300mg Caffeine Anhydrous (from 400mg) + 200mg Theanine + NutraBio - Agmatine Sulfate Powder + Nature Restore - AstraGin 200

Intra-workout: 2 scoops Cryo Cell
Post-workout: 4 servings Mass Build

Excellent Vascularity and Pumps from Creatine HCL but i experienced major bloating (maybe the worst bloating i have ever experienced) and felt my strength wasn't as good as Green Mag...I reduced reps in Bench Press and lowered weight..,I haven't lowered any weight or reps on the other exercises but i was really struggling. Mass Build doesn't cause me any side effects which is pretty good.

Chest:
Barbell Bench Press - Medium Grip 11*166 (-1 rep), 9*177 (-1 rep), 8*177 (-10 lbs)
Butterfly 12*120, 10*133 , 8*143.3
Machine Bench Press 12*120, 10*133, 8*143.3

Biceps:
Preacher Curl 12*55, 10*65, 8*65
Seated Dumbbell Curls 12*22, 10*27, 8*31
Seated Hammer Curls 12*22, 10*27, 8*31
Standing Biceps Cable Curl 12*44, 10*50, 8*55
Standing Reverse Cable Curl 12*22, 10*27.5, 8*33

Interesting on the Creatine HCL, most people seem to use that type when they have sides from Creatine mono.  Oh well don't worry too much, it's only one day, everyone has an off day right?
