I train fasted and sometimes i get a laxative effect after drinking this....I run for the toilet throne or i will shi-t my pants. Green Magnitude helped me mostly with Strength so far. I know it sounds a bit far-fetched but i think i have better results compared to simple Monohydrate (mostly due to Magnapower). Don't except anything in terms of Focus and Energy. Vascularity and Pumps on it's own are pretty good but nothing that will shock you. Combining it with Agmatine makes a positive difference in the pump department. Overall a decent choice if you are on budget.

Seated One-Arm Overhead Dumbbell Extension 12*22, 10*26, 8*30 (+4 lbs)
Seated Triceps Press 12*50, 10*53, 10*57 (+2 reps), 8*62 (+5 lbs)
Triceps Pushdown 12*40, 10*44, 8*50 (Added Exercise)
Reverse Grip Triceps Pushdown 12*22, 10*27, 8*33  (Added Exercise)

Legs:
Front Squat with Plate (I need to get used to it so low weight in the beginning) 12*22, 12*22 (+2 reps), 10*22 (+2 reps)
Elevated Reverse Lunge with Plates 12*90, 12*90 (+2 reps), 10*90 (+2 reps)
Abductor machine 12*120 (+10 lbs), 10*132 (+12 lbs), 8*143 (+13 lbs)

Added some new exercises and increased weight and reps on some existing. My left arm despite it was on some pain it was much better than last times. It was a good day today :).

What kind of split are you running? Back, Triceps and Legs is an interesting amalgam of body parts to train in a single day. Also do you notice any difference in the effectiveness of things like caffeine and agmatine by adding the Astragin to the mix? Keep it up brother!

Back and Triceps (added Legs), Chest and Biceps, Shoulders and Legs. The most pronounced effect with Astragin so far was better recovery. In terms of energy and pump i think it helped a bit (not a huge difference but noticeable).

I slept pretty good and rested this weekend. I am going to reduce the Caffeine Anhydrous amount from 400mg to 300mg and maybe replace Green Mag with 5g Creatine HCL. I stopped using Curcumin with Bioperine for a couple days and know i see the positive impact it did to me. I ordered some.

Curcumin is fun isn't it?   Also nice that it can be found pretty cheap compared to other stuff.
