Okay guys i am starting my own log...to check my progress over the time. The main reason i workout is because it helps with my stress and depression...It makes me happy. I don't use any test booster, estrogen blocker or prohormones.

These days i sleep like crap usually 5 hours per day because i don't have time due to work...

Friday 1/19

Pre-workout: Green Magnitude 1 scoop + 400mg caffeine + 200mg Theanine + Nature Restore - AstraGin 200
Intra-workout: 2 scoops Cryo Cell
Post-workout: 2-2.5 scoops Impact Whey Isolate

Today Chest and Biceps....Yummy Yummy

6 minutes cardio...1 minute walking, 4 minutes running, 1 minute walking

Bench Press 12*155, 10*165, 8*175

Pec-Deck Machine 12*110, 10*125, 8*140

Seated Machine Chest Press 12*110, 10*125, 8*140

Ez Bar Preacher Curl 12*55, 10*65, 8*75

Seated Dumbbell Biceps Curl 12*22, 10*27, 8*27

Seated Dumbbell Biceps Hammer 12*22, 10*27, 8*27

5 minutes cardio...1 minute walking, 3 minutes running, 1 minute walking

I workout fasted. It's too early to say if Nature Restore - AstraGin 200 helps or not. I will need some time to see it's effectiveness.
Some days i have used 2 scoops Green Mag but it caused me some stomach problems...Strangely i think one scoop helps me more than two scoops in terms of effectiveness but we will see.

Alright kaka got a log!!  Count me in!!  Yeah the reason i started and maintain my log is for pure accountability, I just tell myself well if I skip my workout then I won't log anything and those one or two people on SR that follow my log will think I am a cat! F that!!  Also its fun to keep records of your progression and what not!  Good stuff!  The best way I could tell if AstraGin was doing much was to use it with products I already knew the effectiveness of, if that makes sense.

The good side is that i am using  Green Mag at one scoop already on some days (most of them) for a good amount of time...For example i was using on leg days 2 scoops but on the other days 1 scoop, so more or less i can figure out if Astragin helps or not but it will take some days just to be sure. By the way i am thinking buying Yeah Buddy after my Astragin run...

Saturday 20/1: Rest. I woke up from the neighbors small annoying dog that barks like bat-crazy when they get him outside...I slept pretty quickly again. That happens when someone gets a dog and doesn't know how to train him or doesn't even bother just because it's "cute". On the majority of cases it's the owner's fault. Overall i slept better than the previous days. I really needed that hours of sleep.

I was thinking trying DAA + DIM (instead of Arimistane) but i don't think i need them right now. Maybe in the future.

Single-Arm Dumbbell Row 12*50, 10*53, 8*57

Seated Cable Row 12*110, 10*120, 8*130

Seated One-Arm Overhead Dumbbell Extension 12*22, 10*26, 8*26

Seated Overhead Dumbbell Extension 12*50, 10*53, 8*57

Front Squat with Plate (I need to get used to it so low weight in the beginning) 12*22, 10*22, 8*22

Elevated Reverse Lunge with Plates 12*90, 10*90, 8*90

Abductor machine 12*110, 10*120, 8*130

Adductor machine 12*110, 10*120, 8*130

I workout fasted early in the morning. Energy was smooth with no jitters or crash thanks to Theanine. I need to get used to Front Squat and improve Legs. I hate that Strawberry taste from Impact Whey Isolate....Aftertaste ruins it.

Despite the fact i slept like crap and cut my finger i increased the weight considerably especially on chest exercises. Strength, Energy and Pumps were pretty good. I didn't feel any dramatic increase in focus which is expectable. I am still waiting for the Yeah Buddy to arrive. 30 Dollars won't derail my finances....I will add Lying Face Down Plate Neck Resistance on the upcoming days. It will be fun! I feel good today :)

Today Rest. AstraGin 200 helped so far with my recovery on my last workouts. The addition of Agmatine increased Vascularity/Pumps too. Day by day my joints are improving....I had a bad pain on my left arm which affected my exercises but i recovered from it pretty fast . I think that UC-II helped on that matter...I use Curcumin and Omega 3 for inflammations and they do the job sufficiently.
