Really enjoying Trutein, Cinabon flavor is amazing with water or milk, and it digests extremely well thanks to the digestive enzymes included.  That is slowly becoming a new mental requirement for me, for quality protein.  I thought I just wasn't feeling well, but combining Legend and Pump really gives me diarrhea, so thats fun each morning.  Once I receive Lean Genes by Rari, I will use that and pump some mornings, so I can gauge Pump's effectiveness by itself.  I got Gamer Up yesterday and tried my first dose, man that stuff works great for a nootropic.  Requested Reload by Nutrabio, its their new formula, and says to take it mid day if you workout in the morning, so that should be interesting to try out.  One of the few NB products I have never tried, so pretty excited!

I'll take my last dose of MAN L-Carnitine 1500 this afternoon, so will see how that ends up tomorrow morning on a weigh in and BF check.  Been using Gamer Up each afternoon, yeah I agree that stuff is pretty great!  Plus the bubblegum flavor tastes like bubblegum so that is a win!

I got an insane pump on my triceps doing rope extensions, as well as a good pump on bench which surprised me since it was low reps.  Ghost Pump truly is a great product.  I'l have to use my Quake again to truly see which provides the better pumps, its pretty close.  Finished up MAN L-Carnitine 1500, so will get that review up this week.  It did an okay job, but in the future would like to compare it to VMIs that has multiple forms of Carnitine vs just one.

Not much to report today, wrapped up week 3 of my GZCL UHF 9 week.  I will start Week 4 on Friday.  I have all of my retirement classes via the Army next week starting early, so that is going to mess up my whole training timing, so will be limited next week but will get through it even if I have to deal with the night time crew at the gym.

Incline Bench: 140x5,5,5,5,12

Seated Cable Row: 130x12,12,12,12
EZ Bar Curl:  75x10,10,10,10
Prone Leg Curl: 90x7,8,8,8

So I was conservative on my max Squat for this workout since this was first time I have been squatting since March.  I am tempted to raise the max up, but I will probably just hold what I got and get my actual Max when i finish this.  I get excited the ankle is getting stronger, but need to force myself to take it easy.  I tried 2 scoops of Legend today, and man o man is that  a strong PWO double dosed.  I will prob run it out like this, so I can get a full review on dosage.    Big pump today, my biceps HURT!! Finished Aminos yesterday, so moving back to a classic Amino Tone. The America flavor is DELICIOUS!!!

Two scoops of legend give a great pump, felt it on my shoulders and during the Pec Deck.  I will forgo Ghost Pump for a bit until i finish up legend.  I'll probably use one of my Thermo PWO's I have in the closet if Lean Genes from Rari does not show up.  I saw my Reload from Nutrabio shipped so looking forward to checking that out.  I rescheduled all my retirement classes for next week until mid December, so will not miss any gym time.  Got my rating from the VA yesterday as well, turns out I am 100% disabled in their eyes, but still getting after it.  So in case anyone has any excuses to NOT workout, that should motivate you!!


I started to use SBD Wrist Straps and Knee Sleeves, man those are some quality items right there!  Worth the price!

Once again 2 scoops of Legend got me through this workout.  Stuff is pretty great!!  Nearing the end of it, I may be done with it this week.  Finished up my Micellar Casein by GNC last night, so expect that review this week.  Have about 2 more days of Arima-XD left as well, going to be sad to see that done, it seemed to work well. Not as good as Arimistaine, but pretty darn close!!

Got a good pump from 2 scoops of Legend today, so that is nice.  Looks like I only have a few doses left, so will be finishing that up soon and will either move on to another PWO, or one of my fat burner / PWOs I have like 3mb3r or Double Tap.  We shall see.  Amino Tone confirms my belief that I can tell the difference between Aminos, as one scoop a day has been working fine, as it did when I ran this like a year and a half ago. Some products are just better than others.

Finished up legend today....sad,. so decided I am going to run some Quake action next.  In December I will try out 3mb3R since its a PWO/Fat Burner.   Last dose of Arima-XD this morning, so will see how i feel in the coming days, typically I feel like crap after.  Once I run 3mb3r I will finish  up Ghost Pump and RCSS Pump.  I weighed in at 248 the other day and continue to lower a little bit in BF%, so that is cool.  I really love Size!!  My Ghost stack is all ending, but it was fun!  Amino-Tone continues to do a nice job, until I receive Reload.  Still enjoying Gamer up as an afternoon pick me up, but my Quantum Focus is due to arrive today so will put Gamer Up on the back burner for the time being.  I like to have effective Nootropics on hand when you need them!

Post: ISO-Protein (because I grabbed the wrong protein)

Started Fruit Rubbles ISO-Protein, its pretty good but a bit too sweet.  I like Fruity Loop much better.  Squats are going well, its hard to not up the weight, but slow n steady will get me back over time.  I am feeling fine without Arima-XD, most of the effects were in the first couple of weeks then kind of fizzled out towards the end, but it did a nice job.  I cannot believe I am already on Week 5 of my UHF 9 week program, time flies when your having fun! 

Started Quantum Focus the other day, it is okay.  It gives you some focus without having a lot of caffeine, so it feels kind of natural.   Bench day tomorrow!!

I watched the Ronnie Coleman documentary on NETFLIX yesterday, so was inspired to do a RCSS run today.  I am back to my PWO carousel for a bit.  I got a good pump on shoulders and Chest today, so the combo of pump and yeah buddy works.  Separate I do not experience much of a pump.
