Yeah was really cool to see just how down to earth Ronnie truly is.  Great, positive guy!  Inspirational to me!  Definitely check out the doc if you have not seen it.

Post:  Trutein

Total War crushed it for me today.  I really like the new version.  Will run my carousel for the rest of the week then may pick one PWO and run it to the end.  Thinking Total War + Ghost Pump.  Eventually I will take a stim break and use up a Fat Burner for my PWO.  Almost done with Trutein, which is a shame because the taste and digestibility is pretty amazing.

Post: Trutein

Looks like tomorrow will be my last scoop of Trutein, so that is sad because it digests well and taste great.  Ghost pump did okay today, not as good as when it was combined with Legend, but still good.  Total War did a great job for me again today, I am digging the new formula.

Last dose of my delicious Cinnabon Trutein.  It was good stuff.  Amazon's PWO did okay, but feels about average compared to the other ones I have had lately.  Hopefully Reload will show up later today, and I will start that on Friday.  Rest day tomorrow!

Late Afternoon: Reload

Going to start reload today, will follow instructions so since I workout in the morning, will take it late afternoon on training days and probably around same time on rest days.  We shall see how it works out. Own PWR PWO is not impressive at all, gets you an energy boost but nothing special about it.  Feels very average to me, and not much of a pump.

Late Afternoon: Reload

OWN Power PWO still feels average each time I hope it will get better, but not really.  Don't get me wrong it works, but just feels boring is all.  The energy it gives you is fine, but I do get a slight crash after.  Got L-Carnitine HEAT by VMI today, so will start that on Monday.  Rainbow candy!!

Weel 6, Day 3
2" Deficit Deadlifts:  260x3, 270x2, 275x1,1,4

Legs Up Bench: 210x3,3,3,3,9

Pull-Ups: BWx7,7,4
Hyper Extension: 45x10,10,10
Rear Delt Fly: 35x10,10,8

Pre: ISO-Protein; HEAT; Size; Total War
Post: Stacked
Later: Reload

My last serving of Ghost Size will be tomorrow, so that is sad, I really enjoy it and think I had a better run with it taking Pre vs Post as I did last year.  Reload seems okay, however, I can feel some slight DOMS lingering, but we will see how it goes.  Started VMI L-Carnitine 1500 Heat, did not feel much heat and the rainbow candy flavor is a bit too sweet.  We shall see how it works though.

My Deficit Deadlifts felt so smooth today, and I chalk that up to doing Paused Deadlifts.  Really helped out a lot and a gym buddy commented that my form is perfect.  Paused Deadlifts are taken out for the duration of this workout plan, but I still will  do deads twice a week.  Torn on my next program, it will either be a hybrid of 3 programs (GZCL/Deathbench/Mag-Ort or Pervertor 5/3/1 variation).  We shall see....I mean I am going to run both, just depends on the order.  Testing PRs in about 4 weeks so look forward to see how I shape up.

What flavor of reload did you get? I'm also finding it interesting.

Deadlift: 250x3,3,3,3,8

Wide Grip Lat Pulldown (2 pulley): 70x10,10,7

Later: Reload

So, I still do not like Own PWR PWO at all.  Energy boost is sub par, I get tired during my workouts, and now I am having a crash.  I did get some okay pumps today though, but really this PWO is a struggle to get through!  Reload seems to be doing alright, have not woken up sore at all, so far so good.

One more workout to finish up Week 6, then taking 4 days off for Turkey Day weekend to visit Austin!!

Last review is up for the foreseeable future for SR.  First let me apologize for my rants in the end of November, it was very unprofessional of me and not fair to all the members, reps, and new owners.  Sometimes I let me emotions get the best of me (which I can say is rare), I truly regret it.

I understand what the new owners are talking about a lot more now as I have just finished a course in Digital Marketing Certification.  It is not easy to adapt to the algorithm changes, but plain and simple high quality content is the king now.  So yeah our reviews need to be revamped or more added to them.

With that I am going to be moving on, unsure if I will return to this site in the future, we will see where it ends up.  If anyone or any reps need/want to get a hold of me or want to find me elsewhere in the supplement forum world please hit me up via PM or at  ckbarks2014@gmail.com   Take care everyone it has been a fun last couple of years and the 144+ reviews I have done here truly helped me to learn a TON about supplements.  Not to mention the advice everyone has given me here as well, it was truly a wonderful community I was proud to call home.  May we all come together again in the future!!

This Log is Officially CLOSED!!!

I think you are supposed to end with a.
Mike drop...... Daslaya has left the building......
Nice working with you, I'll shoot you a note sometime.  As you said time will tell what happens.  My reviews are done as well....
Good luck in the future and don't worry about the rant, we all have our days.
